Awful customer service! They have a crazy woman as a cook. She went off on us for her mistake of not giving us the correct order. When do employees yell at customers??? She had a nasty attitude! Very bad experience for the first time if you pay with debit they charge you double and the manager does not have any professionalism that has happened to them before and they do nothing to solve the problem, you have to find a solution.

Just about everything is over priced and I wouldnt recommend buying all the time from here like if you have the time and you are not in a rush then take your time to go to the food4less, walmart, el super or any other market because the only time I would buy anything from here is if I need it urgently.

Dim lighting. Non verbal staff and not the most counter space for product variety.. but the bakery and meat counters offer a good variety of tasty selections. A grocery store thats humble but it has the bare necessities.

The meat there is a lot better than other markets nearby.

So I lost my card somewhere in Garden Grove, and a day after I reported my card lost to my bank, so my deligence.. but the reason why Im yelping is cause on that night when I lost my card they used my card at Guadalajaras and they were able to withdraw money as a Visa and they missed on checking for indetification card.. I was able to get a report from the bank and they told me the places where they use the card so one of those places was Guadalajara I came to the store and I told the manager my story and they told me not to worry about it most cases the banks return the money and I know that.. excusing the cashiers for not checking ID cards when people are withdrawing money or making any purchases..

They are wonderful food that they prepare for you theyre there with Taco barbecue before 5 I enjoyed shopping there

Dont bother asking for a roll of quarters. I get its only 1 roll per person but if you come in with a friend who also needs quarters, theyll only give them to 1 of you and proceed to whine and moan about how they dont have to give you one because the friend youre with got one. Spare me the monologue and either give it to me or dont. Its that simple.

The security guard here posts videos on YouTube of him harassing mentally ill people outside, cussing at them . And he has about 80k views on a video of him illegally seizing a Vietnamese womans purse and handcuffing her illegally. Posting the videos and laws on Reddit he is breaking, will probably make the news in some fashion.
