I have come across many moving companies but no-one even compares to executive moving systems. They are professional, responsive and make the process stress free from start to finish I cant recommend them enough!!

I always use family owned and operated companies. They came on time, their pricing was what I was quotes, they were uniformed, and most importantly they worked hard. Since I was paying hourly I was hesitant, however they were professional and efficient which is all you can ask for.

From start to Finish everything went great,Justin who I dealt with sent me quote promptlyHe answered all my questions and was so kind to help me with all the paperwork.He was so nice made everything go smoothly .It was appreciated as the whole process of moving is such a time consuming task.But the crew came to pack and they were so efficient they were friendly and so professional and helpful.They loaded all items carefully so no worries on if anything was to break everything was intact at delivery.Dee was a joy super sweet and nice on top of everything which is nice she made relocation a breeze.

Executive Moving Systems is worth every dime. They arrived early and set estimated time of completion and price quotations. They carefully packed all our furniture and hauled it to the truck. These guys were amazing. I am not disappointed. If we ever move again Ill be calling them no question.

They came and picked up my furniture, help me pack, and put it in storage. When I was ready for my furniture and they delivered it down to, a good 10 Hour Drive away. They reassembled all my furniture, and were very helpful in placing it why wanted it. They even made an extra stop to pick up furniture that I had at my temporary housing.

The actual loaders and movers of my belongings, were George and Valentine, both were great. They took there time and packed up my belongings and then delivered them to my new home ahead of schedule, which was more then I could ask for. They unloaded the truck and put all my belongings into the rooms I asked then to do. They also set up everything that they had taken apart for the move. Everything arrived in perfect shape. Executive Moving Systems did a great job of setting up the storage advising me of all fees and options and setting up the free pickup of my stuff. They picked my stuff by themselves and stored it in their storage. I didn’t have to move or to pick up anything. They did it by themselves.

Crew did such an outstanding job moving our apartment to our new home. We have a ton of fragile furniture that they flawlessly moved. There was a two-hour minimum which we gladly paid, it would have taken us hours. They are so organized and friendly, and took so much stress out of our hands.

I Called EMS about 3 days before I had to move out of my house, and spoke to Justin Bird, who was a tremendous help. He helped me to set up the move immediately as well as my storage which was a big plus!3 movers arrived at my house, laid runners throughout the entire house to protect the floors, disassembled all of my furniture & packed it very carefully. Not only were these 3 guys SO nice and polite, they were so fast! I had a 2 story, 2 bedroom + Loft house fully furnished, which they managed to get everything out in 3.5 hours!The service was honestly great all around, and the prices are extremely competitive. 1) Never answer their phones. They answer and say hold please. Then the phone automatically hangs up after 10 more minutes of being on hold.2) Failed multiple pick-ups.

I chose Executive Moving Systems for my relocation from Orange County back to Greece! Their recommendation came from Chapman University and since I wanted to use a big brand reputable company this was a perfect fit. I had all of my belongings as well as my car shipped overseas. The whole process from my in-home estimate with Justin Bird to the packing, loading, and delivery of my goods in Greece went smoothly. Everyone I dealt with in this family-owned organization was polite and respectful, and professional. In a world where competent moving companies are rare, Executive Moving Systems delivered all smiles!

The appraiser was nice--but everything he said turned out to be a lie. And that was just the start. You pay for things to get packed up by them so insurance covers it. It will not be covered. It will not be packed securely.In chronological order:Movers showed up without the special boxes for TVs as requested nor any mattress protection. Had to pack in spare dirty cardboard. Movers left one man, the junior member who didnt speak English to handle the TVs alone. Large greasy hand print on the front and pressure damage to the panels. Couldnt tell him to stop doing it that way because no speak English. Vague illegible notes taken on manifest.They rescheduled my delivery 2 times after I had already taken the day off.Mover at time of delivery told me to make notes of residence damage and submit it via their website. Claims adjuster said I should have filed at the time of delivery with the driver---when the mover told me to use the website instead.They would not take receipts to show value or proof of ownership for missing items.Claim denied because there is no proof the item is damaged or missing because the item is MISSING. Let that sink in.Majority of the claims denied because there is no proof there is damage even after they sent out a third party to take pictures of the damage the pictures mysteriously disappear.The third party arbitration site they tell you to go to is a dead end web page with a broken link.Dont pay for 0 deductible, it doesnt mean what you think it means.In fact, just use someone else.

If you need a moving company in Orange County or Los Angeles, look no further than these guys. Executive Moving takes care of everything and does it professionally. Ive moved a lot so I know when its good or not. These guys are good. Not the cheapest, but worth it because my stuff doesnt get broken and they save you time.

The absolute worst moving co i have ever had. They held all my furniture hostage, until i would pay them in cash, up front, an extra $4000 in special handling, for insurance coverage, in addition to the insurance i already had. When i made a stink - you guessed it, they threw my stuff on the ground, etc.. and broke so many things. !!! It broke my heart. Then when i filed an insurance claim, they countered with saying all my stuff was ALREADY MESSED UP AND BROKEN!! Can you believe it? I have never been so upset at corruption, in all my life.!!! I tried to take them to small claims court, but they had all their employee movers as witnesses!! The entire thing cost me over $15,000!!!! and it was supposed to be provided by my new job, in relocation benefits. From now on, im going to do everything myself. I have lost total trust in the moving industry. I had made a few moves before, with my husband, in the military, and there was the usual stuff that got stolen, (so called lost), and broken, but not like this. This was just CRUEL!!!! Some of the items were handed down over many generations, and had sentimental value. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE MEAN AND CORRUPT.

After a few phone calls and keeping on top of things, overall, not a bad experience. My goods arrived, and George and Will did a great job loading me into my apartment, assembling my beds, and unpacking a few large and bulky items.
