JC Penney is fine!! We havent been to a mall since before the pandemic started. The clothing was somewhat limited in sizes. I Completely understand. We like the St. Johns Bay brand. A very nice store. Thanks

JCPenney: not much has changed about this store since I was in High School, not going to lie - I appreciate that. Store is clean and has been kept up pretty well. As is typical for Retail, Assistants are there but you will have to look for them.

I found lots of lovely clothes in my size, met two helpful customer service reps, and I will return soin.

Decent prices nothing major store is organized

I had to get a suit for a wedding so we went to JC Penny in Anderson, SC. I found the suit I wanted. The staff was very helpful.

Great Staff! Prices are very affordable.They lost their contact with Nike so soon you will not be able to purchase Nike clothing from JC Penney.

Not happy with material of t shirts. Higher cost per shirts. Looks closed from outside.

Not well organized. The swimsuits were in two different sections of the store. Also several dressing rooms were closed at the time.

Thank goodness that this one isnt closed like many others. Like all other clothing retailers, the dressing rooms are closed, making it hard to buy clothing for the children. Its not JC Pennys fault. Its all due to the SCAMdemic but the prices are awesome

Love JcPenney online or in store I always find a deal. They have always had the pants I needed for my son.

This place was like it was going out of business no helping people on floor had to go all the way to front entrance to get in.

Shopped JC Penny for many years. I do not recall a negative experience in the past...Please check the availability for mens clothes before you shop there.

First of all I dont think I should have had to pay for shipping to the store, it cost me gas money to go there and back, shipping to my house was going to cost almost $9. Second, my order was not correct, it was not the color that I ordered, it wasnt even a nice color,PUKE GREEN. They were not going to give me my money back for shipping, if it hadnt been for the order being wrong. So all in all I didnt get what I had ordered and it cost me time and gas money, I got nothing and it only cost me!!! They didnt even attempt to make me happy!!!

I grew up with JCPenney but I am done. I purchased some things on-line during the shutdown because they were on sale and I was sure that they had a way for me to return things that I did not want to keep. But no - they did nothing to make returns easy. They deserve to go out of business.

Paid for a diamond ring on match 14 they lost or sold or someone stole it.

I love shopping at JCPenney. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I found an amazing dress in the clearance section but when it came time to check out it was still regular price and was ridiculously high. It was a catalog return, the only one of its kind in the store. The sales ladies were nice and helpful though.

Great place to buy back to school clothes. Generally can find good sales. I just hate that the clothes are packed in there. Racks are too close together & its hard to shop. Also its really hot in this store.

Went for basketball shoes couldnt find any! Did find some good clearance items ! Then the checkout cashier saved me even more! Saved an additional 40% good savings I was glad I stopped there! Didnt get 5th star behind not having basketball shoes!

Lots of choices with different brands. Always mark items down and have good sales. Staff members are always friendly.

Matching Christmas pajamas for the whole family was a success. The prices were reasonable and the staff was so nice.

Good sales over the weekend. Store is a little hard to navigate and the isles are very tight. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

It is not the JCP it use to be. Clothes were all over very unorganized. Found what I was looking at in 4 different places. How do you shop in a store like that. It actually reminded me of a bargain basement store with high dollar prices.

It was so sad. (The whole mall seems dead.) I was looking for a shirt for my dad, but it was a mess. They were in no particular order, and it looked like lots of them were tried on and left there. Then I went to look for a ladies belt. Half the rack was empty and there were hardly any my size. There didnt seem many employees to help, either. I left empty-handed. 😕

A little bit smaller than some jcpenneys, but still has a good selection.

They have a lot of stock and almost everything is on sale, BUT if you need assistance you will have to go looking to find an employee which means you will be walking a long distance because of the stores size.

This was my first time to this JCP as we are new to this area. It is a very nice, neat store. Employees were friendly and courteous. Very spacious fitting rooms.

Good deals with mostly great staff. A clerk from jewelry took down a mannequin so I could get a sweater in my size! She went above and beyond, I wish I knew her name.. only downside is the low inventory making it hard to find exactly what you want.

JC pennys was one of my favorite stores to shop.Worthing suit accessories I always brought out of their stores.now they do good to have one dress orshoe in it out size. When they were a popular store it was not anyth8ng or size you had to go another place to get. What happen to customer service. And the old way of keeping customers?

I love shopping at this store. It is laid out sothat you can actually move between clothing racks and navigate the departments comfortably. There are sections of markdown sales all in one place. The clothing is of good quality. I have jc penney tshirts that have lasted 10 or more years and still look good.
