Seems like, in the middle of completing my order, an employee was told to take a forced lunch break. Causing unnecessary delays. Luckily Hayden came to my rescue and promptly rectified the situation.

Just a big box store with no character. A young lady in a wheel chair was very helpful and pleasant.

Most of the time they have the stuff I need. I would highly recommend getting the app. It makes shopping so much easier and you can check to see if they have the item you are looking to get, in stock and it will tell you where it is located in the store. I found this most useful when I am going to a Walmart out of town

Nice, big, clean Walmart Supercenter.The star here is the grocery store which, unlike many Walmarts, offers a full selection of goods, offers a fresh bakery (which is very decent), a deli counter, etc.Biggest downside of this Walmart is that very few of the registers are ever staffed. Either you wait in line forever at a staffed register (even at off-peak times) or else you use the self-service checkout (which can also get backed up, and isnt much fun if you have a lot of stuff to check out).People working here tend to be fairly friendly, in that way that New Hampshire people are (and Massachusetts people arent). :-)

Clean store, well stocked and fast customer service. No line for returns and finished my return within minutes and associates very nice and professional. No wait for checking out. Very well managed!

Dirty, self check out only for $400, then the lady standing by was less than helpful. Toys were more expensive, save money and time and stress and go to Target.

Associates were very helpful. I dont like it though when they fill holes with other products and you go up to the register thinking youre buying something for $5.88 and it turns out they put a $20 item in that hole just to fill it. You plan on spending less than $6 you get out to your vehicle check the receipt and you would charge $20 for that item. I guess this is common in retail. It should be against the law. This is not the first store that this has happened to me. Other well-known stores also. Big box stores.

Store was busy! But just one cashier which is fine but if you want folks to self-check out then make sure all the stations are open. Most self check out counters were not working so there were long queues on the one register with a team member and long queues on the self checkout section. I know its a Walmart but it is unacceptable. Please do not complain when Amazon takes over everything.

Great stocked shelves and Team member Mary was so helpful at checkout. The lines were long so she needed help but no one available. She was a trooper. Promote her please.Store was clean and tidy.

Thankful for this Walmart and its folks! Fuel pump for my RV did not come in when it was supposed to and I was able to spend 2 nights in their parking lot. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that! Naturally I had to go in and get some shopping done, who can come to Walmart and not go shopping? Thank you again so much!

As a disabled Veteran, I had a sizable order placed for me for pickup, I used the app to reserve a time then called the store many times to review the procedure no one answered the phone, called at 0640 and 0714, guess once you get our cash, its all good.

Stopped in Walmart for the first time in 3 years and was reminded why I never go to that horrible store. Asked a person stocking shelves in the snacks aisle where I could find chocolate covered raisins, he shrugged mumbled something unintelligible and continued fussing around the shelves. I searched around him, couldnt find them, so I gave up and sarcastically thanked him for his help. He nodded in appreciation or he burped or something, who could tell? Then instead of leaving while I was ahead, I made the mistake of trying to buy the cheap foreign junk and chemical-laden processed food-substitutes they only sell there. Theyve invested in 20 cash registers, but only put 2 cashiers to serve 50 customers. (The cashier said no one wants to work there...because Walmart cant afford to pay a decent wage.) I waited in line for 35 minutes, then the credit card machine continuously malfunctioned until they had to re-scan every product. Not a manager anywhere, just PROFITS, PROFITS, PROFITS. Why do we accept this? Is this what makes America great?

Ordered a sheet cake online and picked up in the store. It was easy to order and pick up! The cake was beautiful and absolutely delicious!! Everyone loved it!

So very disappointing today. The self serve registers we packed and only one person working a regular register. So disappointing that they wouldnt put someone else on a regular register. I shop at many Walmart stores and this one is always has no regular cashiers on. Lunenburg walmart is fantastic and worth the drive for me even paying tax.

Its a Walmart...what do you expect? Its got cheaply manufactured goods at prices commensurate with the quality. Youre not going to find anything exceptional, but most of it is fairly serviceable.

Some Items have really good deals and others are way highly priced. But I guess it balances out.It is a one stop shopping center though because I got everything that I wanted.

After years of avoiding this store, I got a car air filter there this week. Still finding what they sell is speced chintzy, regardless of brand. Ill give them a try again in another 25 years, or when Sams resurrected.

Great prices. I had to ask 3 people for help. The first one was more interested in socializing, the second one cant understand English. Thank heavens the third person looked up the location for me.

Have one star because I cant give zero. Worst experience as a regular shopper. Idiot employee at hair salon came out screaming and swearing at customers complaining about only one register open. Called store and corporate and was laughed at by both. Will never shop at Walmart again. Hail Target

Great place to shop from needle to elephant . Very very nice pickup station for Walmart.com customers.The parking lot is big and store is very close to route 101A . Very visible from main road and staff is always very friendly and helpfull

Just wanted to say that the people who work at the eye place in this Walmart give some of the best service Ive seen in a long while. They are polite, and very kind. Went in after braking my frames and they set me up with a new pair promptly.

I always enjoy shopping there but the scan and go I can do without. The Dickies pants never have my size. I do enjoy looking at the crafts and camping gear as well as the fishing gear. Other than that it is a Walmart. Groceries seem to be better bought else where.

Spent 25 minutes in the checkout line with only 3 people in front of me. Thankfully the gentleman in line behind me was so funny. All was ok til some jackass in a yellow Wal-Mart vest came over and told him he had to calm down. Wal-Mart needs to stop being so cheap and hire cashiers so they can open more than one.checkout lane. They need to stop trying to force people to check themselves out. They make enough money to hire people for that job. If they want the costomers to do it then they should give employee discounts to those who check themselves out. Cheap.dam store owners

Crazy busy as usual, but great prices. Thats why we drive through all those lights on Amherst St. - the prices. It is nice to have anything you ever need in one store. Great shopping for wedding stuff for DIY stuff. The grocery online pickup service is amazing. Best so far and Ive used a few. Employees get your stuff quickly, load it in the car and are always super friendly and seem to genuinely care. Parking is not great due to the volume of shoppers. All handicapped parking was full.

1st time ordering on line and curbside pick, very easy and pleasant staff to put your purchases in your car. I recommend curbside pick up.

I understand wal marts a multi billion dollar company and all but who the heck stocks their grocery department because this is deplorable. Start firing people. A jobs a job. Its not that hard its what you get paid for so do it.

The shelves had nothing on them. There was so many products I needed that were out. Then we had a slow and cranky cashier if you deal with the public you should be a happy person not cranky.

So the store needs thorough cleaning and by the way this is a multi-million dollar company there should be more people working and organizing things in that store it is not being run properly its a shame it used to be a lot cleaner and neater and much more organized

Store is clean and organized. There is only ever 2 cashiers at a time so line to check out can be REALLY long. I was told that eventually they will have no cashiers and it will be all self check out which is terrible if you have a full grocery cart.

Its a Walmart, and this one certainly doesnt disappoint. From the employees that yell and play on there phones in middle of aisles, to a Saturday afternoon with customer checkout lunes going up middle of store, only a single cashier register open, most self-checkouts also closed, its the full experience!With that being said, they keep a pretty good inventory, meat is actually pretty decent, and the cashiers that do work are generally friendly. Just keep your expectations nice and low for everything else ...

The days of low prices is long gone and checking out isnt always easy. However, short of shopping Amazon this is the place to go. Self checkout is the best method on the weekends. Not sure why customers enjoy being ten carriages back at a regular line with a cashier that gets nothing for being the fastest.

Pretty clean. However, twice in a row the only had 1 or 2 registers open. People waiting 5 carts deep. I am anti self check out. Prefer people to be working and I am not getting paid to check myself out.

Usually my go to on a day off. Their reputation what it is, I always end up leaving with something I didnt know i wanted. But hey, that comes with the territory.

Store is in good shape and it seems to have a little bit more space in the main isles. Self checkout available. Parking lot can be very busy. Subway and Wifi available.

No exaggeration. ONE register open. Literally ONE. The Line went from the register all the way towards the pharmacy and the self checkout line was into the produce dept. While I was shopping there were atleast 10 employees just standing around talking doing nothing.

This is the worst walmart I have been to. Its always dirty, never fully stocked and out of most items. For the last year you will need to wait in line to ring up your own items or wait in line indefinitely to have your items rung up by someone. I use to always come here but now I try not to unless its something I need asap.

Does anyone answer phones here? Ordered grocery delivery and it never showed up. Tried calling to see what was going on…no answer. Been calling for over an hour and it just keeps hanging up on me after about 10 minutes. I prepaid a tip for someone to bring the order and now I have to go in, which defeats the purpose of the service. Wouldn’t give any stars if I could.

Everything was great. Plenty of staff if you need help. Restaurants and food court with a variety of prices. Won quit a lot of times on slots. Ive gone to other casinos several times and lost everything. Cleansafe also! also!

This store is always clean and staff are friendly. However, I find the grocery selection a bit lacking. I would love to see them carry more brands!

An employee completely disrespected my aunt and was reaching in our cart to make sure we didn’t have extra bags, she also was pushing around people to open the bags while people were still trying to bag. She was completely in my aunts face and told her to move bc she needed to get into the booth we were in and when I went to customer service they just K. You guys need to remember this isn’t Manchester, it’s Amherst. This is a nice, respectable town. As should be the people in the work force here. Not ok. Not appreciated. Not respectful. Get yourselves together please. I understand you’re short staffed but it’s better to be a little short than to have a building full of people that hate their jobs. Thank you.

Probably one of the nicer Walmarts Ive been to. More than enough parking for people who like to park away from other cars. The store is always well stocked and fairly clean.

I love to be able to do one stop shopping, and this is the place. I find most of why I need to do everything from household chores to cooking to decorating to pharmacy needs. Only issue at this location is my mom needs to shop using an electric cart and the batteries are always run down. They definitely need to work on that, otherwise shop here!

Didnt find exactly everything I was looking for, but I did find some unexpected Halloween attire from two of my favorite Halloween movies!

Always Walmart, inexpensive, great return policy, local pick-up, pharmacy.

*Lots* of out of stock items. Of course, mandates have been lifted (way too early in my opinion), but businesses can still do something to protect people. Walmart, though, chose to rip off the band-aid and stop doing anything. Masks no longer required, directional aisles removed, capacity limits lifted, and no longer cleaning carriages. I thought they werent supplying wipes for customer use, but instead of being in the vestibule where theyve always been, they are inside the store proper so I didnt notice them until I was leaving. Waste your time going in and putting yourself and your family at further risk in swarms of people shoulder to shoulder with no masks and a dirty cart and not even be able to buy what you went for. Guess Ill stick to shopping online and waiting for deliveries until the pandemic is truly over.

Electronics department employee Eric was very knowledgeable very helpful and very pleasant. Im so glad he was able to help me it made my trip very tolerable. I wish every store had an employee like him.

Cheap stuff with terrible customer service! What did you expect? Weve all been there and wasted the better part of a sunny afternoon waiting in line! Hire a few more cashiers and change me $.50 more fore my stuff... I only go in there before work in the AM so I can get in and out.

Produce section covered in flies.. onions rotting covered in black mold and flies right in the front of the store!

Organized place

This store is run so poorly. There was a group of us in electronics with absolutely no help, we asked the manager, they didnt want to help. They couldve hit a few thousand dollars in just that 20 minute period. We paged, no one. We went to customer service, they paged, but alas, no one. That store really needs the district manager to step in and solve the obvious incompetence of that store manager. I ended up going to a different company and purchased my items there.

Awsome place to shop. Sells needle to an elephant. It has Citizen Bank branch, a Fullfladge Saloon, A Subway, Great location big parking lot. Off course tax free New Hampshire state. Right on route 101A is a shoppers delight. Very very friendly staff. You can get Almost anything here. Quite visible from main road & remeber they sell liquor too.

The associate at the electronics counter was VERY knowledgeable about the different cellphones they sell and was able to help me select exactly what I needed that fit all my criteria. Thank you!!

Cant use the store if the card never is accepted. Workes first time every time at every other spot I need it. Even when the reader dose work it is ALWAYS the slide that accepts it. Witch is 4 tries and what feels like 10 miniets later.

Today is Sunday. Walmarts parking lot was nearly full. There were only 2 registers open. Needless to say, the lines at checkout were ridiculous. Not impressed. The deli chicken was sub par also. We went there to get a bucket of chicken, and a few other necessities, but we left without the bucket of chicken.

WalMart is a time saver when youre in a hurry. Self check out makes the difference and the employees are always curious.

I go here sometimes for clothes food and for my eye glasses every time the staff here have been nice and kind

They are disorganized and inexperienced to say the least. One associate I asked for help was nice but another was just rude, neither was of any help. I hate wasting my time in a store so large you cant find things. These are some of the reasons I dont like to shop here and will shop elsewhere whenever possible.

Obviously there is everything there, but a lot of the time the shelves are empty and take forever to be restocked. Also, items get moved so much, that from one week to the next, things are gone, like in the toy department.

My visit on March 2nd was very good. I always find everything I need plus some stuff I dont. Hopefully my next visit will be the same.

Self check or wait in a long line. Then stand at the self check out while the 3 employees in the area talk about carts because you need an employee to check out but you had to go to self check out because there arent enough employees to run cash registers because they are to busy goofing off in the self check out.

Walmart is Walmart what more can you say about it. Always walk the clearance aisle you might be surprised what you find.

This location needs to hire more employees to stock. Or the manager needs to fix their inventory problem. Im tired of the empty shelves when I go in! The past 3 years morale has been really down. Must be the kind of management.Again No shoes for my kids were available.Again No Baby Orajel or infant Tylenol.Again No mattress covers.Again no diapers of the brand and size that my baby needs for her sensitive skin.Again out of my preferred mouth wash.So tomorrow I have to go else where to buy the rest of what I need. For now on i will drive out of my way to Manchester walmart to shop.

Particularly this store has more variety than other supercenters... and its a Walmart: better prices for the same stuff than Target and Market Basket. Only Costo has better prices with some products.

Staff getting better at communicate with customer appear more interaction with customer than before thats a good thing and the store getting better at stocking...

Was not happy..... got a ride all the way to this store just for something on their website and the store wouldnt price match at all to their websites price!!! Im pretty sure thats part of walmarts deal... even the manager wouldnt change it!! Not impressed walmart....not going back there for anything!!!
