This location made me wait 20 minutes for an appointment, then wouldn’t see me for my subsequent appointment when I was 10 minutes late. If you’ve ever been waxed, you know that not all waxers are created equal. I had already waited a week to see an experienced waxer. They asked me to wait another week to see this person because she was booked. They expect their clients to wait, but can’t accommodate half the time for their clients. The manager gave me a really limp “this is the policy” apology. Don’t believe them when they say all their waxers are great. They’re not. Experience counts a lot. It’s the same owners for all OC locations, I will not be giving these people any more of my money.

One star review because they never answer the phone at this location!!! Its very frustrating. I keep. Calling and I left a message but no one calls back. Two times prior same thing happened until I drove there and walked in and made an appointment in person!! Please train your staff to answer the phone during business hours or hire additional staff please.

Emma was really good! Talked the whole way through it which helped and very personable. Definitely coming back to see her! The place is as always really clean and the girls working in the front are super nice!

I love how professional this place is! Really the entire staff is incredibly kind and they do a superb job. Its quick and (relatively) painless but the quality is great for the waxing service. Well worth the visit.

I love clarice she’s the best waxing technician. But it is currently freezing outside 45 degrees and they have the ac on full blast I had to wait in my car I couldn’t stand it. Now I’m afraid to get a Brazilian it’s way too cold in here. Also I called at 9’am the soonest appointment they could give me was 10:15 and it’s past 10:30 I’m still waiting in my car after waiting iber an hour for their next appointment. They charge so much and you don’t even get to be seen on time.

A little pricey but well worth it, Tiana is my waxing expert & I only see her! Heidi behind the counter is helpful and polite.They make my otherwise uncomfortable experience very comfortable :) thanks ladies

This was the worst place ever beforehand I made my appointment i told them am on a 30 minutes lunch break but when I got there 12mins later my wax lady was not there i waited 10mins and she still never came out DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT THIS LOCATION ITS A JOKE
