Eagle River Speedy Glass scheduled me with the Fireweed location to get my windshield replaced. Since Fireweed had more schedule availability, I was able to get my leaking windshield replaced before it rained.

I have used Speedy Glass before! I find them knowledgeable and quite professional. They are a fine and well run company. I recommend them to any person that needs a good price and a good product

THEY MADE MY DAY!!! Someone had broken my side window that morning and took a few things from my car. I called them that morning and they were able to get me in that afternoon. Very fast and easy to work with them, dropped off my car at the appointment time, walked down the street to get some lunch, and got a phone call about an hour later that it was done. That day, I was a bit distraught from the break in, it was raining outside, and I had a packed work schedule... so I didnt even have time to clean up the glass debris before taking it in and just thought I was going to clean up after visiting all my clients for the day. They welcomed me back to pick up the car and when I opened my car door to get in, so I can take my little car to the cleaner to clean it out, I noticed theyve already vacuumed out the debris from the break in. I went back in to thank them, they said theyre just happy they were able to make my day a little easier. I walked out with a much clearer mind. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

After being quickly dismissed by two other glass companies in town, Scott really hooked us up! He did exactly what we asked for and we couldn’t be happier. When we need glass repair or replacement, we will be back!

I don’t usually give reviews however, after having a horrible day and my daughters windshield got broken I called to get a price on a repair. When I called I spoke to Felicity she was so pleasant and after telling her my story was so empathetic. Windshield crack occurred a little after 4pm and called Speedy Glass hoping to get it fixed right away since they were still open and appointment is not needed. It didn’t happen and was told to show up the next day at my convenience.It was a somewhat 5 inches crack at the time I called them but it kept spreading and reached over a foot overnight to a point that they couldn’t fix it anymore. I showed up right after they opened but it didn’t matter since the crack just kept spreading.Had high hopes but really disappointed with how it was handled. This might be an isolated case but I couldn’t help thinking the guys were just not willing to spend an extra few minutes after 5pm. Could’ve been fixed totally but precious hours were wasted overnight.

Speedy Glass got us in right away! They were super kind and very, very efficient . I’d take all my glass repairs to Speedy Glass!

I would never refer anyone to Speedy auto glass especially the one on Arctic! I have been in there several times in the this month to check on some windows for my home and vehicle the people there are very unprofessional, rude and actually seem like I am a bother to them. One gentlemen is on his phone like I am invisible with no mask the other person just gets up and walked away. Went to Replacement glass and had the best customer service. Never use Speedy unless you want to deal with rudeness!!!

I got a new windshield before driving from anchorage to Utah. Many times in Canada semi would blow by and spray rocks on my windshield. Not one chip or crack.

I was in an extreme hurry as i had to ship my vehicle when i noticed a crack started up and had an hour to get it fixed. Eric told me to be here right at opening and they’d have me taken care of. I was greeted by Felicity who quickly took care of me. Greg took a look and new it was urgent. They all went above and beyond to help me get in and out. Extremely amazing customer service, highly recommend!

Always take care of me. The best HANDS DOWN. Fireweed n Arctic has the friendliest staff. Didnt have my back window.....they offered to order it. Didnt charge me to cover Bak of truck....... Last place charged me for a small side window and didnt even try to find anyplace that had the window...... Guess they couldnt order. Lol

Seemed to have installed my new windshield correctly. Although sometimes it sounds like its creaking... plus, it ended up being a little more than quoted due to my windshield being heated although I have no evidence of the windshield itself heating up. But it was still a decent price and the people were nice enough and they were done in just a couple hours.

Everyone was helpful, timely and professional. In addition to outstanding service, they stand by their name - speedy! My windshield was replaced while I waited in a clean, quiet waiting area. (Due to a large earthquake at the exact time as my initial appointment, the manager reached out and communicated with me over the weekend through her personal phone to reschedule. I appreciate the extra care and thoughtfulness.)

Absolutely the best! I used Speedy Glass to replace my windshield and my passenger window. Both times, they replaced the window the same day I called! They even drove to my work place!

Went inside to inquiry about service and the guy at the counter couldn’t stop watching his TV to answer my questions. He was even irritated by having to redirect his attention towards me. Never coming here again. Bad customer service doesn’t get my hard earned money.

Chip in a window. Walk in took the truck as soon as i walked in and explained what they were doing and that it was for purpose not looks. So the glass wouldnt crack. The woman who helped me was clear and patient with me. I felt comfortable and safe :)

Friendly service. Solid installation of windshield. All inclusive price; no hidden fees or “a small disposal fee”.They did leave some debris all over the dash and steering wheel, didn’t seem to bother to clean up the interior, and the front seats were wet, so it seems like they didn’t bother to try to protect anything. I got home with a wet behind, but if that’s the worst of it, I’ll be a happy camper. I’ll send another review in a few days when I know the windshield is fully cured and secured.

They were so helpful with info on changing my back wind sheild. They werent only interested in making money off me. Nice informative friendly people. I bought urethane to glue in my back wind sheild myself. Which was actually cheaper than oReillys at $20 a pop.

Very fair pricing, And they really accommodate their customers I made an appointment at 3 PM had some extra time dropped it off early around 11 my car was done at one they didn’t try to highball me and they made sure to repair exactly what I wanted not giving me any extra expenses or trying to upsell me

WOW! These guys are fast and good! Just pulled in and they are already working on my Winnebago windshield stone dings!

The windshield replacement took almost an hour longer than estimated (3 hours total). The rear view mirror was not reattached properly, and when we returned the next day to have it affixed the tech noticed a clip missing from the windshield sash. We met the tech at the auto dealership for a new clip, then watched as he dropped the clip three times into the wheel well and had to fish it out. After making the same mistake three times in a row we said we would go back to the shop to have the clip reinstalled in the garage. Thankfully the second tech there had great customer service skills and was also able to quickly and accurately attach the clip. The first tech somehow took the plug needed to secure the sash and was unable to be reached, so the second tech showed us where he used a different part to hold it in place so we could finally leave. All together an extra 3 hours and multiple return trips to fix a job that wasnt done right in the first place.

Did a nice job on my mirrors in my remodeled bathroom. Would not recommend them for windshield replacement.

So I dont usually badmouth businesses on here but here it goes.A little over one month ago we had a freak thing happen to the back window of our car where it exploded. Took it to speedy and got it replaced. They stated a 90 day warranty where they would replace the glass. After 35 days the glass on the rear window of our Subaru broke again while traveling 65 MPH down the highway. It broke into my dogs fur and easily could have reached My 7 y.o in the rear seat of our car (but didnt thank god). The road was clear and non-graveled and there were no adjacent vehicles anywhere within at least 2000 ft (possibly further). I returned it to Speedy expecting them to replace the glass for the warranty. They did not honor their warranty and refused to replace the rear window or give a refund. They stated that a rock or something hit the rear window while driving and imploded it. There was little remaining glass in the vehicle when they inspected it and they made this claim based on a small amount of glass around the rim of the window. I showed them a photo where you can clearly see a window gasket that came loose in the upper right hand corner of the window. This easily could have caused the damage in my opinion and no one at speedy could explain it as anything other than gasket but not the cause of the breakage. I asked to speak to the regional manager (Jennifer Houck) also who relayed that she would be present at 9:30 am this morning. She was not. She refused to speak to me over the phone and then made me wait 2 hrs to meet with her. I spoke with her and she backed her employees and the branch manager (Regina Huskey) and refused to replace/refund the window. They did offer to discount the price of a new window, but I told them i refuse to pay a company two times for a job that they couldnt complete correctly the first time. They also called later in the day after I had already taken it to another shop (I couldnt miss another day of work and have only one car to transport my son in) and my wife and I stated that we would be happy if they applied the cost of the window back to our credit card. They also declined that.Please do not use Speedy Glass.

Walked in needing a windshield for a 2002 GMC, made room for me this afternoon and finished the job in 2 1/2 hours.

Got me in and out quick. Side view mirrors are a go.

They were kind. I do wish they would have had their hours for Saturday posted. I did try and drop off a piece of glass around 3:15pm and they were closed!

HUGE SHOUT-OUT to these guys. After my insurance company called them they were at my house within an hour... Picked up my car... And replaced the windshield and the back window that someone decided it didnt need to be there anymore on new years eve.Car was picked up by Benjamin at 1130... Dropped off at 515 windows done and they vaccumed up all the glass. Grade A service.P. S. Didnt have to pay a dime because I pay an extra $10 a month for glass coverage for my vehicle. Thanks Country Financial!
