As current owners of a Sleep Number bed, we were familiar with Sleep Number. But since weve had ours for several years there was quite a bit to learn. Kevin was great explaining all the improvements and options. We had a great experience shopping at this location. We are anxious to receive our new bed!

Wait until you get your actual bed BEFORE you review. My husband and I spent around $10k on the bed, base, upholstered headboard, and some accessories for the bed. We scheduled our delivery for the first available slot which was a few weeks out (Jan 2020). The day of we got a call stating the bed wouldn’t be coming. We were frustrated but compensated for the inconvenience; we rescheduled. Long story short 2 more deliveries were scheduled and our bed was never delivered. We were even in communication with corporate who ensured our bed would arrive on the 3rd delivery but it was not. Customer service at the actual location was phenomenal, unfortunately, sleep number is highly lacking in the customer service field and delivery aspect. You would think for how much money they want for their beds that they would be able to get it to your house. All in all, we cancelled our order, and they lost 2 customers that were pretty dang excited to get their product.

Liked the bed and in store experience enough to order one. However a mess of a delivery with delivery person not even ringing the doorbell, claiming they waited 45 mins which was in no way possible. Called 3 times to customer service to try to rectify the issue and get the bed but no luck and overall poor customer experience and follow through. After that, considering the premium cost and the possibility of dealing with their poor customer service again through the life of the bed, decided to cancel the order.

Well we don’t actually have our bed yet, delivery is a few weeks out, but I need to give the manager Kevin a shout out for his amazing service when we purchased our bed earlier this week. He was informative and patient, even though I am a bit of a PITA, and asked too many questions. Also asked him to “give us a minute to discuss” options, only several hundred times. My sleepless nights are almost an afterthought, and I can’t wait to sleep on our marshmallow. Thanks Kevin!

Two thumbs down!!!!!! My husband and I went to this store to choose another bed to exchange with our current one.I’m 5 months pregnant and my husband works long hours as an law enforcement officer so we were really looking to just find a comfortable bed and do an upgrade. The customer service was so poor and the representatives pretty much ignored us to tend to another couple that came in after us!!! Extremely disgusted!!!!

Worked with Kevin, he was great, knowledgeable, and respectful. He was thorough in finding out what we wanted, and wasnt overly aggressive with upselling.I enjoyed this experience, and would glady do it again.

I have nothing bad to say. The rep was nice, plac was clean. Beds are pretty expensive. Havent received mine yet, so we will see if the are worth the cost. Rep was a little rushed as there was only one there, but still took time to run through things.

Great customer service! Matt was very helpful and clearly adjusted his approach based on our presentation. We were not interested in over presentation of the product and it was clear he knew that! Yes, we did buy the C4 matteress.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with! Each time you call your on hold for at least 45 minutes. Not only that but we did not like our bed so we called to return it. Today was our pick up day and our window was between 12 and 4, they called us at 6:30 and said it would be another hour and a half, and then called us again and told us that they were not coming, and we have to wait another month and a half before somebody can pick up the bed! Rude employees and a horrible service! Do not buy a bed from this company you will be sorry!! Also buyer beware, they charge fees for everything! Including $215 to pick up the bed! Very shady!

Our saleswoman was great! Then the truth started coming out with our Bills. She made us bogus promises including the 2 years of interest free payments. Then year 1 ended and we were hit with interest (which we would have paid off completely had we known it was only a year). Called customer service and they said we should have read the agreement and wouldnt grant the reimbursement of interest. Unfortunately we trusted the salesperson (who in their right mind is dumb enough to do that right?!). Stay away from this scam and go elsewhere...especially this store.

Went in this past weekend and I wasnt impressed. Seemed more like a waste of money. My husband and I walked out with sore backs. Also the salesman couldnt seem to remember my name even after he asked me the spelling for our demo.

I selected this rating for many reasons. I will start off by saying that Matt and Kevin were kind, professional, and tried to be as helpful as they could. I would recommend them for sales, any day. Also, our mattress itself is great! However our delivery experience prior to the actual drop off has been an utter nightmare.We were initially meant to receive our mattress delivery on 8/24 between 11 and 2pm. 2:30 came around and...no delivery. No call. No email. No information at all. So I ended up having to make a phone call to find out what was going on. At which point the customer service rep. had to reach out to the delivery team and find out what happened. She got back to me and informed us that we would not be receiving our mattress that day, but the day after. A Sunday. And we should expect a call to schedule a time.Sunday came, no call. So I called again and was informed that they do not do deliveries and that they “don’t know why anyone would tell me that”. We were then advised that we would be contacted on Monday for a new delivery date.I will spare you the very long details of our repeated back and forth conversations with the staff; but our delivery was rescheduled a total of 6 times, SIX times. It was pushed out an entire month from our initial delivery date. We magically got it moved up one week and we, finally, received our mattress on 9/17. Over 3 weeks past our initial date.Now, it was explained that we did not receive our delivery on the scheduled date of 8/24 because of a family emergency. Which, we of course, understand. However, we do not understand how a company has no policy in place to handle such a situation.Why weren’t we called when their deliveries were cancelled?Why weren’t we notified of being rescheduled?Why did our date get changed SIX times?Why would it ever be acceptable to push a delivery an entire month?Why did we have to call multiple people, over and over, to get updates and assistance in obtaining a mattress that we purchased (and paid too much money for, for this to be our experience)?This was a shockingly unprofessional disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend your products or services to anyone, without explaining what a terrible delivery process your company has.
