Large portions of amazing ice cream sundaes! They also have shakes but we have not tried one. Theyre very rich so plan to share. We got the cookie sundae and replaced the vanilla ice cream with chocolate! Delicious!

We stopped in to get Jameson a frozen hot chocolate, one of his favorite things. The soda fountain has plenty to choose from whether you want an ice cream treat, coffee, or just plain Ghirardelli chocolate squares and baked goodies. We love the fact that their ice cream and coffee treats come with freshly made real whipped cream from a nifty machine. I was a bit disappointed at the milk options though for the coffee and hot cocoa were whole milk and almond milk (I wanted nonfat milk). Instead I got one of their crispy chocolate chip cookies, the sugar around the edges is almost carmalized. An iconic place to grab a treat!

They now have VEGAN ice cream this really made my daughter with a daily allergies day. For the first time at Disney she was able to get a sundae. Many many flavors for those of us who can embrace the cow juice and so many little chocolate squares of happiness.

The best restaurant in the park to eat ice cream‼️🍨The sundaes I get there is Treasure Island (Warm Brownie Sundae) and Ocean Beach (Sea Salt Caramel Sundae). Those are my favorite to get!!

Stay away from thr fudge its a little weird at times all in all it was good I got the caramel something was amazing my family got said fudge and threw away there 10 dollar a piece ice creams

Updated Sept. 2021 - enjoyed a delicious frozen hot cocoa and a sea salt caramel hot cocoa to brighten our morning. A fun treat in Disneyland California park.Stopped by Ghirardellis for morning drinks. Kids loved their (huge) serving of chocolate milk along with the chocolate sample. Sweet way to start off our morning.

Went to California Adventure Park but spent the WHOLE day sitting outside this beautiful shop. Its where my kids settled down from tantrums. Plus their ice creams are the best!

Great chocolates as always but there was a huge line and only 1 cashier out of 6 they have place for, we asked for more cashiers but there was no one available; returned a couple of hours later and it was the same; it is not nice to have to make line in the sun for 40 min, please take better care of your customers!

One of the easiest, fastest eateries in Disneys California Adventure. The chocolate is delicious! To my knowledge its about the only place you can get nuts on a sundae. Small charming store off the beaten path. They are basically a dessert store that sells ice cream and chocolates and any combination thereof. The sales people are charming and friendly.

Ordered a cookies and creme frapp and asked for a cup of ice water and the man said No due to the pandemic they are not giving out cups ... when my friends literally just got some rude all the other places gave out water

Great wherever you find it, it is just as good at Disney as it is in San Francisco or anywhere else they can be found.

Im sure many many people have said this but FREE SAMPLE! A good place for a pit stop if you need some cold air. They have the general chocolate selection and also ice cream and drinks. Unfortunately, I have not had the pleasure of trying out their ice cream Sundays due to intolerance but I hear from other guests that they have some good ones. I personally think the ice cream is a bit over priced, but everything else seems to be pretty close to normal.

I never leave reviews but a certain girl that helped me on April 28th, right before they closed named Ashley, made not only my night but my stay at Disney. She was so kinda in helping me but I also feel as if I gained a friend. She was so friendly and made conversation and laughs not related to the store. She was so fun and really wanted to connect and not only take my order. She needs some gold stars because she is the best! Thank you Ashley, your amazing!!

We had a banana split it was one of the best weve had in a long while. Also grabbed a hot coffee that was great needed the caffeine jolt. Definitely will go back. The employees are very nice. Forgot to grab pictures.

If you are craving a sundae - this place does not disappoint! The ice cream quality here is top notch and the famous Ghirardelli chocolate is that extra added bonus.I really enjoy the banana split sundae here since you can mix and match 3 different ice cream flavors with your standard banana split toppings. You can easily split this between 2 people.

Eaten here many times. Ice Cream always smooth. Hot chocolate sauce always amazing. Some individuals food preparers will make it easier on themselves and serve hollow scoops of ice cream, but most give you full scoops.

Do yourself a favor and stop here. This is a must for me every time I come to Disneyland. The ice cream is delicious, the wait is usually minimal and the location is fantastic for lunch and dinner prior to getting ice cream. Its all there on the wharf! Shortly after you can easily make your way to cars land and soon youll be able to head through the defunct bugs land to get to guardians of the Galaxy!

If you like Ghirardelli than you must stop here. They have every option of flavor around. Just like every thing in Disney dont try and rush your visit you will miss out.

This might be the only place in any Disney park where you actually get something for free! They hand out little free Chocolates. Make sure to pay it a visit, more than once during your visit.

Honestly its probably the highest profit margin in the park, but its rich and creamy ice cream and lots of premium toppings and freshly made waffle cones. We like to step through just for the free sample, whether we plan to buy anything or not. I really enjoy the moving pictures on the wall with the San Francisco themes, complete with music and sound effects. It smells so good in there, hard not to buy anything even if I am just sample snatching.

Magical sundae was not very magical at all, ice cream was granulated and tasted very old and of poor quality. Hot fudge had little flavor, whipped cream was alright, chocolate dipped waffle cookies as the Mickey ears were the only good part. For $13.50 I expected to be blown away and usually am at other ghirardelli locations but this place is absolutely awful.

They offer lots of different ice cream desserts and chocolate treats, all of which are delicious.Tip: the menu posted outside doesnt mention that they offer complimentary toppings, including mini dark chocolate chips, chopped almonds, a maraschino cherry, sea salt sugar, and sprinkles. Paid toppings include fudge, caramel, chocolate sauce, butterscotch sauce, marshmallow, strawberries, and pineapples.You can ask for any sundae to come in a banana boat (sundae dish). If they say no, tell that misinformed cashier to double check.They do not accept Disney gift cards.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and ended up with basically coffee ground and water with a little chocolate mixed together. The lady at the register spoke very quietly and when I asked her to speak up she got quieter. So once I got my drink I took one sip and I knew this wasn’t what I ordered. But they were very nice and didn’t give me a hard time about changing to what I had originally ordered.

Ice cream and Ghiradelli chocolate sauce - how can you go wrong??? This place is over-priced but still really good!! They have all sorts of options and you cant go wrong with any of them. They also sell their chocolates there and have a mix & match bar so you can fill a bag with the flavors you like best.

Quick service. Got a free chocolate when walking through the doors which was cool and for being inside Disney the price was fairly reasonable. Got a hot fudge sundae was more then enough for two.

To start with, the ice cream is delicious! The dark chocolate fudge is so dark and rich that it can make your stomach ill if you try to power through the whole ice cream sundae. The downside is the price. It cost us more for two sundaes, a soda, and a water than it cost us for lunch earlier in the day.One nice feature is that everyone gets a free Ghiradelli chocolate treat on entering. So, even if you dont order the ice cream, drop in, get your free sample, and spend a couple of minutes watching the 3D mural behind the counter. Make sure to stay long enough to see the quake.

I looked at their menu for drinks and I got a mild cherry chocolate chip drink. I really didnt like it, it tasted really artificial. The drink was eleven dollars, even though I threw out the receipt and had no credit card, the cashier still gave me a refund. I bought a dark chocolate almond stick and three mini caramel dark chocolates, the same price as the drink.

Everything here is great. I love the Nob Hill Chill & the free candy you get just for going into the store.

Gotta love the FREE chocolate samples as you walk through. Lots of good stuff here! Its hard to decide what you want. Anything you order is sure to satisfy that sweet tooth. Expect to pay a little more since everything is overpriced. Either way, you wont be disappointed. Love this place!!The staff is really nice here too!! Hubby brought our Camelbacks since it was such a super hot day. They let him fill them with ice, so we could have cold water to drink. Kudos to the Filipino guy!! Salamat!!!

Been to the one in Vegas and now Disney .. not sure if its my pallet but ghirardelli is not for me! Takes an extremely long time to get very simple orders. Customer service saves it!

Love the treats here but if you have food allergies be especially careful. My daughter found an unwanted milk item in the bottom of her sorbet. My recommendation is to speak with the Manager whenever ordering something that is allergy-free specific.

As fancy as any Ghirardelli in the Bay Area, this ice cream shop turns out the fanciest and tastiest of specialties. Well worth a stop, even if youve been to one of their stores before.

Yes, I will take a free piece of chocolate!Ghiradelli is delicious. Surprisingly, their iced coffee is really good. I always ask for whipped cream in my coffee since its made fresh at the location. If you are not pleased with your drink they will remake the drink to your liking.Of course, their ice cream sundaes are delicious. Personally, Im not a big fan of milk chocolate fudge because of its sweetness, so I love how they can substitute milk chocolate for dark chocolate fudge. The ice cream used at Ghiradelli is Dreyers, so nothing new. I will say the ice cream worth trying here is their chocolate ice cream! Unlike the typical Dreyers chocolate flavor, the one sold at this shop is Dreyers chocolate made with Ghirardelli chocolate! Its so indulgent and delicious!If you dont like chocolate or coffee based beverages, you could also get shakes or their delicious raspberry sorbet smoothie. Pricing is on the pricier side, but well worth it. The chocolate displays are always well organized and clean. Im sure they have a reason, but the only thing I dislike is how they dont cover your drinks. When you order a beverage, you have to walk out to get the lid for your beverage. Even though its a third party vendor, they always provide excellent Disney service.

Fast service and the prices are pretty decent considering you are in a Disney theme park. They have lots of options, from Ice Cream to Chocolate to Coffee/Drinks.

The he best ice cream parlor in the theme park. They use dreyers over at clarabelles, but ghirardelli tastes better. I recommend getting one of the sundays, as theyre excellent. Note that they no longer have peanut ingredients here
