Kinda sad that the attendant back in May set up my account to auto pay the day after it was due. Causing me to get a late fee each month.This new attendant fixed it.Shame

Very friendly but unfortunately didnt have a white or bright red Samsung S20 FE phone cases I was look for there. Neither did AK Phone Repair or AT&T.

I cant speak for the service because Im new to Alaska but I will say that I was literally interrogated several times at the door during my different appointments just a set up new service. Not only that but there were several other very dissatisfied angry customers standing in line outside the door because they would only let one person in at a time on this particular day. Just the day before I was in there with my husband but apparently to day is a different story. They are so i consistent. Walking away from this company TODAY. I will stay with Verizon and enjoy the service I have. Just horrible!!

I tried to ask a guy if they did cable tv in their store. He rudely interrupted me both times to tell me to sign up. Then he explained he was working with a customer. There was no one standing there beside him so how would I have known. If I didn’t get a discount I would cancel my service because of this one bad experience with this guy.

Horrible service, with the outrageous prices they charge you would think they could make appointments quicker. I moved a week ago calling them to change service just to have to call back 5 more times. They finally felt it was necessary to send someone out. So after a week of being in our new place we finally have internet. Theyre a monopoly up in alaska.
Customer service are more into commission than account service. Better off calling in.
Didnt give me the right info and they almost shut down my phone, internet, and cable. And it was their fault!

Good customer service... GCIs marketing can be a bit misleading.
GCI is getting GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY. They just recently removed their 150 GB internet plan. Now customers have to jump from 50 GB to 250 GB, which will cost you $30. There is absolutely no reason to not have a 150 GB plan. I will be cancelling my GCI internet service along with my cellular service very soon.

The cons? Metered internet and high pricesThe pros? Never had an issue with customer service. Next day on site tech support. Frequent upgrades to the meter.Theyre not the best company in the world, but considering they own the monopoly of Alaska, they could be screwing us much worse than they are.

The online site said they were open, but they weren’t. Three workers were right there and they chose to be rude rather than apologetic about the inconvenience. Wouldn’t even answer a question. Try another location.

Not for this store, but for GCI company in general. I have to use it since it’s the only opinion at my area. The network dead at least once a week. I would never use it if I have another opinion!
Ok place but I dont feel valued there and that theres not much enthusiasm in its store staff. I also think $425.00 is too much for what I have & that price is with an $87.00 discount!
