I splurged on a bouquet for my sister this year. I was so excited for her to get it! A bouquet made of fruit...what could be better? I thought it was odd when she didnt say anything about it, and when I finally asked her about it, she said the bouquet tasted almost fermented as soon as it was delivered and she threw it away. A $55 bouquet! Thats a lot of money to throw in the trash. In addition, the individual I spoke with when placing the order was short and unprofessional when I asked questions about the bouquet.I contacted the corporate office, who told me the American Fork office would contact me within 48 hours, which they did not do. I contacted corporate again twice more, who ignored my attempts.I finally disputed the charge on my Visa card, only to learn that you cannot dispute a charge when a delivery has been signed for by another individual. In addition, Visa got Edible Arrangements on the phone, who lied and reported the bouquet had been re-delivered...which it hadnt! The individual from corporate also told me they would call back to make sure my issue got resolved once the American Fork office opened for the day, then I never heard from the corporate office again.I reported Edible Arrangements in American Fork to the Better Business Bureau, who closed the complaint and marked it UNRESOLVED since Edible Arrangements wouldnt reply to their two attempts to reach out to them.This location needs some major improvements with regards to their communication, as well as customer concerns and satisfaction issues. While not all Edible Arrangements are the same, this one has soured me and I will not use Edible Arrangements again in the future!

No problem. My boy had a birthday party and they were EXCELLENT. They know their stuff and have great customer service.Tip: They have a bogo coupon that is buy one get one free. Great deal.

We received an arrangement at our office as a Thank you from our Corporate office however when we took it apart we discovered mold all over lettuce/cabbage base. Our employees were grossed out so we tossed it. I called the store the next morning to inform them that we found mold in our bouquet and we had to toss it for safety and she said oh ok thank you. That was is it! No apology, no oh we will check our arrangements more closely. Its almost as if she knew their products had mold and I told her something she already knew. Terrible service and such a shame because I love the concept of edible arrangements and our office loved getting them.

I stopped by today because it was next to Sports Clips. I attempted to buy my daughters the smoothies they wanted and the person working the counter said that she didnt know the recipe. I tried another and it came to $10.62 for two smoothies. I pointed out that smoothies are $3.99 a piece and she said, Ya, smoothies are expensive. I further explained that $3.99 twice is closer to $8 dollars than and asked where the extra $2.56 is coming from. (Taxes arent THAT high!) She then said that they were five something dollars a piece. I pointed at the sign, that plainly showed the price, and received a non-committal shrug. I ended up just paying the higher price and leaving while vowing to write a scathing review when I got home.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered for a special occasion and the order arrived the day after the promised delivery date. Stay away!!

I like to get the mothers in my life something for Mothers Day every year. Edible Arrangements did well in 2017. But, in 2018, they had to deliver 10 gifts and only 5 of them actually got delivered. When I discovered this, I called and they gave no apology or explanation. They said theyd get those delivered and almost acted confused why Id be irritated.

I ordered my mother a $59 arrangment for Mother’s Day and was very disappointed by my experience. I had my husband pick up the order the morning of and when it was brought back to our home, they completely forgot to include the heart-shaped chocolate pop that was supposed to be the center of the arrangment. So my husband had to drive all the way back and pick it up. Then when I gifted it to my mother and she had started to eat it, the grapes were old and the strawberries were mushy! For almost $60 I would expect things to be practically perfect! I would atleast expect the fruit to be fresh! Will not be ordering from this location again!

My daughter just finished working here and the stories that she has told me about the work environment and the management horrified me. The management is completely incompetent. They play favorites when it comes to scheduling and leave the store to be manned by normal workers with out a manager. Also they dont even have toilet paper for the employees to use the bathroom. Also the general manager doesnt even come in to work and if she does she just stands around and plays on her phone. I would never let my daughter work there again and would warn anyone that is looking for employment to stay way from this poorly run store. Also I got moldy strawberries for valentines day.

My wife loves getting Edible Arrangements for gifts rather than flowers. A bit pricey but they are always very high quality and nicely done.

Ordered a $350 arrangement for wifes and I anniversary. Ordered in the morning and was supposed to be here by 5 pm. Never showed up. Called and couldnt get ahold of anyone. Had to get a refund. Ruined anniversary plans

The driver of the Edible Arrangements pulled out in front of me on State Street in American Fork. When I honked at him because he was veering into my lane, he leaned out of the drivers side window and THREW a brick at me!! Brand new car. I called the store and also went there-no response and no one there. Horrible experience.

Will never ever use them again for anything - extremely hard to get a hold of and the store is locked/closed in the middle of the day when I needed my orders. :(

Excellent fruit and taste! Little on the pricey side and they will bombard w/emails but its been a great go to gift for occasions.
