Twice now IV e had my plans fall through and lost time and money because of a tecnicality preventing them from doing bussiness. You know I can buy a trailer online from many suppliers and even have it delivered but u haul will give you a reservation to rent and pick one up but make sure you. Physically have the credit card with you or plenty of cash. Make sure your Do is up to date despite covid

Dude seriously needs to work on his social skills. He was hella rude, if he hates his job that much maybe he should go somewhere else

I cannot possibly express how rude and unprofessional the employee was. I was also charged double (twice a day for 2 days). When I tried to tell him I had already been charged and just owed the mileage, first he snapped at me loudly, and I let it slide, but reiterated that I had already paid. So he tells me to go into the office and he would explain it and on my way from the parking lot to the office, I got a notification from my bank app that he charged the full rental amount again. I’ve called the corporate offices to file a complaint with this guy’s name. I would suggest going to another Uhaul location for sure.

I dropped off a trailer at this location. Drop-off is easy. There are signs guiding you to one driveway and you pull up under a canopy where an attendant does a quick inspection and lets you on your way. Quick and easy. No problems.

Quick and friendly service. Eddy and Tony got me in and out a few minutes. They went out of their way and replaced a blown fuse on my truck when it was not lighting up the turn signals on the trailer I rented.Thanks Again Guys!

Great service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They always acknowledge me when I walk in: someone will be right with you. Dont go to Fullerton location on commonwealth and Euclid. It is 5 minutes from my house and I drive 15 minutes to this location. Its all about the customer service.

This is the best uhaul franchise Ive ever shopped at. Eddie, the manager is super friendly and very knowledgeable about his trucks. I love going here, because all the guys really enjoy what they do, makes my experience that much better.

This is my go to Uhaul location. Ive used them for years when I lived in Orange County. But even now living in Corona, I go out of my way to do business with them in Anaheim. Its worth the drive. Their customer service is amazing, they are super helpful for last minute changes. And theyve always been helpful whenever I rent a trailer, giving me tips and advice for pulling it. They definitely always treat me respectfully and are very friendly. I always recommend them for anyone needing a uhaul!

I reserved my truck on the phone and went the next day to pick my truck up. The whole process took less than 15 minutes!Friendly professional service and great pricing.

The manager is great. Ive known him from another Uhaul he worked at in Midway (Westminster). He is personable, helpful with recommendations on your needs, and quick to get you in and out. He is experienced with Uhaul. The employees there are very quick and knowledgeable as well. Overall good Uhaul and Ive been to Uhaul countless times!

Worst phone service ever. Do not call these guys unless you have an hour of your time to waste. They literally think its a game to waste your time. My call asking for the rate on a very specific unit, for a very specific amount of time lead to dozens of personal questions completely unrelated to a price. Why do you need my last name to give me a price? Why do you need my phone number to give me a price? Why do you need my email to give me a price? Why do you need my exactly what Im putting in the unit to give me a price? Why do you need the year make and model of my vehicle? Why do you need to know how many rooms are in my home? Any attempt to bypass a question results in the representatives refusal to assist, absolutely unbelievable! To add insult to injury, the rep was pretending to sound like a 50s style nasally operator. And I know she was rudely pretending because when I called her out for wasting my time, she mistakenly lost her fake accent upon dishing back her own rude comments. Childish, unprofessional, unhelpful.

Fantastic! Friendly, professional! Showed me where we could wait in shade and cool cement for my gig while the RVs propane was being refilled! Brought me receipt cs my walking into shore!

Ill never use uhaul again. they tried to rent me a tow dolly that wouldnt work with my vehicle unless I paid for the major mechanical work to make it work, which would then require major mechanical work after the move for my vehicle to work again. The manager at this location defended this policy of screwing over customers to me. Thank God Penske had what I needed. Would have lost a job 2800 miles away if I stuck with uhaul.

Cannot get hold of anybody over the phone - EVER!! And when I was promised Eddie the manager will call, he didn’t. Despite me leaving a voicemail on his cell phone that’s listed on his business card. This UHaul location needs to get their act together.

I never had a problem with them until I moved out.... But once I called the corporate office I got it all worked out!

Was on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever came to the phone. Guess Ill take my business to United Rentals.

Over charged twice would not credit back had to dispute charges with my bank and get a new card very unreasonable place.
