Ice cream on a hot day is the best!This Baskin-Robbins may not have enough seating, but you wont bump into someone getting up from the table either. Sadly there are no tables outside.There are plenty of flavors here, so reading them should keep you busy while you wait your turn. Keep your eyes on your order because you may not get the cone you want.

My daughter dropped her ice cream cone, and they replaced it with a brand new one even though it happened outside they were very nice!

I ordered a cake with strawberry ice cream for the specific reason of it being for my dog for her birthday. Chocolate is bad for dogs and she is especially allergic because she has epilepsy so we chose strawberry. We get it home with all her doggie friends at her birthday party and it turns out to be chocolate!!!! So none of the dogs got birthday cake. Luckily we had vanilla bean ice cream in the fridge for the party dogs. Anyways, this may sound a little silly...but what the hell! You had one job! What would happen if we all bombed doing the one thing we are all paid to do? Yeah, they bombed it:/

As always, great ice cream! The girls behind the counter were very friendly and did a great job! This is somewhere is definitely visit again and recommend to others. Its really a place the whole family can enjoy!

Went in to pick up an order for a customer and said they didnt have a flavor the customer wanted. I had to ask if they could pack it. She didnt volunteer to pack it because customer service is a dying art form. And she apologised to someone else who came in after me about having to ring me up. Wow!

Good ice cream. The cakes are great and you can have them made with any ice cream with 24 hour notice. They make great milk shakes. The place is very clean and friendly staff. A little pricey for the cakes but worth it

I love coming here for an afternoon snack with my kids. I like Baskin Robbins more than Cold Stone sometimes because I like having a classic scoop of ice cream. They do a good job!

I have been frequenting Basin and Robbins ice cream shops for 61 years and I am TOTALLY disappointed in this locations service. I called on a Sunday to request a specialty ice cream mud pie. When I arrived on Tuesday to pick it up, not only was it NOT READY, but I was sold another pie under false pretenses by the OWNER. I had requested whip cream instead of frosting on the pie and I was sold the pie that had frosting because the OWNER said it was whip cream. This is very bad business. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Go to a different location in Anchorage. The staff was helpful, the owner was a bomb.

Service here is great! Employees are usually kind However, the morning of July 21st this tall white girl was helping me and my wife, she was very rude and uncaring it was unnescessary all I wanted was a scoop of mint ice cream. I will not be coming back unless one of the Asian workers are working. I usually dont like Asian people but they are very kind here. They are the only reason why Im rating this location 5 stars. I actually came back the next morning and saw the same girl working and left.

Ice cream is just fine. Most kids seem friendly. Always happen to get the quite or rude female tho. Always clean. Attracts a mixed social class crowd like a mall.

Very uncaring staff at this Baskin Robins. False advertising also. There was an offer on the LCD screen Purchase 2 scoops, get a waffle cone for free. After asking about that they did not know out the offer, shown right above their heads. They were rude and did not care to accept or look at the offer.Very poor customer service. Staff seemed annoying.
