Quality is great and they are fast, but honestly the best piece is their customer service. Everyone in the shop is easy to work with and always go out of their way to make my projects work.

Poor customer service! Ordered a small jersey, received a medium with no replacement. Printing peels off uniform then sales girl, who never smiles, accused me of drying the jersey. This jersey set is not cheap and the product we receive is not worth the money!

They did a great job on my sons varsity jacket and it arrived just in time for Christmas!!!
