Store is great, including the coffee shop. But please for the love of all that is good stop making the membership card, and magazine subscription sales pitch part of the associates employment here! All it does is waste everyones time when the customer JUST WANT THE TRANSACTION TO END. Instead we have to say no a hundred times to an employee whos tired of having to repeat the pitch. I had stopped shopping here for a number of years on just that alone.

Lots and lots of books on every possible subject. Great selection of magazines too. In-store Coffee House is really nice.

My daughter loves anime & this store had a different selection than barnes &noble so it was nice to go in & look at their stuff. They didnt have as much as B&N but they had what she wanted & the prices were decent. We will definitely visit this store again soon!

We love this bookstore, they have a great selection of books for all ages groups, magazines for almost everything, and even a decent selection toys. The prices are always fair, the staff is super nice and helpful... they always seem to have a good assortment of discount items as well.Its a shame they are located in one of the worst malls in America!

Great selection of books, cards, gifts, kitsch, and the like. Nice helpful but not overbearing staff. I always see them being nice to kids. Coffee shop in back always has friendly employees. I do wish they offered a military discount and I would shop here more often. Competitive prices. Saw some coasters here that Id been eyeballing on amazon for 9.99, 7.99 here. Deals to be found.

One of best organized books stores Ive been in. The staff was friendly & informative. They knew exactly where to direct you if you needed help & were more than willing to walk with you or go get what you needed. Very clean store too!

Everyone was very nice and helpful, a huge stock without high prices, and a great place to grab food. Cant ask for much more than that.

The lady was very helpful in finding the books I needed. But the manager interrupted us so she could do something for his customer that he didnt know how to do. Rude! Then git an attitude when a mistake was made. She gets a thumbs up. He gets a thumbs down.

I really like going to this store because of the variety, but the last 2 times I have gone in and asked for books on specific topics the workers had to look info up in the computer and I was told there was nothing available in the store, but there were some available online. I thanked them for their time and went back to browsing the store. Thank goodness I did because both times I found books on the subjects they just looked up for me.

The people were really nice and helpful. They looked up a movie I had been hunting for for several years and found it. They ordered it for me. They have a lot of great books you can buy or read. I love this place.

This store has an excellent selection of books and toys, a decent record selection, and a bunch of other cool stuff. It reminds me of a cross between Newbury Comics and Barnes and Nobles.

Product selection is top notch. Best selection of books, games, collectibles and more. It feels like an inquisition at tve register, though. So many add ons and services pitched. The transaction just drags on. Employees are super nice and dont get mad when you say no.

Lovely place. There is a coffee shop attached with very reasonable prices for the beverages. I like to take my son here to read in the same way that we might visit a library. Sadly Amazon is almost always cheaper to buy books at, with the Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition monster manual costing almost twice as much here than online. I like to support brick and mortars but this was just egregious.

It even comes with a bunch of one-time-use coupons that dont expire, every time we renew. Standard online shipping is free (a few items, such as from the marketplace, do charge a small shipping fee, though), and 10% is applied to all orders, in addition to discounts already online. The constant in-store deals for members and non-members are just as awesome!Conveniently attached to the mall. The only problem I had is I needed a new book marker and the girl was rude about it and pointed towards the back and said I had to buy one, (which is okay), but I was already thru the line.

They have a lot of books here. Obviously they’re not concerned with saving the environment, however they are definitely concerned with our entertainment. I am fine with this stance. Trees are boring, books are not.

Chill atmosphere, awesome selection of books, graphic tees & coffee. Its like a dream come true. Always been clean, helpful, and fun. When you walk in, you never want to leave. Its a great store for people who love Novels, Expresso, & Board Games. Love this store, and always will!

In the time it takes their cashiers to offer you eight free magazine subscriptions, explain what you get with a Books-a-Million card, and go through whatever other spiel corporate makes them repeat every time you check out, you could have just had the book delivered from Amazon.

We were looking for Harry Potter or Hogwarts collectibles. They have it at Books-A-Million. We bought several things and enjoyed looking.

This store has it all....books, bargain oils, bought back books, CDs, DVDs, games, puzzles, novelty items and more. Its fun to browse and spend time in here. The prices are reasonable especially the bargains and the staff at the Anderson, SC store have always been friendly and helpful.

I honestly hate going to the mall, but this is my favorite store in the Anderson mall. I always park right in front and go right in. My son heads straight to their shelves full of pop figurines. Last year we left a mess everywhere of pop figures trying to find the ones my son wanted for Christmas. Employees didn’t even care. I come in here for all the little Knick knacks inside and head Straight for the coffee stand. They have some good caramel macchiatos inside. I like them better than Starbucks. They have some pretty chill employees, they aren’t constantly following you around and asking if you need help.

It’s a great place to go even if you don’t read books at all. They have a wide variety of different things there. Lots of super cool plushies, tshirts, hats, wallets, books, and plenty more. In my opinion it can get a bit pricey, but it’s great to pass time in and purchase gifts.

Great place to take my young grandson for him to pick out books and other fun thungs.

Widest selection in town of books and periodicals. Reasonable space to select materials.

Large selection of books, movies, music, and fandom merchandise. Wonderful staff. Delicious drinks. If you cant find something on the shelf you can order in-store (which is a better option for the specific store) or at home. If you are a big reader and find yourself needing to empty out your shelves they also now buy books and other things back.

So much to see! Books, collectibles, shirts, socks, mugs and a bajillion other things...a bookstore in steroids! I love hanging out here...spending hours trying to decide what I want. I live the trade in books, great prices on books Ive been meaning to buy, but never have the extra $$ for. Plan to spend at least 2 hours...if not longer.

A fairly large, well stocked chain bookstore. Prices are reasonable. The stock is heavy on popular fiction and nonfiction and it is harder to find unique titles. The store also has some toys and games, stationary, cards, and a good selection of magazines. There is a cafe serving coffee drinks, pastries, and breads.

Very helpful, kind staff. Always a joy to shop here. Robyn was amazing!
