Before starting our home inspection business we had multiple meetings with Kim and went over a ton of ideas on marketing material and clothing. She was extremely pleasant to work with and answered all of our questions. Not only did she listen to our ideas but suggest better ways of doing them, which was awesome. I need assistance with a project where I needed the screens I provided to have an image burned into them. Most places in town turned me away because they didnt want anything out of the ordinary. Kim is just plain rude! TERRIBLE customer service and NOT recommended. I had work done there recently and their work is mediocre at best. Run by a couple (of idiots), the guy seemed alright, but that chick is rude and has ZERO customer service skills. They didnt make any attempt to make things right nor did they even apologize. Hopefully this local business wont be around much longer.
