Not sure what was going on in this restaurant today, but it was our first time visit and most likely last. Upon entering, no one was at the front for a good couple of minutes to help us get seated. Fast forwarding to getting our food, waiters had to make multiple, long trips to get food and small items to us. We had food on our table for several minutes before we finally got a hold of utensils and napkins. Also, we received a side order of fries very late into the dinner after half the burger of one of the guests was already gone. Food that we received (pulled pork) tasted raw and uncooked. The mashed potatoes literally looked grey and very soupy.. Only took one bite of it. The vegetables were over-cooked and seemed to disintegrate when you tried to grab it with a fork. The kids burger was plain and did not seem edible when you look at it. Two pieces of bread and a patty were the only ingredients. Please note, I do not take pleasure in writing bad reviews. Were on the side of wanting a business to succeed. But unfortunately, everything that could go wrong just happened to be when we dined here.. Majority of the time, the staff were grouped up together. Additionally, table behind us was calling for help for a minute or so, trying to grab the check to get out asap as well. Mind you, two people in our party are waitresses. So a lot could have been done better and faster, but they definitely saw lots of red flags in regards to the service and food quality. Was really disappointed that our afternoon dinner with family took a turn for the worst with this place.. It should have been an indicator for us when no one was available at the front.

Food was awesome. Good selections for everyone. There are some fish selections but obviously not much for vegetarians. The salad was huge and our food portions certainly were not lacking. The service and staff were attentive and patient. A great experience overall.

Only reason why this gets a 4 is because it thought the Ribs could have been better but other than that, this place was great! Got the kinda hungry deal and a party of 4 of us couldnt even finish it. Get the steak, it was Yummy. The service is great too.

What a joke for service. 9 people ordered. Every single order is wrong. 2 orders just straight up forgot and than asked us for our receipt while were asking for our food!! The brisket and pulled pork is garbage 2 day old product. The ribs very good shrimp is good. Skirt steak is good too. Sides are Very good. Ambience is comfy and cool. The service is totally screwed. Their ordering system is non existent and there is no check on orders going out. Most disappointing business dinner experience ever.Oh, and the tap tastes like my son left his socks in the water tower for 6 days. Order cola instead.

Had brisket loaded fries, Brazilian garlic rice, and mixed greens salad with chimichanga cheesecake. Great service, good music, tasty food!

Best meal I love had in a long time, ordered via Grubhub, quick delivery of a Delicious meal

Just had the best steak ive cooked at home, felt that a review was in order.this place deserves credit because their dry aged ny is AMAZING. great flavor.cook that #@$ to 125 and call it a night.
