I have IBS and I was told I cant use the restroom. I dont understand how a place with a pharmacy does not have a public bathroom. People with legit medical issues might need bathroom access at any time.Edit: no, Im not going to take time out of my day to contact you. Just open up the bathroom! Its really not that complicated.

Bad costumer service

The manager wouldnt match their own online price and before I could finish reading the check out screen, the cashier gave herself 5 stars to boost her own ratings. I generally dont like shopping at drug stores; everything is usually over priced. However, in this case, my desperate need to buy meds for my daughter nearing the protest curfew matched the cashiers desperate need for a good rating.

The service is very hit or miss. Some of the people are amazing but the rest are pretty upset they work there. Great pharmacy when John is helping you, otherwise we always have issues. There is no gray area on service here. Good selection of vitamins, protein powders, and beauty stuff.

The cashiers were extremely kind and also helpful! They gave me a few tips on how to save with coupons and store deals. The negative reviews dont seem to be relevant at the present. Also the ice cream is great

I’ve never had any problems with any pharmacy...until I went to this rite aid. Got out of the hospital and was in a huge amount of pain. My Dr prescribed me something to help and it took them four days to “verify” it. Even my Dr called and had to get involved. That’s just one example out of many. Called this morning to refill a prescription that my Dr has me on and they said it would be ready in an hour. No big deal, it’s not something I take every day. I told them I would pick it up later after work. 8 hours later I go in and they tell me I’m a day early, pick it up tomorrow. Again, no big deal. But when I asked why they didn’t say anything this morning or contact me all day instead of wasting my time and gas, all I got was “I don’t know”. Everything is now being transferred to CVS. Never should have left for a closer location. They are extremely incompetent and rude. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

First time going there and it was terrible service the girl there she was very rude and the guy Was unprofessional.you could tell that he didn’t want to help at all. If o had to give 0 stars I would. I will never go there again.

First and last time in this store. I was helped by Mariah. She slammed my receipt on the table top and was extremely rude. She has no social skills what so ever. She should be put in the back or stocking up the products instead of dealing with customers. I give it a 0 star. I do not recommend this store at all.

The Pharmacy manager at this location is very professional and was very helpful in getting my medication transferred to this location.

There are very negative people special the guy called 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾🤢🤢erick the manger there im trying to send money from them by using the western union service who there are have should be corporate with it but they guy there had no any experience at all plus the lost my information recipe and when they call the person caled erick he was very very rode guy with the people pluse didnt had any customer service experience with the client in my opinion there are just now how to sell ice cream 😷🤧🤧🤢SO my suggestion to NOt go and buy from them at all .

I went to buy an ice cream and the lady who attended us mistreated us, she was rushing us and in a bad mood. The ice cream flavor is 2-3 but I do not return to buy there because of the mistreated they gave us.
