This review is long overdue. I used storage west for about 2 years. And rave about the people who work there. They saved me from a bad situation with a locksmith I had hired. Who took more than an hour to try to open my lock without success. They intervened when the locksmith was not able to open the lock and still wanted to charge me.Why I chose storage west initially was because I got a moving truck for a day for free to move my stuff in the unit. I thought that was a great and very helpful perk.If I have storage needs again, I know where I’d go.

Excellent property management and customer service! Friendly and responsive team. Julie has been amazing in helping us find an easily accessible unit at the right time for when we needed it! Corporate office has also been very responsive and helpful. Very easy process to lease.

I went in to get an idea of what kind of units there are and prices..Julie helped me... She was awesome..She was patient and informative, answering all my questions. I feel a lot more confident now in what I will be getting in the future

Evicted me with 10 days to move out for no reason and claim they do not need a reason at all. I had only gone to this place 6 times in 3 months... Wow... And it is super hot there without a restroom and its far from civilization and my home. Rude 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎✌️

I just recently rented a storage and Maribel and Julie helped me out and were very nice, they went above and beyond to help me out. Great customer service definitely recommended.

My storage is in Fullerton went with my friend because we went to pick up a bike. I thought the place was great. We moved stuff around we might have been tbe 35min. Yesterday my buddy got a notice to vacate. Because we took 35 min moving stuff around. Not only will I not move my things there. Any bad publicity i can provide i will. Lets boycott Storage West. Perhaps the will vacate

If I could give 10 stars I would the manager Maribel was awesome really knows her stuff very patient with me answered all my questions will be send anyone that needs storage her way.

Great - we ventured to storage west to store some luggage whilst we go on a cruise for 7 days. Very easy to deal with and so close to Disneyland resort!

Ive been a customer of this facility for over 7 years. The location is clean and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Gary is a good man and has been a wonderful manager of this location for years. Ive never had an issue with the security of this place either. Id highly recommend them for your storage needs.

I have been a tenant here for about 6 months I have two units one outside and one inside. Well sometime within the last week my inside unit was broken into by climbing over the Raptors and stealing all my tools that my father past on to me when he past away. I have not gotten much help they said I cant call the police because its private property and Im having to fill out a claim form that will most likely be denied. Because as I said these items were past on to me from my father who past away. Kinda feels like an inside job because they were so nonchalant about the whole thing. Bottom line security is a big issue many times I have seen homeless people wandering in the gates. I will be moving my stuff out asap.

Don’t use this company unless you want someone to steal your money for nothing. I reserved a unit online for their Irvine (kelvin ave) location that I can’t seem to leave a review for (hmm I wonder why..because I’m right) and never even moved in because my car didn’t fit. Within 30 min of signing up I canceled and wanted my pro-rated refund. Yes, I didn’t care about the 25 dollars nonrefundable service fee. Well guess what, they never refunded me anything and kept nearly 300 dollars of my money. Then after disputing it with Amex they have the balls to challenge my dispute. That’s the kind of people you’re dealing with here folks, straight up scammers.

I really like the storage unit itself, and the people that work there are very friendly. The only issue I have had so far is their website not working. Whats the point of having a pay online option, if I can never get the site to load, and when it does load it wont allow me to log in. If you are going to have a website have a professional web designer make it, and have it be mobile friendly. Thanks!

The GPS directions are wrong - they get you to a gate you cant open. When you turn onto Anaheim Way, go up to Cerritos and turn right, turn left right on Lewis and then right on Katella. Storage West is on the right JUST before Anaheim Way and the freeway entrance. I drove around for 15 minutes before I figured this out.
