Both doors were severely damaged an also a rim everything was replaced in a matter of 2 weeks. Everytime we called they answered the phone. 👍 Excellent service.

I took my daughters car in for some minor repairs. Dropped it off on a Monday. Car was ready that Friday, however, my insurance company (Allstate) was dragging thier feet issuing the supplement. Wendy realized that my daughter needed her car back ASAP (due to not having a rental). She allowed me to pick the car up before the supplement was paid out. I dont know if anyone else would have done that. Actions like these are what produce repeat customers. I had front end damage and after looking at reviews I decided to take my car to Kelly’s Collision. I was met by Wendy and she inspected my car and determine what would be necessary to repair damage. She was very pleasant and explained the process completely. Rather than fixing the parts they determined as a result of further inspection that new parts would be required and dealt with the insurance company accordingly. The car is much better than I could have ever expected. There was one hidden issue that required a supplemental. There was absolutely no problem there either. No question at all where I’ll go in the event I need their services. Thank you Wendy and the crew!

In terms of friendliness, 5 stars all the way. I had someone hit me from behind and my back end had to be replaced. Kellys was recommended by Nissan of Anderson (where I purchased my car). The reviews were amazing, so I set up an appointment. The first thing which wasnt a big deal, the wrong size had been ordered and it was going to take another week. I can deal with that, I had a nice rental. So I get the call my car is ready, yay! I have never been in a situation like this and first appearance, it looked good. Then I noticed(before I drove off) the black part on the bumper wasnt properly glued on one side. I was told that since it was cold, once it warmed up it would stick. Well, its October and it never did, again its a small thing I can live with that. I have been noticing a knocking noise coming from the back of my car and couldnt figure it out. Upon a better inspection of my car, there are several screws missing. Not to mention the fact that seams are horrible and embarrassing. I found out what the knocking noise is, the top of my hatch is loose because of the missing screws. I have pictures posted to show. One piece that is pictured was found under my spare tire.

This shop is top notch, I have had several vehicles repaired with absolutely no issues. Wendy and the staff was great with handling the insurance company and constantly kept me in the loop with what was going on. Would not give an estimate without knowing how much insurance company was going to pay. That doesnt matter you give an estimate for what youll do work for. If its cheaper than what they say then we pocket money not you jacking up price to get it all.

National General Insurance (the person that hit me, her insurance company) sent an adjuster down to look at my Tahoe. When they got there they could clearly see that the frame was split and not safe to drive. The adjuster told Kelly Collision to weld the frame back together or they would take it to a shop that would. In order to protect me and anyone that may ride in the car Kelly collision stood their ground and refused to let them take my vehicle to another shop and they refused to weld the frame back together. I am so very thankful that Kelly Collision protected us from driving an unsafe vehicle. The car was deemed a total loss. Thank you again Kelly Collision for caring for your customers on a personal level!

I wouldnt personal recommend this place. They didnt do what was asked of them. Took 3 weeks to start on my car after they started took a week and half to do the work (which was quoted 4 days) picked car up with fog lights not installed waited another 3 weeks to get them and were aftermarket parts which my insurance company doesnt pay for. The label on the package said parts were sent 23 days earlier. Place lacks professionalism and quality. Mrs Kelly that runs the place is rude, a liar and has no communication skills. Theres a lot more but I will keep this short. My opinion is not to take your vehicle there.
