Electric City Brewing has so many amazing aspects! Great coffee, great staff, great vibes! There is always a smile awaiting you at the counter. They have also been great with holding events! Had an engagement party there and the owner was so easy to work with getting that all set up! Highly recommend!! This is a must when visiting Anderson! Loved it so much I decided to take pictures one day!

ECB is literally the best place in Anderson. Their motto is “crafted for community,” and ECB creates a space that is exactly that. When I lived in Anderson, it was the only place where I felt accepted and the staff is amazing. I can’t say for when I used to work their (I’m biased obviously) but I was in there today and the customer service was awesome. ECB rocks as well as their customer service, as well as their product. Long live ECB⚡️

**EDIT** Was 5 stars but they recently posted an unprofessional social media story bashing someone for a low review. Reviews are gret opportunities for a business to positively respond, not to thrash the reviewer. So now they get 2 stars. They also blocked me on Instagram** Was excited to get to finally visit here. Review based on beer as I havent tried the coffee yet. The bartenders were great and offered samples and explained any questions that our group had. They had live music and the sound was great/high quality. I really enjoyed the atmosphere as we sat in the couch section. The branding is probably my favorite part. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to grabbing some coffee one day soon.

Terrible customer service. completely unprofessional and unkind. I’m all for supporting local business, but not in support of a company who doesn’t know how to treat customers with kindness in any situation. putting customers on blast on social media and blocking anyone who disagrees with you or has a problem with you is not how to run a business.

I’m sorry to say I will never visit this place again. Horrible management and hours that don’t make sense for the type of establishment it is. Also don’t ever disagree with anything they say on social media. They will literally block you, speaking from experience.

The only coffee shop we come to! We stop by every saturday for our fresh cup of coffee and yummy muffins! Amazing staff, great prices, clean shop and such a lofi loungey feel! We highly recommend!!! We will keep coming back and supporting this business!

This place is very nice and friendly! Even pet friendly! Great vibe! Indoor and outdoor seating. They offer great roasted coffee and craft beer.

Never been open when I tried to go there. Even when their Google hours says theyll be open till 9:30, I show up at 7 and they are closed. Guess they dont want people trying their beer

Really awesome place. My husband and I came for a drink Friday night and caught the ending of some live music. To our surprise there was also a Korean fusion food truck outside too! The beers were very yummy, and we loved how they had information on where they were brewed.

Im not from Anderson and found this place online. Great location, lots of parking and plenty of seating. We got 2 Lattes which were very good. Although there were others behind the counter, there was only one person working with customers. The wait was a bit long for a coffee shop. But, I will stop again next time Im in town.

So thankful to have a local craft coffee shop that values community and families! I bring my 1 year old regularly and do not have to worry about having enough room to enjoy my coffee and entertain her. Other families are usually there as well so I know that I wont feel out of place bringing kiddos. The atmosphere is wonderful and the seating allows for customers to stay socially distanced from other customers as well as employees. The coffee is wonderful and I reccomend the iced oat milk latte with just a bit of flavoring! I cant wait to see how ECB flourishes even more in the months to come. Cant wait to also have a family friendly place to grab a locally brewed IPA!!

ECB is such a great and needed addition to downtown. I’ve been several times since they’ve opened and the coffee is absolutely perfect every time! I’ve been served by different baristas and they are always friendly and professional. The atmosphere is great for a meet-up with a variety of seating options.

I own a craft coffee shop in Ocala FL and we’re in town for a family wedding. It’s been a long time since we lived in the area and always said Anderson needed a craft coffee shop. To our surprise we found this great shop. I ordered my usual a shot of espresso and a pour over. Even though the two girls were overwhelmed with the rush coming in they were working hard. I probably should not have ordered the pour over with them being busy as it never finished. So they offered me a cold brew and it was awesome. Their customer service was great, the coffee was outstanding. Atmosphere was inviting and full of energy you may wonder why I gave the cons we experienced?? And the reason is never let a down moment ruin your experience with a business. Look for the positives and the end result. The end result is the staff went out of their way to make it right and we still enjoyed some great coffee. We will definitely be back when we visit again. With this pandemic going on is makes it even more challenging to navigate for business trying to balance staffing, labor, and quality. So have some extra patience and give them some encouragement. Always support local. Hang in there guys, your doing great!

Historic building with an industrial twist. Combo, coffee 7:00 am until 3:00 pm, then brewery till evening. Coffee stout best of both worlds.

Unfortunately I’m changing my original review. When ECB opened I was a fan, however in recent weeks I’ve been disappointed with the customer service. Yesterday ECB also took to their Instagram story to point out a bad review they received and made it a point to bash the person leaving the review. I also noticed that if you leave anything less than a 5 star review, or disagree with service, ECB does not handle the criticism well and will reply unprofessionally. I want the best for this business, but treating staff and customers poorly is not the way to go in 2021.

Atmosphere is cool but the beer is terrible. Taste like bad home brewed.

I am SUCH a fan of ECBC and the staff!! I have known them for awhile and can honestly say that they are bringing a MUCH needed environment and culture to downtown Anderson. Crafted for Community is exactly the truth! They are so kind and efficient at getting your order to you! I cant say enough great things about the spot or the people!!

Came 15 minutes before close and the girl told me she already turned the espresso machine off. Not sure why you would turn the espresso machine off so early but that’s not okay.

The atmosphere and staff of Electric City Brewing Co is amazing. I love the consistent kindness I receive and the location is perfect. There is also plenty of seating available. The only critique I have is that you must order something in order to receive WiFi and it only lasts for two hours so in order to keep using the WiFi you must order something again. I understand the motivation behind this idea but I personally am not a fan of coffee, but I really enjoy the atmosphere in order to get work done. I know of many others who are not fond of this rule as well and who also mention that the portion size to price ratio is imbalanced. Overall, its a great company and something Anderson has needed for a long time but I would be more inclined to come here if the WiFi was always accessible.
