These people are amazing! I’ve gone here once a few years ago and the prices were very high and had to wait a few more days for my order but I went back a few days ago and the prices had gone down by a lot and I got my dress on time! Highly recommended.

Located in a small building in the same parking lot as Ace Hardware store, Bethel Alterations-Embroidery is easy to overlook. The store is a small business, and the owner is somewhat disorganized. Our work was not completed when we were expecting it, however after re-scheduling pick-up we received our pieces, and the work was well done. However, we feel the price was somewhat high, especially to not have the work completed on time.

I needed 2 zippers done I thought id give them a try...30 dollars per zipper 60 bucks total....i got the sweaters for 14 bucks a piece ...i wonder if those zippers are made out of cold or silver thread was used. 60 bucks lame very lame.

Extremely over priced. I got my name embroidered on 2 pieces of nylon that I provided. So that’s a total of ten 1” letters. It cost $20. I would never have went there if I would have known they would gouge like that. They were not fast, it took 4 days and the lady at the desk wasn’t polite at all either. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be back again.

I dropped off a couple of jackets to have a name patch embroidered and then to be sewn onto each jacket. When I picked them up almost a week later, the patches were poorly sewn on. The stitches were crooked, going off the patch at times, and the patches were not centered. The place is poorly organized and employees are unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend them and will definitely find someone else to do any future embroidery.

Did a decent job with sewing and dry cleaning (nothing overly impressive, and with a small mistake or two), but doesnt offer nearly the services available typically available this close to a military base. That being said nobody around here offers those, so this place is as good as youre going to get.

Significantly overpriced. They didnt quote me a price when I dropped a simple dress hem then charged SIXTY FIVE dollars. Absurd, unwilling to reason. Do not use this this establishment.

To expensive. Go on base its 10-15% cheaper.

Over the last few years I have had many small alteration projects done at Bethel Alterations and the work, service, and price has been excellent.I highly reccommend them.
