The ice cream flavors are overwhelming, pretending to be like the variety you can find only in Mexico City, but first of all, even though they are good in flavor, lack in the usage of real natural products, because some of them, you cannot even find in this country, so here comes the reality check even though is shocking: the use of lots of artificial flavors and of course colors and chemicals, something that sometimes can be dangerous for kids and some adults too!!!So I just suggest that in the future begin asking the people working there, what type of ingredients they are using, according to the flavor you choose to have on that particular visit!!!

There are no words to describe how amazing this place is. The employees are so nice and everything is so yummy!!! Prices are fair. Will definitely drive out the way time and time again to come here. We ate the elites too fast to take a pic.

Authentic michoacana flavor to th real ones in Tijuana or Mexicali shops.. one thing i would like to see change is possibly more employees working during there night time rush hour.. i spent over 35 minutes waiting to order and another 15 to get my order.

The place reeked of rotten dairy the second I stepped inside. Could not bear to stand in line because of it... The staff should do something about it, as other than this, the ice cream is pretty good.

So we went to this location to get some typical raspado. But instead of raspado we got some Aguas. The ice wasnt enough and she added the syrup first. This liquid was super sweet. I dont get what similarity has with the original Mexican version. Also, we got ice cream and the ice cream was melting already. Do they even have the freezer on? Went on a Friday night and was treated very well by Susana! We got dorilocos, paletas, fresas con crema, a hot Cheetos elote, esquites, and a couple more things. Definitely recommend this place! 10/10 on customer service and 10/10 on quality of the menu! Will definitely be going back to this place ! Thank you Susana !

So I’ve come to this location multiple times to try and buy an elote on a stick covered with hot Cheetos and I always get told that “we don’t have any at the moment “ today I asked “if there only available on the weekends?” And the lady told me “no a guy bought them all” it just all doesn’t sound right to me because they’re never available you guys mind as well take it off the menu because I come every week and they always tell me the same thing I’m very angry about this especially cause I always come and spend money on this Location and support it. And I’m not upset anymore I’m mad about it now!

Great concept! I like this place, clean and friendly service. The food/ice creams and specialties are great, creative and delicious! Perfect for a hot summer day as well as a cool winter evening, theres always something there that will make any day a good day for those treats.My favorite is the banana split but then again they also have small snacks that are not necessary ice cream treats, cant remember the names but the taste and flavors are good!

It was ok, the girls are nice working there, but I had the ice cream and it was kinda gummy. The texture was not good. I will try it again and try more it their fruit flavors. I had a chocolate flavor. My husband had an ice cream bar covered in nuts and he said the same thing about the ice cream.

Mexican styled ice cream. But they have more than just ice cream not saying there ice cream is bad its good they carry flavors of ice cream you wouldnt normally find at a typical ice place. They also serve corn on a stick, nachos, water based fruit popsicles, and a few other things.

My husband went yesterday and got 2 aguas de fresas and 2 corns in a cup the aguas de fresa was really thick and so sugary and sweet i couldnt even taste the strawberry flavor it tasted like a syrupy sugar cup of diabetics, the corn wasnt even fresh either it was just all around bad. I was so looking forward tasting it after a long stressful day at work to just throw it out what a waste of money!!!!!!!!!

I came here excited to enjoy some presumably authentic michoacan flavors okay everything seemed good BUT WHAT I GOT IS A DIABLITO AND IT SUCKED I TOOK A SLURP FIRST AND THE FLAVOR TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS NOTHING NATURAL AT ALL. THE MANGO CHUNKS WERE ARTIFICIAL LIKE THEY WERE DEHYDRATED BY SOME COMPANY AND JUST ADDED IN. THE CHAMOY HAD THAT WEIRD CHEMICAL AFTERTASTE THAT I KNOW IS HORRIBLE. THERE WAS NO LEMON AT ALL. NO PICO DE GALLO SEASONING SALT. THE SPICY TAMARINDO STICK WAS FAKE WITH NO FAT SEEDS. THE ICE WAS HORRIBLE TOO MANY ICE ROCKS SO ANNOYING. FOR PAYING $6.95 FOR A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT IS TRULLY A BLINDSIDE.

They store is always busy long lines and have to wait at least 15 minutes for service. Managers need to hire more help and make the visit pleasant.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION. Ive been to several locations, I personally love La Michoacana. I ordered 2 esquites, taste was ok not worth the price. I asked the workers for a limon and she only have half limon. Also, this place doesnt have any napkins available on the tables you have to ask the workers for them. The mamey ice cream is gross at this location. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION .

I went there to buy a banana split but the lady who was sleeping there sorry i meant working there she said she have no containers for it why they are open if they are not ready to serve the costumers that means they want to sell you what they have not what you want ......poor service bad experience
