The people are genuinely nice and Tim can talk. After having a talk with Mr. Tim he explained everything in a business casual way. He really cares about you and your car. He got to the main part of my car problem. Which made it easier for me to fix.

The car mechanic is the nicest, and does not want to rip off or fool you with hidden or non existent fees. I’ve only had great experiences here. My car came out in 100% better condition from when I brought it in. I really appreciate Tim. Thank you so much.

I went in today. They were very kind. They told me some things that needed to be fixed on my car. He was very honest and said he wasnt the guy to fix it but he didnt charge me anything. Ive had other mechanics who couldnt fix the problem so just charged me for some random thing. I really appreciated his integrity.

Since 2016-2017 I was having an issue with my truck. Out of nowhere the check engine light kept flashing non-stop and the idle was rough but maintained power when driving. I took it upon myself to do a full tune-up. Wires, plugs, 02 sensors all banks, fuel filter, and more. Could not figure out what the random misfire was. I found Tims youtube videos that I learned alot from as well as others how-to videos. Couple things I want to point out is his honesty and determination to find the source of the problem to do so. My past experiences with any type of shops would result in the seller upsaleing or trying to take advantage of my unfortunate circumstances and try to profit as much as possible doing whatever it takes. Yeah, lots of auto mechanics may have more expensive tools to get the job done but not all of them have these two main qualities I found that Tim does and thats why I chose to bring my truck here. My vehicle was fixed in a matter of a day and the price for service and labor was not cheap but was affordable and this took place around August or September of 2019. I just forgot to post a review. Watch his videos and you will see the demeanor of his person im talking about. Honesty, determined, and no BS. Thank you Donor Auto, thank you Tim!

Tim was true to his reputation. He could have charged me for a full tune-up like I initially asked for but he was honest in telling me that my truck was in good shape. It just needed a new battery to fix the strange idle problems it was having.He expected this to be the issue right up front due to technology built into my vehicle; and what do you know? He was right!Its been three months and my truck is running perfectly!Im impressed by Tims integrity and knowledge--both are stand out.

Excellent service and will give you the truth about your car! Good salmon fisherman too. He has the latest scanners to check my car.. He wont put a bunch of dollar tree parts on ya car either.Well here we are 4 years later and DrD is still doing a good job. Whatever he says, you can know hez probably right and aint not un-stupid on cars.
