When you walk into Dovetail, youve become a part of a community of caring and welcoming people. Sophia is absolutely a delight and genuinely cares about everyone she meets. Tracys facials are magical. All of the products Ive tried from Dovetail have been amazing and I recommend them to anyone!

I had a Facial here two days ago and my skin feels soo good ever since. I honestly never use any products on my face / body or hair (other than the basic necessities) but feel comfortable using natural, organic products so ive decided to try Dovetail. Im 52 and my skin is starting to feel the need for something to hydrate it and give it a bit of a glowThe staff were very nice and made plenty of time to go through the products and the benefits of all the ingredients, which i feel is not always the case in some beauty salons. The premises were very clean and the ambiance was nice and relaxing. I bought two of the products that were used on my face during the facial and although ive only been using them for two days i can certainly see and feel the difference already. I will be using Dovetail for my natural, organic treatments and see how it all goes.The only reason i didnt give that 5th star, (and i dont like to do this) but i am always very honest when it comes to reviews and surverys, is because i was booked in for a Glyoclic Peel and it wasnt until i was there about to have my facial that the lady explained to my that they no longer do the Glycloic Peels and was going to do something very similar but much more natural. I was a little disappointed as i feel this should have been explained to me when i booked my treatment and not waited until i was actually there expecting a Glycolic Peel. In saying all this, i will definitely be going back to Dovetail for treatments and products and im confident that my next rating will be a 5 Star one :)

I was tired of driving so far to have a facial so I decided to try Dovetail. I have to say I was nervous. I have mature, sensitive skin that can be easily damaged if the practitioner is too aggressive.Worried that my skin might flare up, I reserved my judgement about my facial until I got home. Well, my skin looks brighter and healthier. Even my husband noticed a difference.

So cute!!! Got some lotion and absolutely love it!
