Thanksgiving pre-orders moved pretty smoothly until you got into the building. Luck of the draw what line you get out into. Could be a fast moving one or a super slow one. Would have been better just to keep it like a bankers line so we werent all shoulder to shoulder with the person next to us even if we were six feet from people in front of us. The cashiers were nice and accommodating everyone. Took us 2 minutes to get our reserved ham, others they had to help understand the menu, take things out, put them back in, answer tons of questions, so much patience the workers showed!

The only reason this is 3 stars is because the gentleman guiding cars around the craziness was drop dead gorgeous and kind... Otherwise Honey baked has no sense. It is the afternoon before Thanksgiving and there are two large honey baked trucks blocking 8 parking spaces,dont you think you could do this late at night or early morning,?!?! You have to illegally park in a no stopping zone. The line was psychotic- no physical distancing, inside they have 6 feet distancing in each line but you are standing right next to the coughing sneezing person in the other line, I cant! Stupidity abound!!

Its always great quality best smoked, glazed and sliced breast. The service is always an awesome experience too. Never get tired of it for Thanksgiving and is totally the reason I will stand in line for how ever long it takes.

Came during the holiday time to pick up dinner for Christmas. Everyone was super kind especially considering it’s crazy busy. They even had kind people helping direct parking traffic. Thank you for working today.

Packed as Normal for a Holiday. Staff does what they can, friendly enough which is hard to find it any retail venue anymore I think people have lost the fact that the customer should be treated decent, but they do a good job of it.I would have rated them better but parking is and always has been a real issue. The locks next door say they will tow if you park there for HoneyBaked so be careful.They should make some kind of arrangement during the holiday for parking in the strip mall next door.

Clean and nice place to buy your holiday ham at. The prices are a bit more than usual, yet the quality is superb. Parking is easy and store can be found from the main street view. Inside the location is clean and the people who staff the retail location are friendly. Their is a deli inside for quick bites and sandwiches...ect.

When I finally made it inside the lobby, I noticed the marked lanes were good with social distancing dots on floor. These dots placed vertically in the lanes were placed correctly at 6ft intervals but were not staggered in the lanes causing people to stand 2 ft apart. This, of course is not adequate distancing and does not comply with CDC guidelines. This is an easy fix. . simply stagger the floor dots before you have a CDC visit.

They always handle you the best they can, whether theyre busy or slow on business! Food is great too, been satisfying my family for years. Highly recommend!

Reserved a ham here for thanksgiving they told me to pick up on Wednesday 11/21 between 7am to 730pm and warned me that there would be quite a waiting time because it gets hectic i got off work early and the line was pretty long and it was pretty hot i was not very happy lol but surprisingly it went by pretty quick probably about an hour and the staff was great i got a bigger ham than what i reserved and they gave me a discount. This was my first time being here and will be back again in the future

Great food. Wife had a Turkey sandwich and I had the Ham and Turkey salad. Since Coronavirus everything is to go. We get home and they didnt give me the dressing I ordered. Good service except for that.

The service is appalling. after ordering thanksgiving dinner, which never showed up until today, a day after Thanksgiving, they have refused to even have the decency to answer my calls, and each time the agent on the phone picks up the call and hears me talk about getting a refund, she puts me back on the waiting list. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.. I WILL KEEP ON FIGHTING UNTIL I GET BACK MY REFUND.so an update from honey baked ham, they got in touch with me with explanations on the delay and are looking to resolve the issue, although thanksgiving dinner was ruined, they were very apologetic and nice over the phone. i think i might just give them another try.. will keep you all updated when the whole issue is resolved completely.I have just changed my one star ratings to 3star for customer service.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I recommend staying away from Honey Baked Ham and not depending on the company for anything. Honey Baked Ham has lost its way, has no effective management, has been caught off guard by the volume of orders, is incapable of interacting with customers, and has poor quality control.1) Last Christmas I ordered two hams, and both arrived without any glaze at all. that necessitated driving 40 miles, twice, to exchange the faulty hams for the correct hams. No gift certificate or coupon for their mistake. Bad customer relations.2) This Easter, along with my order of three side dishes I got a photocopied letter to Dear Valued Customer, that they had run out of the Stuffing and substituted it with wonderful Mashed Potatoes. I dont want mashed potatoes, or I would have ordered them. This was on top of my order of scalloped potatoes, so now I have two side dishes of potatoes. That was a BAD judgement call, plus the least expensive one they could have made. There was no extra gift or enclosure to make up for this bad management and processing control. They had weeks to figure out the volumes of each food to prepare, but missed the mark terribly.3) I Called multiple times to get a different, logical, substitution, such as green beans be expressed to me, but there was a 2-1/4 hour wait for help. There were 159 callers in front of me! After waiting patiently for 45 minutes, they disconnected my call. I called again. There were 173 callers ahead of me. Then when I was just 75 calls away from an answer, they hung up. The next day none of their customer service phones even answered, and offered a call back later rote message. Honey Baked Ham has gone to the dogs.4) II hope that my ham and turkey (the rest of my order) come today. I am already frustrated and angry, and it cant get any worse than this.

I have never ordered a ham from this place and doing it 2 days prior to biggest day of their year is not a good idea on my part however we will see if 17 lbs of ham is worth $134.00. I doubt it will be worth $7.88 a pound.The smart way to get this done during holidays based on my phone conversation with HBH is to order 2-3 weeks in advance and get a 10-20% off coupon from various sources.

We received a beautiful delicious honey baked ham for Easter. Ordering online was easy and delivery was right on time and beautifully packed. I alway order extra for sandwiches, ham and scalloped potatoes and of course soup with the luscious ham bone! Thank you Honey baked hams!

Very good sandwiches and sides, unfortunately the employees arent in any hurry to serve customers in a timely manner. Calling ahead made no difference, as I had to wait in a line to pay, and it was taking forever. There were only 3 other customers inside. They need separate lines!

System for pick-up on pre orders is Non Existent ridiculously LONG wait time! Otherwise I do love the ham.

I usually get the Honey Baked ham sandwich with baked beans & fruit salad. The food always taste very fresh to me. A variety of sandwich options are available as well. I highly recommend this location & have Never been disappointed with the food I have purchased here. Thanks.

I ordered TWO Easter sliced turkey MEALS for this weekends holiday that was $135.00. I just received them via UPS. Upon opening the package I noticed this letter. Honeybaked took it upon themselves to substitude stuffing for sliced apples on BOTH orders! Are you kidding me? You substitute an entree side for something I am allergic to?!! Totally unacceptable.I also ordered cheesy potatoes and they substituted with plain mash potatoes. I have been a customer for 10 years and I should have been notified and given the option to cancel, and why does it show on the website as being in stock??? I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.BUYER BEWARE dont order because they will send you whatever they think you should eat for Easter with your family....

Excellent place for a quick and fantastic ham ( or turkey) sandwich. The sides are the best too. They must have had a sale on ham bones. I bought one and got another free. Now there is dinner for at least two weeks, making different soups. I have cabbage, lentils and split peas in my cupboard. What a deal.

Waited in line 15 minutes and got my order. Parking although crowded was simple enough.

Went last minute shopping for a potluck and luckily they had some sides available. The sweet cream corn and cheesy mashed potatoes are great additions to a feast. Ive yet to buy a ham, but based on their samples I could tell why its so popular. Its super fresh!

Luv...Luv....Luv this location. I moved from another county and was quite use to that location. But visiting this location for the 1st time when I picked up my Honey Baked Ham for my Easter Dinner was a very welcoming experience. I will return for the Fall Holiday Season....

I went by there on December 23rd to pick up a meal for a Christmas dinner and the staff was very friendly. Quick service and the food was excellent. OMG! everything from the sweet potatoes to the corn to the ham. Perfect!

First time picking up food at HoneyBaked Ham. There was coupon for sampler meal for 4. I ordered 2 of the Meals For 4. Meats - Ham, Turkey & Ribs. Plus (3) Medium sides per order - Yams - Creamed Corn & Cheese Scallops + added order of Pecan Stuffing. Total cost $43😁😏

A 1-hour wait made shorter by chatting with people in line. Line moves quickly but its the Wednesday before Thanksgiving so its a long line.

I ordered a small ham and a Oven baked turkey breast yesterday. When I got home the baked turkey breast was covered with the same sugary coating that the ham did and the ham on the at the rump end there was 3 inches that was like shoe leather couldnt be sliced at all. I have been on hold a long time to talk to the manager about it so meanwhile I will not be buying honeybaked ham anymore the oven baked turkey tasted just like the ham no turkey taste at all. Very disappointing.

Staff was rude and not helpful went in 30 min before close and there 6 of them standing there talking to each other. Another customer came is asking some questions about the menu and worker refused to answer him saying he needs to come back tomorrow.
