Placed an online order long distance from S Florida for next day delivery. I then found out that my wife (birthday girl) was going to be in Disneyland all day on the delivery day, so I called and asked if they could make it a SAME DAY delivery. SUCCESS! Oscar did me a solid and got her tray of chocolate covered strawberries, pineapple and apples the same day I placed the order! I cant thank him enough to have made my day, and my wifes birthday, a complete success! Thanks again!

Placed an order for delivery at 10am since they stated they can do Same day delivery. Called at 4pm when I noticed it had not yet been delivered, although we are 8 minutes away. The kid who answered was very dry and just stated all deliveries go out before 5pm. I emphasized just as my order showed, it is a place of business that closes at 5pm, and wanted to make sure it would be delivered before then. He just repeated that deliveries go out before 5 pm. It is 504pm, I am writing this complaint as there has still been no delivery! I would have benefited more from them saying please come in to pick up your order, we dont deliver before end of business day!!!!!!! I would give 0 stars if possible.

They were able to put an order for us fast but they are not accepting cash right now.

Giving this 1 star because 0 stars isnt an option.My son ordered a beautiful arrangement for me for Mothers Day. We were both very proud as this is something hed spent his money on. I am utterly disappointed with the quality of the fruit in this arrangement. ALL of the grapes are soggy and old. And so are the majority of the strawberries. This was a big deal because this was the first Mothers Day since he started his first job. He is disappointed and feels like this is a huge waste of money. I agree. And for Mothers Day. Apparently this location only cared about the money theyd bring in.

0 stars should be an option. I pre ordered for my wife for Mothers Day; it has now been two weeks since I ordered and still cannot get my order delivered. I called and asked for a refund and was told, since the driver made an attempt to deliver they are unable to issue a refund. I asked when they attempted and what the issue was. I was told that they do not need to share that info with me. My wife hasnt left the house in weeks over the COVID19 situation so I can clearly call their failed attempt a lie. I am disgusted with how rude the clerk that answered with phone was, as well as the manager. I am now out of the money and still cannot get the order delivered. I have been promised a few times that it will come today. Nothing but lies come from this location, shame on you all.

I placed my order online late in the morning and they were able to deliver it by 12:00! The arrangement was exactly as advertised and greatly appreciated by my wife and coworkers. Excellent job!!

We liked this place... a lot of interesting shops, cafes, eateries, bakeries, and a lot of people. It was enjoyable to spend a few hours wondering back-and-forth buying all the stuff that you dont really need (including tasty food that make you fat).

The customer service at this location was beyond excellent. Id order an arrangement to be delivered on a Thursday only to find out late in the day that the person had already left for the day and the office was closed the following day. After several calls to find out where the truck was, Alex - at Edible Arrangements offered to redo the arrangment Monday morning so it would be fresh when it was delivered. I just received an email from the recipient and in her words Thank You for the Wonderful Fruit Arrangement. Thanks for making this birthday present special - even if it was a couple days late.

Long story short, save your hard earned $100 and head to Albertsons for chocolate dipped strawberries. Literally NOTHING special about these other than their 300% inflated price. What you see online looks bigger, fresher and 10x larger than what you recieve in person. Beware of their deceptive sales where you can order and save money but in reality it can only be applied for certain dates and times. Sherries berries here I come!!!

ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS?! TWICE!! TWICE I TRY TO ORDER AN ERRANGEMENT FOR MY LOVE, AND BOTH TIMES THEY MAKE IT SO IMPOSSIBLE TO GET! AND CANCEL IT without my request... First I tried to use the benefits of NOT having to drive, because I CANT, Im permanently disabled, unable to drive, BUT THEY INSIST ON MY GOING THERE... YOU LOST A CUSTOMER! Ill take my business elsewhere or better yet, make it myself. Thanks for at least showing me what kind of service I DONT want.

Edible Arrangements is a little pricey but for special friends and family it is well worth the money.

Was informed baked desserts were readily available, when I called ahead. But didnt know desserts were frozen and not prepared daily on premises. One of my items had severe freezer burn with about a 1/4 layer of ice and the others were rock solid. Drove back for a refund, which was denied and manager was not on location.

The waiting time was very short, the staff were very friendly and the prices were very affordable.
