The staff were so kind on helping him figure out where to find it (a different store). Being elderly is not always so nice today. Thank you so much for helping him feel cared for ♡

I have to say i am very disappointed with the products this store sells. 2yrs ago i needed a coffee maker and bought the Keurig elite, now the box looked like it was opened and repackaged i took a chance and bought it.Found it was missing the complete long filter assy, i didnt bring it back because i had one from the old Keurig that broke.Speed up to today 2/12/22 i had to buy a new Keurig because the one i just wrote about died, so back to BBB and again they only had 2 left and both boxes looked like they were repackaged, again took my chance bought one. Got home and found the filter assy was missing that wheel at the top letting you know when you installed the filter... i mean whats up with this, are people just buying product and taking parts that they need and then returning it. Again i didnt bother to pack it all up to return it because i had a replacement part.But by gosh if i buy another one i will definitely open the box to make sure all parts are there.The pics, the left is how it came the right is the old one. That i removed the top part wheel.

I had kinda forgot about this place but alot of really good deals to be found. Tons of coupons avail make it even better !

Similar set up to other B, B u0026 Beyonds. Friendly service. Good selection of products, but, more expensive than other retailers. Coupons and sales can help offset the price.

Its a BBu0026B, you need a kitchen gizmo theres a good chance they will have it and a bunch of other stuff you didnt know you needed but will buy anyway.

Ordered online as my local store Was not an online option...had to go to North nashua but placed online order at 11pm was available at 10am next morning and on sale !!!

Tried to return a new unused car seat and the store was REFUSING to take it. They stated that was their policy. One lady stated because it was a baby product the rules were different. They read the terms and said they cant accept used items. We explained it was used the box was just opened, car seat clearly not even taken out of box. Manager comes over and says cant take anything open..... Well policy they read said used and they say open.... They refused it and told us we had to go elsewhere. We then pull up the return policy and return to the desk showing online says new unused with original packaging... They finally took it. Frustrating that they try to make their own rules about returns.

Found the perfect ironing board at BBu0026B! They actually had a wide selection. The checkout employee and in-store team went above and beyond(no pun intended) to give me great service and to use my coupons in the most beneficial way. They even offered to carry the ironing board to my car....great early Fall shopping! Enjoy.

I had the best experience ever at this store. The associate I wanna give the biggest shout out to is Mary. She was well-versed in today’s technology and gave me the best service customer could ever get. Amanda help me set up my beyond rewards program. If you got to go to bed Bath and beyond go to this one and say hi to Mary and let her know she’s doing a wonderful job:)

They said they had a coffee scooper, I went their and it was a Table spoon, Coffee scoopers are 2 Tablespoon.

Looked like lots of goodies were coming in when I shopped here yesterday. Got some light blocking/draft dodging panels for my house. Staff was pleasant. Overall, a good visit!!!

We have always loved shopping at BB and B .They always seem to have what we need in stock. Prices are good,sale prices even better. I got delayed in one store because of a massive downpour with thunder. lightning, and wind. . I nodded to a concerned clerk that I was o.k..Then continued to browse the store for the rest of the 25 min. delay (only to my delight ) exploring the many choices of products and differences between similar items..It turned out to be an interesting, informative,fun way to..weather the storm.!

Don’t go to the location in Amherst NH. The merchandising is not correct and then when you expect them to honor the price they will scold you and tell you how it didn’t belong there. (Despite that it was exactly the section it belonged in) Separately I did curbside check a few days ago and sat in the lot for more about 13 minutes before I gave up and went inside to pick up. They were not short staffed or busy they just didn’t notice anyone had checked in. Get it together people. If you don’t treat your customers right even a little they won’t come anymore. I will go back to Salem NH where the staff takes care of their customers.

You have hardly any merchandise. I used to love going, but no more.

Tried to exchange a damaged pan I ordered online and picked up the same day. When I went back to exchange it was a PITA! Apparently the system doesnt update for 24hrs so my purchase couldnt be found in the system. When I went back, which was not more than 30 minutes after purchase, I was helped by the same associate that checked me out. She fiddled for about ten minutes and couldnt figure it out. She finally calls for the manager, problem solved in 20 seconds. A huge hassle to exchange for the exact same item, bought at the same store and was helped by the same associate. Time to fix the process...

Went to shop from a bridal registry, was able to get a printout of all the items that had not been purchased and also if they were in stock, if we had more time we could have ordered items that were not in stock. We were able to get a great assortment of items. I was disappointed to learn that they are discontinuing the gift wrapping area. We were told that gift wrapping would still be available with online orders. I also like the idea of having a gift receipt for easy returns if needed.

I went in to find a thermometer and found 2 that I couldnt decide between. I asked the cashier for a price check and she was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy shopping at Bed Bath u0026 Beyond. I also saved on my purchase with one of their coupons which are also helpful.

We use this store often for kitchen supplies and utensils, as they have about 1/4 of the store for such purchases. We cant rate either the bed or bath.

First time visiting this Bed Bath u0026 Beyond. I truly like this location. Ample parking close to the store. The store has lots of selections and well stocked. Beautiful items to choose from. Quality items on sale. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as, very courteous.

Outstanding customer service! I went there Friday looking for seat covers for my van. I was greeted at the door immediately by a woman named Carol. She was so nice and bent over backwards to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They did not have it in the store so she brought me to the computer in her office and had all the time in the world for me. I ended up ordering seat covers for the whole van and was very surprised to receive one of them the very next day! :-)

Very helpful staff. Nice bright clean store with everything you could need. Some stuff can be pricey but like anything else you have to know your products and prices. Good quality. Theyll order things for you if you cant find it in the store. Ive shopped here for many years.

Standard Bed Bath and Beyond experience. They have everything you could imagine for home goods and its organized well. The store is large enough that sometimes you have to ask where something is.Parents: the checkout area is lined with candy and hard to avoid.

Lots of empty spaces. Poor marking of prices.....hard to identify items prices since racks mising prices and items scattered in many different spots. Not a good experience

I needed a mattress topper. The place was busy but had enough staff. I asked for help and the staff was very friendly and patient. The store was clean, well laid out and items were reasonably priced. All in all a good experience.

Orderd from their online store. The shipping and delivery dates keep getting pushed out. Order was placed May 13. First shipping notification came May 18. I got a message saying that because the item was fragile it was being shipped using special care . The item is a trunk without legs. A trunk is a lot less fragile than a lot of other furniture; after all, its just a wood box. After a few weeks I contacted them and was told that it would finally arrive the first week of June. Then last week I was told early this week (its now Wed June 13). Earlier this week the shipping date got moved again to delivered to local DA by June 17. (Ive been told that after the local DA receives it there it will take another 3 to 4 days).Even if it doesnt get moved again, were now talking about June 19 or 20. When I ordered on May 13th we had plenty of time for someone to receive the shipment as we had just moved. Now, based on job plans, it will be next to impossible to receive it, so we will cancel the order.I have ordered merchandise from China that has taken less time.

Love that store! Went in to buy a Nespresso machine and a soda stream. Got excellent deals and was able to use my coupons for even greater savings!

Best towels, bath supplies and bedding

I came here looking for a loose-leaf teapot. I asked an employee for assistance finding it and without pausing from his task he said its probably over with the other teapots and continued on his way. This was my first time shopping at BBu0026B so I didnt really know my way around the store.After looking for a while with no luck, I asked another employee for Assistance. She told me she would ask her manager and then proceeded to ask the original employee that I had asked for assistance! Turns out that joker was the manager. She did the same thing he did and told me to go look myself.I left the store extremely unimpressed and without the teapot I was looking for.

This store has so much to offer, I can find something for everyone here. Often I find things that are one of a kind and theres always something new to see. Its really a lot of fun to just like around

This looks like I only visited BBu0026B two years ago. Not true. They are a great store for towels, linens, and gadgets, and their greeting card selection is superb.

Not a lot of Christmas items, went to go use coupon and cashier wouldnt let us use coupons on clearance items stating you would only save $1 or $2.

Got my questions answered when a few things werent in the store. Helpful workers...and their coupon policy is the best!!

This store is small and has a limited selection. I couldn’t find most of what I wanted and chose a few things which I “settled” for.

Fairly well staffed store with lots of helpful employees around. Overall better than most bed bath and beyonds.

They are expensive but, along with high-quality bed sheets curtains and other stuff implied by the name of the store, they have a lot of cool kitchen utilities and gadgets.
