Google Maps says open.Starbucks app says open.Place is closed. Employee is present, if they have COVID hours they should post it so people can save their time.

Ordered a Chai Latte......on the Road....no Chai. Taste your drink before you leave. Also employees are wearing masks below nose.

Amazing place! Allows the secret menu items and seems to be able to make every drink from the secret menu!

Small but useful! They do their best to move people through, and the quality is pretty on par with most Starbucks. Ate a sandwich here that didnt agree with me, but the drinks have always been prepared well when I stop.

She don’t even care that someone is standing to purchase.Thats why this country is going down big time.

There were about 3 people in line before us who had already ordered drinks. When we went to order they said they were out of chai but it turns out they just didn’t want to go get more. It took forever to get our drinks and in 15 minutes they hadn’t made one drink. When I got my drink it was wrong. I ordered a white tea lemonade and only got white tea. Then they acted like I was an inconvenience for asking for a straw when they didn’t have any out.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Ive had bad experiences at Starbucks before but never where I ended up with nothing. Went in for just a triple decaf espresso but for some reason they were cleaning the decaf espresso machine at 12pm, in the middle of the day. Then they didnt have regular decaf coffee. Finally, I decided Ill just get a coffee cake but apparently they cant warm up any of their pastries. This location is not well equipped and I was seriously disappointed.

I waited in line as the two baristas moved through the small line of customers quickly. As a former Starbucks partner, I watched the baristas with concern. No one smiled, no one greeted customers, no one made suggestions to their customers, and no one thanked them for coming by. I smiled at both employees but neither smiled at me.I saw another woman post that her drink was up to par but the food made her ill. Thats not good enough for a Starbucks. There are other locations. Skip this one. I did.

I love there coffee, also the Caramel Macchiato.

Wanted to order some ICED coffee with milk and MELTED sugar. The girl taking my order, looking baffled, stuttered in confusion as to how sugar can possibly melt in iced coffee. Which took me by surprise, how does one NOT know this concept.. it wouldve surprised me less at dunks, mind u, I like dunks. None the less, sweet heart. Its not brain surgery. Add a little hot coffee. Add the sugar and stir. And... VOILA! melted sugar. Then at this point, the ice, milk and coffee can come together into one great master concoction. Again. Not brain surgery.

I ordered a bagel with my coffee this morning and the girl said they cant cut or warm them up. Whats the point if even selling bagels then? Not a very well equipped store.

Had very little drink. Expected more for how much I’m paying.

Terrible customer service. Made me wait while they made jokes and laughed with each other. Didn’t even acknowledge that I was at the counter until i had to ask if someone was going to take my order. Then after I made my order a small pick with 2 shots of espresso added they didn’t even make it. They served themselves and one person after me. I had to ask for my coffee and then she makes it and just gives me coffee and no espresso. I didn’t have the time so i just left. The service is ridiculous.

Great great customer service !! I had ordered a Macha tea at the Starbucks before this one, because the girl was new, I ended up with a cup of soy milk. I asked the worker at this one if she could please fix my drink and she kindly made me another one.:-)

So this Ohio turnpike starbuck have this lady... long hair, old ( im so sorry. I didnt catch her name) but you can tell shes as peppy and just belongs there as a strbucks barista. Love the fact that she knows her coffee. We talked about starbicks coffee and the fav coffee and such,- anyway, i ordered a tall cafe mocha and my husband a Sumatra, they have it as a pour over which is fine we will wait. And the crowed came, and boy what a long line. We gave way for the ones ordering and moved to the side and back because you dont mess with those that NEED their coffee. Not only did we get our coffee in a timely manner regardless of the crowd, this nice old lady walk around the crowd with my husbands coffee and handed it to him personally, so we dont have to go and cut through traffic. Now thats good customer service. Love the smiles. Love the service, visit this turnpike and meet her. Ask about starbucks coffee she knows her stuff.

Just happened. Hideous customer service...as in none! Two customers and three employees. The only one doing her job was at the register taking orders. Customers had to ask the other two workers who were chatting with each other make their drinks. When the man ahead of us asked about his order the barista snapped, “we have to make it first” to which the customer said, “could you do that?” Then the barista sighed loudly and reluctantly went to make the drink. Seriously?!! Time for more training.

For a rest stop Starbucks, this place was pretty nice. Everything was clean, the barista was friendly and attentive, and the limited store space was pretty well laid out.

Stopped here during a recent road trip and wished I didnt. The service was ok. They were out of the topping for whatever the specialty drink was. The beverages were just ok, nothing amazing. What ruined the experience was the cleanliness of the area. The counter for placing an order was fine, but the station with creamer, sugar, straws, napkins, lids, etc was filthy. There were spills and crumbs all over. It was poorly stocked and flies were buzzing around and sitting on the counter and containers. The garbage was full and sticking up through the counter. I wish I had noticed before ordering drinks because I would have skipped this place altogether. Very poor presentation for a Starbucks.

The usual starbucks...good service, same coffee as everywhere in the chain. but unfortunately there is no proper cell connection within that travel plaza and it caused some issue in using the starbucks app for payment/ordering.

2 girls behind counter, 1 seems to be in training. Can I help you?, Yes, hello. I would like a 4 shot latte, 1/2 breve, 1/2 whole milk, no foam & pls leave a lil room @ the top? Younger lady in training: What did she want? Trainer: 4 shot latte, no foam... (rolled her eyes looked @ me) ... and whatever she wanted!?!?! I paused took a deep breath & said, Forget it, not worth this service Driving to the next Starbucks, hoping for better customer service...

Its super nice to have a Starbucks available on the turnpike, but the line is often quite long as it usually seems understaffed due to the difficulty Im sure in predicting demand at a location like this.Baristas were friendly but not exactly speedy in taking or completing orders.

Starbucks is just the worst. Such disrespect for our law enforcement.

They always close early. all of them on the ohio turnpike. update your hours. its really frustrating to try and rush to get here just to see all the lights out or the staff close the gates up to an hour before it says they close.

This gets the standard rating for another national chain from me, just like any other. It gives you coffee as needed, especially when traveling and there is nothing really spectacular about this place. There arent really options otherwise and it wont hurt to stop here on your travels

I just went to this 24hour Starbucks and the employee standing at the register told me she was closed for 15 minutes. I sat there waiting for her to reopen. During this time she turned away six potential customers and was talking to two of her friends. Date Aug 5, 1am
