My experience was terrible with this location. My husband and I recently got married in Alaska and after our wedding we planned on staying in Alaska for another week and a half, so we decided to ship my wedding dress and my wedding jewelry home. I had placed my jewelry inside a zipped pocket of the garment bag I had placed my dress in. When we arrived at the location the person working stated that we couldnt use our box that we had shipped my dress in originally, from Texas to Alaska, as it was a little damaged. We agreed to purchase a new box for our shipment. Our big mistake was not staying to watch the employee move everything over to the new box and seal it. When I returned home and opened my package the zipped pocket on my garment bag was open and my jewelry was missing. I contacted Fedex and filed a claim about the missing jewelry and I was told I would receive a call from them in 24 hours. I never received the callback. I contacted them again 6 days later and they hadnt even looked into my claim yet. I was then told I needed to place a claim online and upload copies of my receipts because this would be easier. I am thoroughly disappointed that I will never see my wedding jewelry again as it is of sentimental value to me. If you are shipping something valuable stay and make sure they seal your package before you leave!!!

SUPER long wait!! Ive been here for 13 minutes and havent been acknowledged...while employee talks with other customer. I can here other employees ramble back in forth laughing behind the counter over the ream of paper rack. Too bad those employees cant help out when the counter person is occupied.😞+ 1 * for the counter person being nice after the long wait...

Tried calling this place to get a rate and they redirected me to a line that was just static. I spent over an hour online trying to get their rate calculator to work but its service was on par with what I received when I went in the store in person for a rate, subpar. I arrived in the store 8 minutes before close. Would have been sooner but, I tried to do it from home. When I entered Rachel glared at me. I asked if I could get a rate and she told me I had to call the 1800 number (pawning it off because she didnt want to deal with me) I tried to explain to her that I wasnt able to speak with anyone because I just get a bunch of static on that number. She then told me she closes soon and cant have anyone in the store because I suspect she didnt want to deal with it. I have had ither associates at different locations provide this same service easy peast in just a minute or 2 and feel Rachel shirked me off. Guess no integrity and poor work ethic is the new normal.

July, 2019. Very efficient staff helped us finish packing and consolidating my son’s household goods for return to lower 48 at short notice. They had the right boxes and packing material (all boxes arrived in Detroit in perfect order).Best service at reasonable cost with staff guidance, including some things off to referred second-hand/charity store.

Far better than any competition in Anchorage. Their staff are always friendly and helpful, though wait times can be a while (usually a 3-5 minute wait before anyone assists me), even during slower times. Their automatic printer terminals are a pain on occasion, but Ive never walked out without exactly what I needed, albeit with more effort than I planned. Great selection of papers for doing specialty printing, and the prices are reasonable. Good place to get my printing and shipping done, just could use one or two more staff on the floor and updated swipe-and-print terminals.

I have become so frustrated with the predictably long lines, poor customer service, and dissatisfaction of using the USPS to ship anything. Ive never had a good experience with USPS. I used the ratings to settle on this FedEx location and I was very pleased with the excellent customer service, virtually no wait time, and much better prices. I even came to ship Christmas presents, so in a time where everyone is dropping in with multiple packages and in the holiday rush, the FedEx employee was able to process my shipment (and pack a box for me) in no time. I will only come back here to ship packages from now on.

Every time I have a job, they have done it without error. The staff is all very friendly, even when I call with questions they go out of the way to be helpful. I find a lot of bad customer service at companies today, but not here.

Communicating with these people via email and phone is horrible! they tell me to email them my product and they never respond to my email. i have to call them to check on the status... when i do call, theyre very unprofessional!!!

I went into Kinkos not know what to do. I recieved wonderful instructions on how to work the machine from Lucas. Even then though I managed to mess up and over charge myself. Instead of using automatic color I used full color. Charging me alot more per copy. By the time I finished my bill was almost $100.00. I came back in the following day to try and figure out what I had done wrong to make it cost that much. I discovered that it was operator error but the directions were also just a tiny bit off. Never the less Lucas agreed to help me out and refund the money. Eric also assisted me with the situation. These guys were so professional and so caring. I went in there with every intention of raising hell because I felt like it wasnt my fault. I was wrong and not once did I have to raise my voice. It was actually really refreshing to be taken care of and listen to by the employee. These guys are great and I fully recomend them. EVERY time that I called the store they answered within the first two rings. So dont listen to these other reviews because either they got new management or the whole crew changed but now they are AWESOME!!!!!

Consistently poor customer service by Rachel at the ANC Dimond store. Every time I ship with FedEx, her bad attitude and demeanor reminds me of why I use UPS and USPS so often.
