Great staff, friendly and very helpful

Great Customer Service at this location! I decided to try this UPS Store after poor customer service experience at Anchorage downtown Office Depot. My time was critical and the young gal working at this UPS Store this past Saturday morning was really terrific from start to finish! She was competent, efficient and I was out of there within 5 minutes with the copies I needed done! Thanks again!

This branch is just down the street from my workplace, so some errands (Amazon returns, Passport service, etc.) have taken me there. Its always been a welcoming atmosphere and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Always a positive experience here. The employees are very hardworking & very pleasant. Service is fast.

Aside from my one experience, UPS is actually pretty competent. Im just here to vent my frustrations 😊 Wishing their delivery procedures remained consistent. Ordered a bunch of party favors/supplies from amazon for my sons bday party and of course it comes the last expected day given.... which I planned to have worked out if they just left our package. They would have delivered while we were busy picking up the cake etc. but they randomly decided to just leave the Undelivered notice (weve had same size boxes left for us) so our entire order that day was wasted. This is after searching and calling UPS all day to see where the package is. Still mad after 6 months he couldnt use all these awesome supplies for such an off chance thing- if only had they applied some consistency.

I believe the staff is very friendly and hard working. Ive always witnessed them treating everybody in a good manner.

Don’t trust ups store with your packages they will lose them and find a way to keep your money blaming ups cause they are just a franchise

If you have things to do and there is a line, skip this location. Line out the door, and they are moving at a snail pace ( as in no sense of urgency to get the lobby cleared out )

Youre website says that you are open till 5pm. You were closed when I got there at 3. I drove all the way to Anchorage to go to the UPS store. This needs to be fixed. Your customers cant be very happy about that.....
