This place was friendly and the tech was thorough when inspecting my windshield. I thought I only had 2 chips to repair but he saw a 3rd one hidden in the black edge. I appreciated the thoroughness as that was my first time visiting a shop to fix my window.

Made my installation time on line and it was easy even for me. They followed up with reminders of day and time for my installation. I paid what they said I would pay, no hidden costs. I waited for my car across the road at AIH for an hour and came over and my car was ready as they said it would be. Great experience. This shop located on Old Seward Highway

They finished our back windshield in an hour. They were the only place in Anchorage and on the peninsula that could do the job immediately! All other places were a 4-6 week wait. Friendly service and a great job. Well worth the drive up from Kenai. Thanks Safelite!

Do not recommend at all! They’re were supposed to fix a tiny chip in my windshield instead, they broke it and left a crack about 3 feet long in front of the drivers view. Claim the window was already broken because of the tiny little chip. Costed over $1000 for a new window! I will never go to this company for anything ever again!!

Had a chip. They claimed to have fixed it. They didnt. I contacted Safelite AutoGlass. They never got back in touch with me. But they were happy to bill my insurance. Horrible service!!!!!

I ordered the glass online Saturday it was available to be installed Tuesday by 1:00 I drove up from Ninilchik Alaska and it was worth the drive the day was beautiful traffic was light construction minimal and made it up there a little bit early and they took the car in and a couple hours later I had my brand new windshield and the service was impeccable I had a good experience there I will say I had a great experience there thank you Safelite Auto Glass

I came back to Safelite because they did such a great job on my car last year, and Im so happy I did. Jon did an amazing job on our truck. What can you say, you got a chip, crack or need a replacement! That is there slogan, but not if your vehicle was vandalized or you had to tape the windshield from falling out! Wont ever use there service again. So much for being a valuable customer!

Same day last minute service. Not cheap but they had me rolling out in no time. 1.5 hrs total from start to finish. Matthew is the man, took care of the windshield install and treated me well. The front help was also awesome- cant remember her name at this time. I recommend this safelite! Absolutely the best!

Cant say enough good things about my experience here. Showed up at 7:52am for a 8:00am appointment. Amanda got me checked-in and Christopher got the windshield replaced right away. He also cleaned all the windows and vacuumed out the front of my car. Both could not have been more courteous and professional. I would absolutely recommend.

Got an estimate on the Safelite website, made an appointment on the website, dropped by car off, and picked it up a few hours later with a brand new windshield! I am really impressed with the professionalism here. It was so easy to get it all done and fast!! They even emailed me a receipt when they were done so I could submit it to my insurance. I was particularly impressed with the fact that the window stickers I had on my cracked windshield made the transition to the new windshield. I fully expected to lose those items. Great job, would definitely use this service again!

Used Safelite through my auto insurance and found them to be very timely and efficient. I received a call a week prior to my appointment letting me know that they had ordered the new window. Three days later I received notification that the new window was in and I made an appointment that day to get it fixed. They cleaned out the broken glass in my car and installed the new window in less than 30 minutes!

Had my windshield replaced quickly. They always do a great job.

I had to replace my windshield so I can ship it for a PCS move. The windshield was replaced in June 0f 2020. I picked up my car and less than a week later the whole windshield was cracked. I called safelite in killeen since its the same company. They want another 250 on top of the 329 that I paid less than a month ago. I Would never use safelite and not let any friends or family use them for any type of business. Military stay away from safelite. They dont honor any warranty.

Had numerous cracks in my windshield. Travis installed a new windshield, very high quality work and only took about hour. Kate at the front desk was very friendly and kept me updated the entire time. I was impressed and will definitely use them again in the future!

Anytime you have to deal with anything with your insurance can be stressful. Safelite AutoGlass took the stress away. They were friendly, and ready to help any way they could.

Everyone here has been very helpful and respectful. Had some issues with the initial install of the vent glass on my 94 F150 (it leaked pretty bad going through a car wash) and the tech dented my truck by accident. Came back after I couldnt get ahold of their dent guy and discovered the leak. They got me right in the next day and the dent is about 99% gone and the window is pretty much good to go. Still leaks ever so slightly, but hey, its not dumping water into my truck anymore. Fixed enough to where I dont feel like going back and making them do it again. Overall, Im satisfied and they did great work. They paid for the dent to be pulled and the warranty covered the seal on the glass. I would come back and still recommend. Accidents happen and the seal for my window had to be custom made. Thank you for being understanding and admitting to mistakes made and coming to me up font and not letting me discover the dent on my own. Overall, good work.

My car window got smashed in at 9pm on a Thursday and this Safelite was able to get me in at 10:30am on a Friday. Super professional staff and they got me in and out. Definitely recommend this place.

They dont answer the phone.

They were able to schedule me an appointment for the next day for a windshield replacement. They had the windshield and moldings already in stock too. It took a couple hours for the replacement but they were pretty busy at the time. The replacement looks terrific! This was a 2006 Chrysler 300c so a bit older.

If youre wondering where to take your vehicle .. Do not!.. Ive been highly impressed with their work and their warranty. I highly recommend them. From the Store Manager to the Techs.. All very professional and take pride in what they do.

Called a few times but no answer so the automated system directed me to their website. I went on their website to see what they’d quote me for my chipped/cracked windshield and it was a little over a grand which is A LOT. Go with speedy glass or another windshield repair shop.

Poor customer service!

Two of my vehicles required windshield replacements. Following the install, both had terrible wind noise while driving at very low speeds. They were both properly repaired, but the rear view mirror of one vehicle was improperly installed and is loose, necessitating a third appointment. This is unacceptable. The technicians are friendly, but expertise is severely lacking. I will not use Safelite again.

I called to make an appointment for a glass repair about a month prior to actually replacing the windshield of my car. Come to the day, I find out that the windshield was it ordered. Ok, simple mistake, Ill wait a little later. Next time comes along, and after repeated confirmation, they apparently didnt have the glass again. Ive waited over a month for this service, and was pretty unimpressed when they postponed the second time. When you make an appointment, please actually prepare in advance, especially when you have several weeks notice.

Was told my truck with aftermarket exhaust was ridiculous and obnoxious... If I wanted your guys opinion on my exhaust I wouldve asked for it. I gave you guys $270 to replace my windshield, not trash talk my vehicle. Highly unprofessional. Ill probably recommend Denali Glass to anyone with aftermarket exhaust because it seems Matthew - a glass - NOT EXHAUST technician - cant seem to keep his personal comments about customer vehicles to himself. What a joke. I shouldve just asked for my vehicle back.

On the way home from paying for a new windshield. I small rock that I didnt even see, apparently left the size of a pin nic. Two days later its cracked the entire length of the windshield. And they wont do a warranty on it!!!!!! I wont go through saflite again. Customer service, quality of product. That doesnt exist here. Go somewhere else!!!!!
