I have come into this “thrift boutique” a few times and have never felt welcomed, you can stroll around the store with no one offering to help you. You always have to seek someone out, and they always seem inconvenienced to do so. For this being a boutique; I was searching the racks and found lots of stained items with holes and REEKING like old perfume! I don’t think items have been washed before being dropped off? I did end up purchasing a dress and didn’t feel comfortable trying on in a change room during a pandemic, they said I could return if it didn’t work for me. I hated the return process they almost made me feel bad for actually returning the dress and like it was a hassle for them to do so. I love supporting local small shops, but only when they deserve it!

For being more of a “boutique” second hand store your quality control is so, so poor. For the price tag you ask for used clothes I’d expect way better. Worse then a thrift store. I’ve brought this to your attention privately months ago when I found I used Tissue and pack of gum in a winter coat and was absolutely disgusted (especially during a pandemic). The issue was corrected but not without an excuse of “high volume things get missed” tagged along behind it. Not an excuse. Thrift stores/ Platos have way higher volume and do a much better quality control. I’m writing this publicly now as I went in again and saw a cute tiny white champion crop t-shirt for 16$ Covered in stains and a massive rusty, sweat looking mark all over the arm! How was this missed? How was this approved? How dare you ask someone to pay 16$ for garbage! These are the two worst items I’ve seen along with countless stained tops and holes. If your prices are going up so should the quality control. I’ve been a fan of this stores since I was little girl. I love supporting local, and don’t mind paying a little more WITHIN REASON. But I’m tired of this. GROSS.

COMPLETE SCAM! I recently had about 10 items taken into the store for consignment. I waited my two months and gave the store a call to see how my items were doing and if anything had sold. I was told that nothing had sold so I asked how many items were still available. The girl on the phone let me know there were only 4 items left! So what happened to the others that had not been credited to my account. The girl on the phone let me know she would look into it and call me back. 2 weeks later I have still not received a call. This is a terrible customer experience. Now I wonder how many times they have ripped off other people and also myself.

Fabulous selection at great prices! Everything was very well priced, very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend for a nice hour of browsing!
