A great way to end a day. Handicap parking and clean bathrooms and fresh donuts served daily. Staff is nice and they do have inside seating. This location has helped local firefighters in the past so they got my business!! Look for the hot and ready light for a hot fresh donut and download the app for even better perks.

Every time I go to Krispy Kreme I get the best service. Theres one particular lady that runs the drive-thru; Shes always smiling and being so friendly. Companies are in need of employees that are professional!! Again, Thanks for such great service!!

This is my weakness...if I am in Anderson and alone, I must use cash (not my debit card), as to hide all evidence I was here. What I crave is just a plain glazed Krispy Kreme donut. My wife has Duncan Donuts (they are fine). I love her but sometimes as a man, you just need another donut. Krispy Kreme always meets the need. I will be back.

Took my niece here for a pink donut with sprinkles, they didnt have any. The donuts they did have didnt look fresh. The employees are never nice at this location, especially since Lauren left. They act like you are bothering them by coming in and when you complain management doesnt seem to care. Which is sad, because who wants to drive to Greenville every time they want Krispy Kreme.

Came through the drive thru the other night. Ordered 2 dozen donuts and a frozen frappe. Everything was delicious. Staff was polite as well.

Love the store. The employees are nice and helpful and the store is clean. If you go soon try the Spell Book doughnuts they are scrumptious! The Caramel Apple Chiller is also terrific drink. My daughter loved it. The wife and I had a frozen caramel latte since we needed a coffee fix. Needless to say the latte is better then Joe Mugs and Chick-fil-As. You cant go wrong with Krispy Kreme so go give it a try before the Halloween doughnuts and apple chiller are gone.

I called at 8:45pm to place an order so that I could pick up donuts because I’m pregnant and craving them. I told him “ I am pregnant and I really need these donuts”. I was trying to be considerate of the closing time by making my transaction quicker.The man that picked up the phone told me that he wouldn’t take my order on the phone and told me that they close at 9.I arrived at 8:58pm to a completely closed building with lights off.The automated drive-thru promo wasted extra time by making us think that someone was available and taking my order.Now, I’m an angry, hungry pregnant woman crying over donuts so thanks for that dude. You should get fired. It was literally two minutes and if you had taken my order on the phone we could have made this whole transaction in less than a minute.

Hot app said the hot light was on. Got there the hot light wasnt on and they say the sign is broke. Then the dounts where cold.

Went to get some doughnuts for the family after work. Pulled up at 9:30 on a Monday to a closed store. Their hours say they are open until 10pm. No explanation on the door for the early closing. Last time I came through for the chocolate covered glaze promotion they said they werent doing that promotion in this store. Laziness. If you dont want to work at your job I found the perfect place.

I bit into a donut and a long black hair came out. I decided to look past it after throwing my donut away, since that usually doesn’t happen to me at this location. So I went to eat another one and the exact same thing happened, and it came directly from the inside of the donut. It grossed me out so bad, that I chucked the rest of my box away.

You ask how it was?. Are you out your mind? I cant put my experience into words

When I eat a donut from Dunkin Donuts it feels like an oil tanker capsized in the back of my throat. I think its because they freeze them to transport them on a truck so they need preservatives or something like that.And, while I can count on one hand the amount of times Dunkin Donuts has served me a non-donut item that was still frozen in the middle, Id rather be able to count them on no hands.Those problems dont arise at Krispie Kreme, because everything is fresh. I like that.

Over half our creme filled dozen had no creme. Oreo creme filled had no creme. After buying 2 dozen doughnuts, over a dozen had holes but no creme. Not happy. We live out of town.

I ordered online 1 dozen glazed that were supposed to come with 1 Halloween donut. Unfortunately, i did this for delivery, so they left out the Halloween donut. When i called to let them know, they said the owner decided to not give Halloween donuts and just give glazed, which totally ruins the entire promotion they were running. They really didnt care when i called and told them. Its one thing to make a mistake, but this was intentional, and by the owner of the business.

Honestly I don’t like these donuts, (don’t judge me) but everyone in my household seems to love them! Service is fast, everyone is courteous and it’s clean inside. I do like the coffee though 😉

I would give it 5 stars... But sometimes the staff on duty isnt the best. I have had them completely forget one of three dozens before and have seen them purposely turn off the lights and close 20 minutes early. This happened during their night shift. But other than those times, my experiences have been really good, especially during the day shift. Friendly and fast service. And honestly, the doughnuts are always really good! (Way better than Dunkin - by far)

Krispy Kreme is the Gold Standard of Donuts in the South for as long as I can recall. I had never seen a Krispy Kreme this big before coming here. Service is great 👍 the donuts 🍩 are wonderful, no matter how you like to have them glazed or otherwise, I am not a fan of glazed donuts but I make an exception when it comes to the Hot- just made Krispy Kreme’s. We sold them on Saturday mornings as fund raisers when I was a kid and I remember how good they smelled getting all of them hot in the back of the station wagon and going door to door selling them. I would answer the door these days for that.

Love that they gave me a free donut for having vivid vaccine - made my day!

I know they are busy and are probably short staffed, so its really not their fault. I was already running late to work but the line in the drive thru was wrapped all the way around the building to the drive way. It took me about 20 minutes to finally get my order.

They handed off my order to me without mentioning any of the missing doughnuts which came out to about half of my entire order, and instead replaced them with standard glazed without asking for replacement options. I found out mid drive that they were missing from my order and dont care to go back considering this isnt the first time that the store runs out of stock on practically everything.

When I got my Covid-19 vaccine, a nurse told me I should go to Krispy Kreme to get my free donut. So since the clinic was 2 miles from a KK and there isnt one near my home, I thought this was a good idea.I drove to KK and parked in the back of the parking lot, downloaded their app and set it up for my debit card. Then I looked through the app to find out how to get a free donut, and decided to order a variety box to take home.The variety box offer that I chose was shown as unavailable (expired yesterday!) once I looked in the checkout, so I removed it and chose another. Still looking for the free glazed donut offer, I finally decided Id order the box and ask about the free donut at the window.By this time, there were enough cars waiting on line that they wrapped around the building to the driveway entrance and the next car in line would be in the street, so I cancelled the order and went home. A free donut wasnt worth this!And now Ive found that Ive been debited almost $11 for the donuts I didnt order. Needless to say Im not pleased with the Krispy Kreme app and Im not planning to visit a KK location again any time soon.

Way too much glaze on their glazed donut. You cant taste the donut because of the overwhelming sweetness.

When it comes to donuts, Krispy Kreme is the benchmark. Three times a day the hot and now sign comes on. And WOW the hot, gooey donuts that are fresh off the press are amazing. They literally melt in your mouth. Then there are the seasonal donuts. They have football shapes and pumpkin donuts in the Fall as an example. Many, many yummy options, including New York cheesecake, chocolate iced, and various jelly options. The folks there are so friendly. We buy a lot for my company for various meetings and training classes. They always have them ready and waiting, on time. Great experience. Go check them out.
