The buying experience were fantastic the salesperson was great and informative. The delivery however has not been great. Was told it would be available in a week, and now it’s 2 weeks.

The women that sold us the mattress was a professional. She took the time to tell wait she was gonna do and had us try a number of different Mattresses and firmness until we had the one we like and felt most comfortable with. She also stayed 30 minutes after the store was to close to finish the transaction and set up delivery in 5 days.

Best service ever -- and we were buying one of the least expensive items on the floor. Love this place. Look forward to returning when I can make it worth their while.

Horrible company. Spent 6K, they Screwed up my delivery, took our mattress and left us with a 700lb voided warranty. They Basically shrugged their shoulders rather than doing anything at all to try and resolve it. I am now sleeping on my couch. Never asked for a discount or anything just wanted an amicable solution. Spoke to corporate to see if we could shift the delivery schedule to make it possible to avoid the same issue of the mattress being frozen and having to wait a week with it curled into a ball in my doorway and... they wouldn’t even do that. Awful customer service.

We had a great experience at mattress firm. We were immediately greeted by Jon Peterson, but not pressured. He let us look around and was available to answer any questions we had. He helped us understand the difference in the different types of mattresses and wanted to make sure we picked the right one for us. He spent a good amount of time with us. We didnt buy anything that day, he suggested we think about which was right for us. We went back a week and bought a purple from Jon. It was a great experience and highly recommend going to see Jon

I ordered my mattress and base from Ryan McDonald in Amherst NH. Ryan assured me that if I put 10% down than I was guaranteed a delivery date on Sunday 2 days later. I paid about 3/4 of it and told him I would pay the rest in the morning.I paid the remainder in the morning Ryan still confirmed that I would receive my bed on Sunday. About 10 minutes went by Ryan called me to tell me that all of a sudden all the slots were taken on Sunday! Cant Deliver!!It was just a sales pitch to get me to purchase the bed from him!!! The next available delivery date was three days later on Wednesday.We received the mattress and base the guys who set it up left marks on the mattress from there dirty hands. Im disappointed with this company .

Very disappointed with this company. I purchased a bed frame and a protect a bed from here. I was sold on the protect a bed 10 year warranty and how wonderful it was. Come to find out they will only honor the warranty of the matress and protect a bed were purchased from the same store and same day. My matress was purchased the same day but at another location I was not informed about this part of the warranty from mattress firm. Protect a bed is an awful company and there product does not work!!! I have talked to protect a bed, district manager and corporate mattress firm. They were nice but not helpful on restoring my mattress.

The store manager Jon Peterson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Wasn’t pushy and was available when I had questions about the different models. I ended up deciding on the Purple 1 model, but it was very refreshing not having a pushy sales person try to upsell me on a model that I didn’t need or want.Jon also explained the warranty and 120 night sleep trial clearly and concisely to me so I understood. Definitely will be recommending Mattress Firm and Jon specifically to my friends and family!

If I could leave a negative star, I would! My wife and I went in to the store this evening. They have signs all over the store stating, they guarantee to match and beat any other advertised price by 20%. After looking around and being given their price, I proceeded to look online for a better price. After finding a better price and showing it to the salesman, he proceeded to try and explain why they wouldnt price match with that store. He even said, if you are able to get it for that price, you should order it online.

I first went into the store today 7-18-17 with a skepticism thinking I was going to be overcharged due to being bamboosled at other establishments I had visited. Ronnie my salesman completely changed my view on salesmen today! Ronnie was dressed to the 10s, had a calming and professional demeanor which made my son and I feel like we were the most respected people in the world. The store was impeccably clean and comfortable. The next time I plan on any purchase such as the ones I made today i will revisit this store and if Ronnie is not there I will go to the store Ronnie is working at. Outstanding Products with First Rate Sale Service.

Walked in knowing what I wanted to look at, was shown to the two mattresses by Leif who was very helpful. Made my decision, he matched the absurdly low price I found on a top of the line seals matress and beat it by 20% and even gave the 10% off that the sleepys website had for a discount code. For less then the normal price of the king size mattress I chose I got a mattress, split low profile box spring, frame, mattress protector and two sets of king size sheets. Couldnt ask for more, great salesman great experience.
