Store very clean. Employees nice. Had tires rotated and balanced on my dually due to a vibration. After leaving and shopping at Sams Club started down I 85 home and still have the vibration. These are Bridgestone Tires I purchased from another Discount Tire store. These tires only have at the most 15000 miles on them. Now I will have to make another 100 mile round trip to see what is wrong. The truck only has 38000 miles on it. Not very pleased

Quick service (once they get to your car) and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Well coordinated with other Discount Tire locations as well. I highly recommend making an appointment to avoid long wait times.

This place is okay as long as you dont get someone just looking to sale you on everything. I had two new tires on the front that are only 8 months old. The sales guy was like the front are okay, but Id highly recommend replacing them. Refused to give me a quote for only 2 tires!Used to be my tire spot.Not anymore!

Parents of area College Students BEWARE of this store. Our family was misled by three different employees of this store about what was wrong with our vehicle (to a total of $244) with the original tire light still being on the dash after the work was completed. Do not trust this location to do any work on your vehicles without getting an opinion elsewhere.

I have purchased tires for years from Discount Tire. I know when I get my car back I need to check the wheel torques and tire pressure because I know they will not be correct which I am OK with. The last time I when in they jacked up the front of my van on the rocker panel pinch welds and dented in the rocker panels on both sides of the van. You can not jack up this type of heavy by the pinch welds without damaging the body. The techs are not trained well enough to know how to jack up different vehicles so beware. They also did not reset the TPMS or put dust caps on the valve stems.

This place is amazing. It has great service, great staff, and great prices... Little wait time also. Chris Berry the store manager is amazing and helped me out a ton. I will definetly be coming back.

I had an appointment at the Anderson SC location and when I arrived I was greeted, as soon as I opened my car door.I’ve been driving for many years and I’m very well educated when I comes to cars.I asked one of the technicians if they’d check my brake pads while/during me appointment and they had no issue with me asking if they don’t mind.I bother tires online, and was able to use many discounts, which made buying 4 new tires even better..This location, is very well organized and everyone there made me feel as if I was the only person in the store, because they also knew what they were doing!!HANDS down, this was the fastest and very kind women’s I’ve ever dealt with!! I will continue buying my tires from here from now on!! Thank you guys!!

My wife had a small nail in her tire. I called Discount Tire on Clemson Boulevard and they got me right in and after about 30 minutes tire was repaired. Best of all a very nice young man by the name of Zack said No Charge. There is no better customer service than that. Great business and Great people!

Dropped in because I had a nail in my tire. Could see it but didnt know how far it had penetrated. Was helped very quickly by a technician who grabbed a pulling tool and some leak check spray. Turned out was a very small, short screw that had not penetrated. No charge! On my way in minutes. Great customer service. Will definitely stop in when I need new tires!

I would highly recommend Discount Tires. They have excellent service and products. They try to accommodate the customer as quickly as possible and their prices are excellent.

So, to be fair, I, perhaps, dont understand the dynamics involved in the tire business, and this is the first time I had any frustration with a Discount Tire, and I hope I was a unique case, and probably was... But, it took 3 weeks for one tire to be transferred from a different store to this one. I had to constantly call to get any information or updates, and when I finally get the tire, its not the same one as my other three, which was the whole point of waiting. At the same time, I had my other vehicle tires rotated, pressure, and balance, and when I left, my center cap was missing. Not a big deal because they mailed me the cap, but, it was just added to the rest of the frustration. Anyway, because I had to travel an hour, I figure I can go to a different store next time. Get out of this review what you will. I gave three stars because I really have to be wronged to give less. Not looking to ruin a reputation for one customer. 🤷🏼‍♂️UPDATE 7/14 - So, I need to take away another star. Its too much. I think management needs to step up a little. I just traveled on the highway for 6 hours, and when getting to a certain speed, felt a vibration that I havent felt before. I thought it was the wheel balance, and it was. Brought it to another Discount Tire in Pensacola and had them redo the tires balance, and they were all off. Better equipment? 🤷🏼‍♂️ Now, no more vibration, so that was just another thing that happened. Disappointing.

Came to get her 1st rotation on the new set... These guys are GREAT... I know I am picky about my truck and set in my ways...These guys handled me quite nicely... Jerry was hard at work watching over everything to make sure it was just right... Jason and Kendall made sure everything was set the I want it, NOT how a computer wants it... The customer service with these 3 is off the charts in my opinion... I would DEFINITELY recommend this location and ESPECIALLY these 3 young men... Did you know they price match? Yeah... awesome. Friendly and professional staff, they do things the right way (clean the wheel beads, rotor surface, balancing, wheel torque, etc...) I was a GM tech for many years and the way they do things pleased me very much. Highly recommend you give them a shot.

My 1st time going. They were very courteous and had my car done in a timely manner. However, whoever changed my tires didnt know what they were doing and they scratched my rims up pretty bad and cracked 1 of them. Called to speak to a manager and they said the GM was on vacation and he would call me Monday. I sure hope they replace what they damaged!

I found myself with a flat tire and no spare early last Friday morning. Per my car manufacturer’s roadside assistance, I was towed to the closest dealership, who told me they didn’t have my size tires in stock, it’d be a few days until they had them, and it would cost me around $800 because I wanted to go ahead and get a whole new set. Being that my car is my only vehicle, I knew I was in a bad situation. I immediately called Discount Tire. Not only did they have my tires in stock, they told me they’d get me in as soon as I got there. I drove about a half-mile from the dealership to Discount Tire (not my best idea lol), and as they said, I was immediately taken in, and back on the road in less than 30 minutes... for more than half the price!! The salesman Hunter was AMAZING!! They have made a LIFELONG CUSTOMER!!

This was my first visit with this location and this will now be my go to Discount Tire. I was impressed with their new procedures and how smoothly everything worked. Kyle helped me today and did an awesome job. He offered great suggestions on the tires they had available and explained everything very well. Once I decided on a set, they had my car ready and back on the road within an hour. Definitely one of the faster visits Ive had. Im excited to have came to this location and will be back!

Stopped by to get some info and ended up getting a great deal on my tires and great service. These guys looked like a Nascar pit crew and knew exactly what they were doing as a team. Got me in and out quickly.- Chris (sales) was very easy to deal with and understood exactly what I needed done & made sure the techs did also.- Thomas (Tech) verified/explained what they were doing/did and also confirmed (while I watched) that wheels are put on with impacts at low PSI and then torqued by hand to 130 from/lbs (yep, he knew the correct spec for my truck).

Although service was quick, they had NO consideration to the fact that I had a 3 year old child with me. Not only did I have to get my child out of the car in the bay with a car jacked up next to me, after my car was finished instead of having me pay then I had to walk my child back into the bay and pull my car out and park it only to have to walk all the way back inside with my child to pay. I understand COVID is a thing and has them restricted to the amount of contact with the customer but to me them pulling my car out of the bay is way safer than having my 3 year old walking through a shop with multiple cars on jacks.And before anyone says “Well you shouldn’t have brought your child with you”. Not everyone has a babysitter 24/7, today was the only day I had a chance to get this done and I called prior to showing up to make sure it was in fact okay to bring my child.

Got new wheels and tires put on today and everyone was very nice and helpful. Work was done quickly and was affordable. They even had these sweet wheels stocked in house. Really changed the look of the truck, I love it! I live 45min away but they made a repeat customer today!

Was very fast service. Needed a tire changed due to a flat. They found what needed at another location and had it shipped in same day. A bit pricey, but they had what I needed on short notice.

Professional although a little stuffy. Serviceman said it would be less than an hour and it might have taken 20 minutes so that was great! OReilly Auto next door was convenient as well. Will be back for more tires soon.

I called here over a week ago because they were one of the only places around here that carried the tire I wanted for my Jeep. They assured me the tire would arrive within two days and they would get it on for me. I haven’t heard anything from them after a week. I’ve talked to them on three different occasions and they said “it should be here today” each time I called. Needless to say I’m going elsewhere and I won’t recommend. I understand not being able to control how long an order takes, but don’t give estimates on arrival time if you’re unsure, because people plan their days around these sorts of things.

Had flat tire and was on a spare. I had an appointment for 11:45am. Got there about 15 minutes early and let someone know I was there. Gave me an estimate for fixing the tire and replacing it. Mechs said the hole couldnt be replaced (figured, it was huge). I was pulling out of the parking lot by 12:05pm with a brand new tire and a bill less than $100. Even got a guarantee that theyll replace/fix the tire for free if something like this happens again (which is great because I drive around a farm a lot, so a stray nail or screw is pretty common). Professional, efficient, organized. No complaints.

This store is managed very well!We made an appointment for new tires since I had a screw in one of mine. We were about 10 minutes early(our appointment was at 11). We got checked in, confirmed our needs, replaced all 4 of my tires and we were out of the location by 11:15. The guys were very quick and obviously knew what they were doing.We will definitely be back and I tell all my friends how great our experience was. Thanks y’all!

Purchased a set of tires here about a year ago. The ride was not as smooth as it had been so I dropped by without an appointment to see if they could check the balance. In 30 minutes I was on my way and the ride was noticeably smoother! No charge. Discount Tire always seems to exceed my expectations.

Discount tires has helped me all over the United States. I love driving and we all know road side emergencies happen. I got a flat and for the second time coming in to have it repaired they’ve done it at no charge. I like their business model and I’m never worried doing business with them.

The sales person was excellent and knowledgeable however the service men where horrible. It took four men to do one tire while eating and smoking. I thought they would never get done with that one tire. I will not be back.

I was quickly approved for their credit card and had all new tires in less than an hour and we arrived 40 minutes before closing. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and so efficient.

Got an awesome deal on a set of new tires + installation. Dropped my car off for the appointment and received a text that it was finished in under an hour. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I also had an issue with 2 tires slowly leaking air and when I returned to Discount, they buffed my aluminum wheels that were flaking and causing the leak free of charge.

Ive purchased tires for 2 separate vehicles in the past month and have a great experience on both occasions. I like that they give you a time when they will be finished with the vehicle. Both times they finished about 10minutes before. I will purchase tires again.

Long wait after I pulled back there they did have my tire size, they were suppose to call me back when they came. Its been 3 weeks havent heard a thing a they lost my tire stem which was a Mercedes.Seem like they just dont care at the back. Ill take my chances some where else.
