The coffee here is just so good! Friendly staff, cute environment. Takes a while to get your beverage, but thats only because the espresso process takes time. Trust me, it is well worth the wait!

Very quaint and cozy spot! I got a cold brew and sat outside under a huge tree at a table which was so peaceful. I brought home a bag of tea which has been really yummy and very fragrant. I love that they have garden beds outside, it’s really charming for being on a busy main road

My family and I visited here and really enjoy the atmosphere the people and the coffee!They had an amazing selection of coffee, we love our dark roast!They also have some baked goods there that looked very tasty, although we did not get any on our visit.Don’t miss out on the opportunity to get some very delicious coffee and enjoy a nice atmosphere from a local company.

A friend of mine and I drove all the way from the Concord area to visit this cafe for the first time and for the most part, was not disappointed! The staff and atmosphere was really friendly! I have a lot of food sensitivities and was feeling bad because I was asking the details of all the teas and the barista, Lindyn (probably butchering that spelling, lol), assured me everything was alright because she dealt with similar things. All in all, a pretty good experience (ended up getting three drinks plus some loose leaf tea to go) and will probably stop by the next time I’m in Amherst! Thank-you, Lindyn! :)

A&E has awesome iced coffee. I tried an iced coffee with a kick. It had coconut flavor with turmeric and cayenne. I will definitely be back!!

I always get something new when I come to A&E and its all so good! I havent had anything that isnt delicious from here!! My favorite is the almond turtle coffee and the golden milk tea but its all great! My husband loves the pistachio and cream tea.

This is the authentic local Barista experience that Starbucks commoditized. This is the real deal for coffee and tea. Everything is made for you to order and the aromas of these drinks are as good as the flavor. They also have a fine selection of coffee and tea, including loose leaf teas, which I recommend over mass produced teabags; if fresh. Make sure to get a tea ball!Support your local Barista.

Recent experiences have been extremely disappointing, especially staffs attitude towards pregnant women. Coffee and beans are good. Baristas are inconsistent and drinks can be hit or miss.

Baristas do a wonderful job, lovely atmosphere. I personally feel the roasting quality has declined recently, but still a wonderful spot. A must while running your Amherst errands.

Awesome place for coffee and tea nerds (and just about anyone else). Offers an unbeatable, homelike atmosphere for study, conversation, or just chilling. The drinks are excellent (I say this after having lived in Roman cafes for four months while studying abroad) and the food is hard to beat. Lots of good coffee shops in the area, but I honestly think this one is unrivaled.

Ive been coming here for well over a decade now and I love, love, LOVE this place. They have Organic and Fair Trade coffee (roasted in house) along with loose and whole leaf teas, as well as a great menu for breakfast or lunch. The owners are wonderful human beings that not only care about a sustainable environment, but also their customers. And they have the best baristas around. You cant go wrong in coming here.

Just reviewing for the coffee you can buy whole bean. Some of the most flavorful coffee Ive had the pleasure of brewing. All the roasts Ive had taste perfect in a pour-over, from the fruity lighter roasts to the darker bolder ones. The price is right, and its good knowing that Im supporting a local business. Definitely my go-to for beans.

The Amherst location is such a warm and inviting place to relax with a cup of tea or coffee. The beverages are all great, especially the lattes!I also buy beans by the pound to make at home.

Delicious coffee, wonderful environment and wonderful people. I would have given 5 stars but the pricing is expensive. Its a good place to treat yourself, hang out with friends or to socialize. The baked goods and food are great! Their apple and cheddar panini is wonderful. I also reccomend the London fog tea.

I wish I had time to sit in this cute coffee shop but I was just passing through. The coffee was delicious and the people were very friendly. I had a delicious scone filled with chocolate chips and dried berries.

Second time here. From their drinks like tea latter and pour over to their own beans it amazing. For the price of their beans are worth it. They can grind the beans for you for those that dont have a grinder at home for no extra charge. I highly recommend

This place has great espresso, and I love how they serve it with seltzer. They also have the best chocolate chip cookies EVER. 4 stars because I’m still bitter about the time nobody understood what a steamed milk was, and I had to go through several employees explaining it to them, only to be served a hot chocolate 😂

Incredibly tasty locally crafted coffee, tea and soda, with the beans roasted in house. Includes unique menu options such as cold nitro brewed coffee and rose soda, as well as the standard fair. Light breakfast and lunch options and they have gluten free pastries, plus they are willing to work with other allergies.

This is a cute little coffee shop. Very friendly staff! They roast their own and I would say it is some of the best coffee around the immediate area. They get points for having a broad selection of coffee and tea, to include real cold brew coffee. However I am a coffee snob, so in my opinion there is much better coffee in the world. Oh to be able to teleport a good cup of West Coast coffee!

Not a bad place to get coffee. its a hit and miss place, they do have taste cups just for your convenience. Everything I read about coffee states that you should not buy coffee if its more than two weeks old after the roasting date and I made that mistake because I saw they had a basket of it and took a bag home and it had a really bitter taste . I looked a the date it reads 20 days old..my bad?

The coffee is excellent. They usually have three self serve offerings, a lighter roast, a medium to darker roast, and a decaf option. All of the coffee has where it was from, the flavor notes, and the bean processing method on the label. They also offer your typical coffee and tea based beverages along with some feature beverages that change regularly. There is a food menu with a full service sitting area and a fridge with some food to go. The staff is incredibly friendly and highly knowledgeable.In addition to all of this they also sell various coffee brewing devices and the staff knows them well.If you live in the area I highly recommend the A&E refillable cup. It does a great job keeping the coffee hot and you get a discounted price when you refill it.Update 6/2018:Lowered my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. I am not putting down the staff at all, but things seem to take way too long here. It used to be a quick in and out visit for a self serve coffee or even a crafted beverage. It is rare for me to be in and out if this place in under 5 mins for a self serve black coffee and under 10 minutes for a crafted drink. The person running the register is usually making food for customers as well as trying to ring people out. Theres usually a line of people that are ordering complicated drinks or having the employee fill self serve beans for them. I still go regularly because I have the $1 refill cup, but if Im short on time I go elsewhere.

Good place to get freshly roasted coffee beans. Just be careful, you might get used to fancy coffee and not be able to enjoy cheap coffee anymore. They seem to do mostly medium roasts, not much dark.

BEST COFFEE AROUND. Ive gone to quite a few of the coffee joints in NH and this one is by far my favorite. They also sell the freshly roasted beans so you can enjoy them on your own time.

They seem to let thier employees experiment a bit with those and the results are often better than a latte or capachino!There is also a newish outdoor seating area thats been totally revamped.Finally, if you are into light roasts for your beans, they are one of the few places with a decent selection. Though, all of the beans the are great and they are more than happy to explain how they should be brewed to get the best taste!

Best darn coffee and way better than Dunkin Donuts, but, it is as strong as Starbucks without the burnt coffee taste and it is very high quality coffee since it comes from different countries and did I mention? Its also, organic coffee which I cant say the same for Dunkin Donuts. If you want good high-quality strong coffee go here otherwise you can go to Dunkin Donuts and get good coffee, but, still, not as good as this place is and DDs can never compare to this place because, this place when you go you will want to go more and more to the point that for a while you will hooked onto the coffee here and you will want to cut Dunkin Donuts entirely out of your life, but, fair warning make sure you have enough money, but, it is still cheaper than DunkinDonuts because, their small is a pretty good size possibly larger than DDs, but, it may not be bigger and it doesnt need to be that is how strong the coffee is
