I went through the drive through today. There was a very long line of 7 cars ahead of me but my total wait time from start to finish was only 10 minutes! They were really good about keeping the line moving! The girl on the drive through window was super nice and it came off very sincere, she was a happy person! I purchased black tea today and it was perfectly made to my specs! Great visit!

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but I always ask for a very specific item and extra of it. I don’t get that but certainly pay for it. And lately the staff has been rude. A few months ago they had the best staff. Friendly and helpful. It is a fast paced environment so if u can’t handle that probably shouldn’t do that job. I appreciate the amount of people they service but what we pay for these drinks they should be right.

This Starbucks was recently remodeled! It can be very busy there (particularly the drive-thru). Employees are so nice and efficient (Thank you employees! I appreciate you so much). All of my visits there have been perfect - orders made exactly how I expect and very quickly.

Did they have everything on their menu? No. Were they kind and delightful at ordering? Yes. They even gave great replacement options (didnt have the pumpkin spice muffin but the pumpkin spice scone was a great pivot). Great breakfast stop. Will happily stop again!

This specific location is the BEST Starbucks that I know of. On my commute to work, there are two locations that would be “closer” for me to pick up my coffee. However, I willingly drive 11 minutes out of my way to come see the friendly faces at this store! It all started with the legendary Carolyn, who always made an intentional effort to call me out by name anytime she saw me in the cafe. Every drink she makes, she takes great care into crafting. The team as a whole do a stellar job of trying to know their customer’s names. The team functions as a well oiled machine, and from my perspective, everyone is on their game.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION! THEY WERE AWESOME ON MY BIRTHDAY! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! THE BARISTAS WERE SPECTACULAR! AWESOME JOB GUYS AND GALS! I WISH I KNEW THE NAMES OF THEM!? 😕 ID GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!

Not sure what happened to this place but the last 3 drinks I’ve received here had no flavor. When I went in and asked for a little extra syrup in a cup I got attitude from the guy at the counter. Had to end up going to the Starbucks in Payless on the north side of town to get a proper drink. It’s a shame cause this Starbucks used to make great drinks……

To wait for 23 minutes, only to drive off w a coffee that wasnt hot was very disappointing. Hard to understand how I can wait so long only to get a somewhat warm coffee.

The only seating was located outside. The inside tables was not available.My drink was well made and was delicious. Straws and napkins was well supplied.

They are always busy at this store. Always. Which means they are pros at making the correct orders, and on top of that they do it with a smile, every time!P.s. food allergies in our family, and weve never had an issue!

They are so very slow and it seems there is one one or two folks that actually care about getting your order right and delivered to you on a timely manner. I only go to this location when I have no other option.

I really love this place! Everyone is so nice and they are really fast as well.

I ordered ahead and arrived 10 minutes after the estimated time and had to wait another 10 mins. The coffee was great as usual. I think this location needs a bigger lot and a bigger building. Might be best to build another location to help with the load.

I ordered ahead. The parking lot and drive through space is really tight. I parked across the street and walked over. It was only suppose to take 10 minutes but took 20minutes. Would have been quicker waiting in the drive through But they did make one excellent white chocolate mocha

Fantastic staff! While I was waiting for my car to be unlocked they complimented me with a pastry for free. They are very friendly and hospitable.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked how long it would be in my cheese danish because my kids were in the car, the girl gets an attitude and stomps over to make it. When it’s done she throws it on the counter and sarcastically says “have a nice day”. Then the manager says I was being disrespectful and that her cleaning was working and if I don’t have time to come to Starbucks then I shouldn’t come... what?!?! I’ll never come back. I was nothing but polite but these girls just wanted someone to yell at. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and that’s not at all how they should have handled that situation. Hope they get some sort of consequence for their rudeness.

Very very very slow. 30 min drive thru time. Parking lot not big enough for the drive thru. Everytime I come it’s out in the main road and so dangerous! They need more help and a new location

The product is usually very good. The drive-thru is usually packed, so if you can order ahead through the app - I highly suggest doing so. Parking can be an issue, but you can park in the church across the street.

Fantastic staff, super friendly. Only downside is how tight the parking lot and drive thru are.

Everything was great and they got the 2 separate orders of the same thing one cream based 1 coffee based taking care of, just wish they could have been opened on the inside.

The staff is amazing. They get to know their customers by name. And really make all customers feel like they real care about the customers.

Whats not to love about Starbucks? Everyone is always cheerful and polite. S/O to Carolyn (She smooshed her 1st and a middle name together). Shes been my favorite person at the window thus far.

Great service, you just have to know the times to go to avoid the ridiculous lines. The lines are so awful at times, it is almost dangerous. However, the staff and the quality of what you receive is totally worth the money and the waits. I enjoy going to Starbucks and being greeted by the friendly staff! Ask for Leon, he’ll make your drinks exceeding expectations! 🙂

Sat in line for over 20 minutes and still didnt get my order. Always slow and almost always mess up my order

So on Sunday Feb 8th 2021 my sister and I went to Starbucks in Anderson indiana on Scatteredfield down the way from Wal-Mart to get some good drinks she had a coupon and so did I the Wi-Fi wasnt working so I cancelled my order and told her that I would get mine when we got to the other store we was going to I went to go sit down while she waited for her drink they called her name the lady was trying to give her 2 drinks she told her she only ordered 1 the guy who took our order said he went ahead and made my drink and that it was on him cause their wifi was down now thats awesome customer service he really didnt have to do that however it was so nice that he did and I thanked him very much for his kindness and it was so good

116th st/ 69 Fishers Has THE BEST STAFF!! ALL STARBUCKS have great coffee choices but the staff makes the difference! I pass up other locations to see my 116th Fishers baristas Every Week! A very special thanks to them especially during the beginning of the pandemic, being there for me every morning helped save my sanity!!

Usual menu. Drinks prepared to order. Person taking the order was helpful in knowing what drinks qualified for their special today. As usual for Starbucks, the drive through line blocked off a major part of the parking spaces. I dont know why this chain store seems to do that so often.

Ive experienced inferior coffee at this store, compared to other Starbucks I visit. Particularly unhappy when ordering light roast at this store.

Slow as ever. Ordered on mobile app and still took 45 minutes. Maybe when youre so overwhelmed, you should turn off mobile ordering until you can catch up. There were 3 employees stocking stuff while the others were scrambling to get everything done.

Waited 20 minutes at 1pm for 2 cups of coffee. Got my coffee and it was ice cold (was supposed to be hot)! Needless to say I was traveling and didn’t want to waste more time by going back. Very disappointing!

A fine place for coffee! I got a ream of Starbucks gift cards from my parents as a college gift, they went a little over the top and I ended up having more than I needed so I gave some to friends and associates . This is a decent location, though it lies a little far from the college for my liking (I walk but thats my problem) Scatterfield is a little sketchy and busy at times so this location can get somewhat busy depending on when you go.

Average coffe. I actually just come for the pup cup.
