Quaint little coffee shop, good prices and a small discount if you have a valid student ID. Not an insane amount of variety like a chain may have but theyve got most of the classics and they brew them well. They have honey and chocolate powder (cinnamon too but generally thats a bad idea unless you have whip on top) that you can add in yourself which I thought was a nice touch, they also have cane sugar packets instead of the granulated stuff most places have and in my opinion its way better especially for drinks.Good atmosphere, good drinks and good prices, would highly recommend

Came by for a nice coffee and was pleasantly surprised to find they sell whole bean coffee by the pound. They’ve got a better selection than Starbucks and I wouldn’t be surprised to find that some of the blends are in fact organic. It’s got a nice historic charm to it that really taps into the roots of the buildings in the area. Really cool and definitely recommend to any coffee connoisseurs out there. The barista was friendly and my drink was made right in front of me without a wait. Very pleased.

Really unique coffee shop. Had a muffin and latte. The overall building its located in is gorgeous.

The space is really dark for doing work or reading. Seems like a good community atmosphere though. The coffee wasn’t very impressive. My latte was wayyy too sweet and left a bad aftertaste. The rest of the building is beautiful.

Great coffee. Slow service. Only had one girl working on a Saturday at 11:30. It took 45 minutes for 2 iced coffees with only three people in front of us.

Hole in the wall coffee place with a nice menu of traditional style coffee, iced coffee drinks, smoothies, and a small variety of desserts. There are limited sugar free options to go with the regular coffee flavors, otherwise I’d rate it 5 stars. They serve it all up quickly and with a smile. Enjoy it there in the lounge or get it to go.

One of the best places to get coffee. I’d much rather spend my money here, than any other coffee place. I’ve tried several things and absolutely loved every single one of them. From their fruit smoothies to their coffees. All delicious. My only dislike is that I don’t go their enough. Writing this review I’m already planning my next visit!

Born & raised in Anderson, Ive grown up going to eCity. Although I appreciate it more now than I did in the past, Ive always loved visiting. Ive just recently started to buy my coffee beans here and it just proves that I will never return to buying ground starbucks coffee from the store. Im a sucker for dark, bold coffee and both Bali & Tanzanian Peaberry are EXCELLENT. You cant go wrong in supporting local small businesses, so drink up!

This is a cute quite little coffee shop located inside Sullivan’s restaurant. It has a lot of seating for those who like to enjoy their coffe & use their computer. Free WiFi is available here.I ordered a vanilla latte iced - and it was one of the best I have had in Anderson.I will definitely come back

The coffee was delicious! We got a peppermint lavender latte and a lavender oat milk latte and both were fantastic. The barista was sweet and the atmosphere was lovely. They had some beautiful Christmas decorations up including a tree which made their seating area feel very homey. It was overall a great experience!

Product is great but the clean their blenders at 9 pm which I do not see posted on website. You cannot get frozen drinks after 9

Delicious coffee

Best coffee hands down. My husband and I started making our home coffee modeled after their White Elephant, its absolutely amazing, and I will visit there every time Im in the downtown area. They also do a customer loyalty card, I think its 8 or 10 drinks/coffess get one free. They do have a rather large variety of different coffee and cold beverages.

This is a comfortable eclectic shop with a unique vibe I enjoy. The lighting is a little dark. Otherwise its a great place to meet or prop you laptop. The friend I met laughed and said it felt like a library because it was so quiet and all the customers were working alone with coffee and laptops.

Nice hole-in-the-wall coffee place. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I have only been once, and also because the chairs and benches were HIGHLY uncomfortable.There are a few throw cushions lying around, but maybe some small beanbags would help matters. Either that or I should do more squats.

Everything that is nice in a coffee shop. Great staff, good coffee (I believe it is Jittery Joes brand, I saw their sign) and a quiet atmosphere. They are John Mayer fans though, I sat for about an hour and heard Gravity play 3 consecutive times. Overall, definitely much better than any chain coffee shop

Loved it. Left my kavu bag on the way to the mountains for the day and these awesome people held on to it till we came back by. Not to mention had a great cup of coffee. Extra bonus, now my bag smells like coffee.

Great coffee drinks and an even better selection of hot tea. The staff is always very friendly, and I love relaxing in their cozy sitting area. Its a great place to bring a book, meet a friend, or have a casual business meeting.

Another great experience at my favorite coffee spot. This Sunday evening there was a super-low crowd- perfect for reading. John Mayer was playing lightly in the background. The new toaster perfectly toasted my blueberry bagel, which I layered with the surprisingly tasty blueberry cream cheese. I read several chapters of a book Id been procrastinating toward. Needless to say, it was an enjoyable, peaceful evening.

The atmosphere is nice and fairly quiet. The coffee is decent. But the staff is hit or miss, some are friendly, while others seem like theyd rather be anywhere else.

The coffee is good here. A few unusual choices which I like the seating area is kinda cramped. I was told it was a great place to meet someone to discuss work but it felt to dark and cramped and I felt like I was bothering those around me. If I was going to use wifi and be alone its a great place for that.

ECity Java is a wonderful coffee shop in downtown Anderson. Located in The Sullivan building, ECity has the best coffee in town. Prices are much better than the overrated Starbucks. The coffee is roasted to perfection and not burned. The staff is super friendly.

Coffee was good. Went because there was free WiFi advertised but all ecity java wifi were password protected. No big deal, just dont like it was advertised and not available. The one employee working was too busy with a line out the door to answer if I could get the password

Very good coffee and tea drinks. The Oreo Speedwagon is delicious as are all of their ice cream desserts. Relaxed environment is great for studying or hanging out. They have books, magazines, and games if you need something to do while youre there.

Love E-City! Quiet atmosphere, warm aesthetic, great coffee. I love how many roasts they have! My only complaint would be how destroyed and uncomfortable the main couch was, but I hear they got a new one! Cant wait to try it out!

This awesome little coffee shop is one of downtown Andersons best spots. Perfect for getting some work done on their free wifi or spending quality time with a loved one over a cup of whatever you prefer. They even have a 10% discount for AU students with an ID! Try the Dirty Hippie (chai latte + espresso).

Their blended frappacino has good flavor but was not very sweet. If you like sugar in your coffee, ask them to sweeten coffee first

This place has the BEST coffee /espresso /smoothies in town!! My husband and I would come here for a drink called The White Elephant 🐘, its absolutely amazing, white chocolate mocha, whip cream, sprinkle some cinnamon on top and welcome to delicious 😋 its a bit pricey, but treat yourself once and a while!

Eh coffee. Great atmosphere. Better alternative to large chains. Dont go to starbucks.This coffee shop is not for the connoisseur. Period. It is fine at slinging syrupy steamed milk coffee drinks if thats your thing. If you like getting pumpkin spice lattes or peppermint mochas at Starbucks, then you will likely love eCity java and I encourage you to support this local business. If you are looking for a beautifully pulled espresso, or a delicious drip or pour over, move along. They keep their beans in giant transparent chutes on the wall for them to go horribly stale. The beans are exposed to light and air, presumably for weeks. If you dont mind stale hazelnut coffee, go for it!I ordered an espresso. Mistake. They served it in a to go cup. I needed the caffeine but it was an atrocious pull.The atmosphere is nice. Couches. Board games. Great place to relax. If only they had good coffee to boot!I will come back here whenever I am in town to enjoy a steamer, hot chocolate, or tea.

Unbelievably good coffee shop. Nowhere else makes the ice cream with two shots of expresso coffees. Gota try the White Tiger and Liger for starts. If though you prefer try the coffees of your choice. Trust me when I say the likes of Starbucks does not compare. Gota try ECity Java Coffee Shop.

The coffee is so good until we decided to have Craig roast our coffee for DLishness Gourmet Cupcakes in Seneca, SC! I disagree with the gentleman who said overall poor/fair. It is a nice place place relax!

I have always loved this place for coffee and hanging out. Been going here since I was just out of high school, (10ish years) today I was very disappointed. I understand sometimes you can be out of a few items, but thats no excuse for the barista to be rude. She had the worst attitude. She was very rude and rolled her eyes when we asked questions. She also snapped at us when we didnt know where to put our dirty plates. I dont care how good the coffee is if you have people who cant work with the public it will make me take my business somewhere else. If you clearly hate your job dont work with the public. I understand people can have bad days but Ive been working with people for a while and sometimes you have got to fake it.

The atmosphere is great. The service was great as well. Awesome.

I was working a wedding right up the road from this place over the weekend. I arrived super early and after waiting for a while, I couldnt wait any longer, my bladder was full! Being from Greenville, I didnt know my way around but I hit main street walking at 8am in the hopes of finding an open sign. Ecity was the only one I saw! The sign on the door plainly states no public restrooms so I stepped in and asked where the nearest one was, the cashier replied that I could use theirs if I bought something. However, I didnt set out look for something to buy so I left my wallet in the car. I promised Id return and buy something if she let me use the restroom, she did! I then ran to my car and back to Ecity for a frappe and it was delish! Thank you guys!
