The reason for my rating is because it was about 1/2 hour before closing and there were two people being served, then a group of 4 arrived right before me. So there was the one girl serving and another taking her sweet time putting in some pints into the freezer. She saw how many people were stacked up and still didnt make an effort to rush it. When she was done it was my turn so when she faced me I see that her shirt is filthy! It was super gross and disgusting. She either needs an apron or an extra shirt if she cant take care of the one she is wearing. It looked pretty bad. In my opinion. Plus, her scoops were minimal as were the toppings. Even though I asked for extra whipped cream and nuts. Not once did she offer a friendly smile or anything.. She does not represent the BR brand very well.

What a joke. Tried to order mint chocolate chip so they had none chocolate fudge said they had none this place is a freaking joke it’s called 31 flavors

Love coming to this Baskin-Robbins cause once you get whatever you ordered you can relax outside on the open patio they have. Highly recommend the Stranger Things ice cream flavors they have currently right now. Staff is enjoyable and always seem happy about being there.

Workers are friendly and attend you really good. The ice cream was really good my first time trying it. The area where you can sit down in there is clean. Everything is well priced. Will be coming back to try out other ice cream flavors. Came with my family and they enjoyed their ice cream as well. Thanks for your service Baskin-Robbins 👍🏻

This place is terrible.

Went there today around 7:30pm and there was nobody there. The doors were open but no worker there and buckets of ice cream on the floor. 😧

Good Baskin Robbins and great if you are looking for ice cream. The place is clean and staff friendly. There is limited indoor seating but a large general outdoor area to sit and eat. Had the Oreo mocha shake and it was very good. The prices are comparable to other ice cream shops.

Bad customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Baskin-Robbins until today on Monday June 25th.The girl with the green eyes smiled although the other girl who assisted us gave poor service with a horrible attitude.

I come in with my kids after work once a week and the server is always friendly. Ice cream is definitely great.

I love baskin robbins so i got excited that we found one. Im new to the area so this was very exciting. Very much like my yogurtland experience here, i was left disappointed. The ice cream was so disappointing. I dont think there coolers were working well. They gave me ice cream that was basically turning into liquid. 100% sure i wont be coming back. My frozen dessert experiences here have been quite saddening.

Food was ok. Service was below average. Both employeess coming on shift and off shift at 1630 had just charged in and out. Never even bother saying excuse me or anything. Then the one girl give my kids candy and did not verify with her parents if it was ok. Which my kids already starting eating the candy. Of course got charged.
