Bought a $15 bag of high quality candy yesterday. It is all melted beyond use. If I lived near, I would go back. Watch out for the Halloween candy! The piece I ate tasted bad.

I would just like to say I love this Target. I had an emergency and ended up with my newborn granddaughter for a bit and didnt realize I had no formula. It was 14 minutes until closing time and I live 10 minutes away so I called ahead and made sure I wouldnt have the doors locked in my face like Ive experienced at that OTHER place. I arrived at 4 minutes until closing and they were there at the door waiting to direct me to the formula. I was so relieved! I was able to get my grandbaby fed AND stop stressing all on one. THANK YOU TARGET!!! I am forever a grateful and loyal customer.
Literally could not be more frustrated. Had an issue with two cancelled orders back to back with no explanations when I tried to order an Ipad Pro for pickup. Apparently this store doesnt even have the item and havent had the item in stock, but the emails from the website about my order cancellations did not state this. Even the support staff on the website stated they had the item in stock. I am not sure who is in charge of inventory on pick-up orders, but now Ive got almost 3k in pending cc charges because someone on the Target team hasnt been properly doing inventory.
They had what I needed, fast, easy, no hassles and the curbside pickup was a breeze!

Not sure whats up with this place, but so many of the usual items I buy here have been out of stock for weeks and months. These are not Covid related products - its the Method laundry detergent and softener I like, daily shower spray cleaner, body lotion, beard balm, body wash etc are all out of stock. Ive answered surveys and mentioned the exact items but nothing changes. Seems like they have an issue with inventory management. I used to actually enjoy shopping here but now just order from Amazon.
Fast and convenient service! Associate literally came out with my order when I pulled in. I usually do order pick up inside but I was in a hurry today. I will definitely be using pick up again!
I’ve never once been disappointed with Target.I mean they literally have everything I could possibly need in life. Toys and clothes for my kids. Groceries for my family. And other essentials. Not to mention the whole place is practically spotless. It’s almost as if there’s not a single speck of dirt anywhere. I mean sure, the prices are a lot higher than Walmart. But I mean.. it’s ✨Target ✨. Plus I’ve never had a single issue with any of their employees. I’ve found cheaper prices through their website/app and they will change it for me in store. That’s pretty awesome, if you ask me.

The service was fast and courteous. I did some shopping while I was there to pick up my online order. I caught some great deals for gift giving and bought a few essentials. I highly recommend Target in store and online.
Target has some nice items, as most of you know. But their prices are much higher than Walmart which are probably equal and style and quality. I love their normal things like Health and Beauty AIDS products I had the same as everywhere else and always a good dollar or more per product than Walmart. Im not a fan of all their liberal movements that theyve made over the past several years. Starting with Planned Parenthood, all the way up to unisex restrooms. One thing I dont like that they do constantly is if we dont use our credit card for 6 months then they cancel it which is why I went there today. I got a letter A few days ago saying if I didnt use my card soon and they were going to cancel it again. This is the last time I get a Target card if they cancel it this time! It will be the 4th time. At least this time they sent a letter first so I could avoid the hassle.
Thought I would try this store online one time to see if they were better than the store. Ordered, then two weeks later I received an email saying, oops your order has been canceled We really dont have that item....Will not happen again.......
Today I was helped by Jonathan and two of his team members with an error with Drive Up. Sorry I didn’t catch the other two’s names, but they all gave amazing customer service and quickly helped solve the issue. I haven’t seen better customer service in years (in general). They should be recognized by corporate for how awesome they all are. Thank you!!
The store is great then again Ive never had an bad experience at a Target. The bathroom needs some tlc though almost as dirty as Walmart. Other then that the store itself was clean an organized. The staff was helpful and checkout was a breeze.
Target Anderson on Clemson Blvd is a great store! Everyone is fast, smiling and efficient. And they honor price matching!
I drove 40 min to buy TurboTax Premium in the Anderson store because I saw it for $69.99 on Target.com. At the store kiosk, it was priced $89.99 (list price). I went back to my car to get my phone and the ad. On entering the store, a clerk showed me a sale flyer with it priced at $79.95. I had to show the checkout clerk the ad on my phone to get the advertised pricing. Beware! Crooks here!

I LOVE Target. I always shopped at Target growing up. I am extremely loyal to the brand and several friends that work at HQ. But I do not like the Anderson, SC Target. One thing I dislike is that they do major restocking during business hours so sometimes Ill be in the store and a whole aisle of products will be empty with all of the products packed in boxes. The Anderson, SC Target also frequently closes down the registers, etc early. I know that happens in many stores, but I have never experienced it to this extent in other Target stores. There are sometimes long lines of people waiting to check out within 30 minutes of the store closing and they only have one of the four self-checkout registers open.**UPDATE: In the last two months, I have had four products that were labeled as being on sale on the shelves ring up for full price. The first time the store employee assured me that they would fix it in the system for other customers. The most recent time, the employee just asked me how much it was supposed to be and walked away (not taking any notes about what was supposed to be on sale and its price). Be careful when buying sale items to check that youre actually getting the discount.

This was a very good Target experience, first time coming to this one and everything was so clean and things were organized. There was a sanitization station at the entrance to get hand sanitizer and a face mask before going in the store. Found several great clearance deals here that I never saw before from the Target near my house. The cashier was very kind and even though it was the late evening, she still seemed in a good mood and was helpful. I had an overall good Target experience, I hope to come back again.

I really don’t know how this has a 4.2. This is probably the dirtiest target we’ve ever been to. I’ve even heard customers say the same.
Toy section and funko pop selection is a joke never stocked always looks like a tornado went through as well as the trading card selection hasnt been stocked with dragon ball cards in months and the new set was just released. As a collector this is the only sections i shop in your store as everything else i can find elsewhere cheaper. Will not be back in after several visits and nothing has changed or gotten better.
The technician in electronics went above and beyond. His name is Sean and he was filling in from woodruff rd store. He made sure I was leaving store with activated phone service even tho it was time from him to close. Excellent customer service on his part.

I went to the electronics department and pushed the button to get help, and the associate came right away. I needed a 4k firestick, but I had to find my family before purchasing it at the electronic dept counter. The associate was nice and grabbed one for me and kept it their until I came back with my family. I had to push the button again, for them to return to the counter, he was super friendly and had no issues that I pressed the button again when I was ready to pay for my merchandise. Very helpful and friendly! I wish I remembered his name, but I dont have my receipt on me at this time.
I am very pleased with the level of cleaning and the measures being taken to promote social distancing.

Went to the Anderson SC Target for the 3rd time this week to try and get a wine they had on sale. Still dont have it and thats not uncommon foe this store. Advertise a sale but dont have the product. Plus, they no longer do rain checks. Great way to do business.
Main purpose of visiting the store today was to buy merchandise from the electronic department. There was an associate who could not be bothered to help me even when I asked because he was engaged in a personal conversation with his girlfriend. This is a pattern because the personnel in that department seem uninterested in helping when asked.
Love the store but dislike how some of the customer service employees treat me like I wasnt even there I was waiting in line and was next. there was a lady behind me .and the customer service lady .asked the lady behind me to come up as if I wasnt even there.some of them are so prejudice they can stand to help you. Why cant they understand that the same god that made them made me as well .Im a people person and I love everyone .. But I dislike people like that.
The store is clean and bright. I love the merchandise and displays. Great app. And love the food selection.
Multiple important reasons: Convenient location. Large selection of products. Always well stocked. Prices mostly affordable, with some really great buys.
I check here frequently to see if Target has any Transformers toys in stock and am mostly disappointed with the selection but on odd occasions they have what I want.
One item was purchased that later was cancelles because of being out of stock.

I Always shop at target but yesterday, i was disappointment, first they use too greeting you and no any more,the store was a mess,and the team members ignore you they no even ask you like they suppose too.
I like shopping at Target. The selections are good and the store is clean and organized. I also like the curb side pick up option.
Ordering and pick up was extremely easy and Target has good prices and mostly in stock items.
We are regulars here and they always treat us very well. One of the team leaders calls us by name and always engages with my children. Ms Joan is a wonderful cashier and my children love to talk to her. She always offers them stickers (they love them). The pharmacy staff is the BEST! Those ladies always go above and beyond for my family. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else.

Me and my friend went in here to shop for a few things. I absolutely love target and always have and will continue to shop here. The reason I don’t give a 5 star review (and actually the reason I’m leaving a review at all) is because we decided to go through self checkout today. As we were about to leave one of the employees singled us out and in front of other customers asked my friend with her few items bagged and paid for “Did you pay for that?” And proceeded to check our receipts for proof. We had done nothing wrong or out of the ordinary so I just found it kind of rude and embarrassing that she singled us out and didn’t ask any other customers for their receipts. I don’t know if it’s because we are young or what, but I just felt singled out for no reason.
My husband thinks Ive been kidnapped everytime I make a stop to Target. I suspect that Heaven will have a Target, where everything is free.Love the purchase and pick up option. Used it recently and they did not have 2 of my items for the pick up, so naturally they sent it to my home with free 2-day delivery. Very impressed with the customer service at this particular location. My only wish is that Anderson had two locations.
No real attempts at enforcing social distancing or masks to be found here. Do not bring your family here. Never enough cashiers. This location is a crimson deathtrap.
Good store for shopping, unique things! Easy to shop online as well, 2 day shipping is a plus! My wife loves there clothes, everytime she wears a outfit from there she gets compliments! Returns are simple too!

I order a lot of items online and pick up in the store. Usually the process is simple and easy. I only had one problem when I decided to return an item and wasnt able to return until a couple of days later. Im not sure why they do this when you pay for items at the time of order. But i was able to return the item a few days later. Ive always had pleasant experiences here

Last night I spent $203.53 (about normal for me at Target) with $20.00 cash back. Approx. 20 employees were in the front of the store - literally everywhere you looked. NO REGISTERS WERE OPEN - ONLY SELF CHECKOUT. All of my items wouldnt even fit on the check-out ledge! It was uncomfortable and ridiculous for me to check out that many items by myself! The people SPENDING their money were the only ones working while the employees who were getting PAID were standing around socializing. Every self-checkout was full and there was a line!

20 employees all over the toy isles, so many that you cant shop. Then not any cashiers at the front, only thing open is self check out. Ridiculous. Do I get a discount for being forced to check myself out?

Nice clean store, friendly staff, good prices. This is a very nice Target store. It is well laid out and has plenty of room in the aisles for carts and strollers. They have several electric carts available for people with physical limitations. They also have the new carts for older children with special needs. The store very family friendly and there is a wide selection of products, including clothing, kitchenware, small appliances and electronics. In addition, they have mobile phones from all the carriers, prepaid and regular and can make changes and upgrades to your account quickly and professionally. They are open until 11 pm Friday and Saturday nights.
Very sad about how my poor experience with this company. So many love this store, but I bought Beats Studio 2 by Dre during their Black Friday sale. My husband was so excited. Day two of using this product they no longer work. I was told all they could do was give me a refund, and I could purchase the upgraded ones for $200 more, they could not discount them at all. I feel very robbed, can not be replaced or offer me a discount due to the product they sold me be defective. So give me a great deal on a product for it not to work and tell me I can just purchase the upgrade for $200, it seems all they care about is making more money on me and do not care about my experience. I will just go to a company who truly cares about their customers.Also I read many other reviews stating the poor customer service of Target, so sad to know they really don’t care about their customers!!!

When your store offers buy 3 get 1 free on beauty items for my wife and then not only do you not stand by your offer but because your cashier is to lazy to ring up everything she tries to charge me the higher price of one item for everything and then wants to stand there and argue about it Id say that earns you your 1 star.
Its target. Consistency of products. Clean enough. Employees are nice enough. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 3 though is thanks to this amazing employee who helped us find the best deal on shirts for my daughters job. Im a little saddened I dont remember her name....We had grabbed 3 xs white collared shirts we thought were 15.00 and got to the register for them to ring up 30.00 a piece!! The girl for the womens department came over and met us and took us over to the boys department and found the same exact cut of shirt for boys and we paid 12.00 a piece for them. They looked the same and my daughter was happy not to be spending almost 100.00 on shirts.
All the employees at this Target are very helpful and do a great job! Always enjoy shopping here.

Needed black dress shoes. Shoe department was a wreck, clearance. Basically no shoes at all. I count on Target to be reliable and this one was a major disappointment.
Me and my aunt was talking to friends and we were having a good time and a worker came up and said yall move so I can get right there. It made me very mad.
