This place is so full of great products! Its fun just walking through the store and seeing what all they have! They have almost anything from the kitchen to the garage! Even for the garden!Great place to pick up a House warming gift for a new homeowner! Or for a wedding gift..Or even a college student, first apartment...or just need something for your own place! So much to see!

The staff was super friendly and as I was checking out I noticed they had a free DYI wrapping station. It was awesome! Go for a great inventory and stay for the free wrapping station!

1/13/21...Sadly this location is closing. There are big closeouts, and stock is dwindling. If youre looking for something specific you may not find it, but if youre interested in exploring a clearance sale you may be delighted.

We got some great things for our bathroom, especially this beautiful white shower curtain. They had so much variety.I was also looking for a full length mirror. The mirror that I wanted, all 8 mirrors there were very bent and would have stuck out from the wall. With a curve that bad, Im surprised they had them out for sale on the floor. They only had 2 other mirrors and they were both very gaudy mirrors. I had to go to Target for a plain, wood one.

We dodged a bullet. Almost bought 200 dollar sheets. Im a simple man, simple sheets are fine. A five star review would include someone helping me pick towels, cause I dont know what the hell Im doing. I ended up loosing my patients and took 4 of the closest non white towels. No miscreants were coughing about the store, which is a huge plus in these pandemical times. Therefore I would not feel right about less than 4 stars.

Do not buy anything online from bed bath and beyond ever. I ordered something in November and now in mid January I still havent received it. Ive called about 4 times to get a replacement and they have done nothing about it. Its a nightmare, spend your money elsewhere

I came in for a new dinner wear set, but instead of buying a nice packaged one I decided to create my own. The woman working at the customer service desk was so nice and wrapped every single dish for for me. We’re talking like, 30 pieces of dinner wear. Then another woman working brought me boxes to put it all in and helped package it up. Such a great experience here. Their customer service gets an A++

A going out of business sale up to 40% off picked up a 5 Q Cuisinart casserole pan. a 9 glass pie plate and some other knick-knacks.

Store was clean and well organized. The staff was attentive but not smothering. We found our favorite products and smells. We can not wait to visit again.

I went there looking for an almond milk strainer. They only had it online. But the front desk was able to order it online.

Interesting thing about BBB, if you are looking for something related to home and bath, you probably find it here. Whether the price is in your range or not is a different question. There is a lot of selection crammed into a medium size retail space. Employees are not overly visible while you are wandering around. Parking is shared with many other business here, but usually plenty available. Egress is complicated by the overengineered exits.

With all the choices you have to buy the same things online or locally but cheaper, youd think these guys would try a little harder to keep you as a customer. Definitely gone down hill, shop somewhere that treats you with at least a tiny bit of respect.

I dont like BB&B. They have lots of stuff but never what Im looking for when I go there. The staff is pleasant enough but not helpful. Ask a question and you get the deer in the headlights look, then they have to ask several other people before you get an answer, which is always we dont have that at this location and they then provide you with a BB&B location that is 30 miles away. They need to do a better job of inventory control.

Has great products and can shop online with store pickup. Just make sure to go online and get a 20% off coupon so you get a good price on what you want.

Amazing staff. They didnt have the size of sheet I needed in store so they ordered it for me. It will ship straight to my house with no extra charge and the teller let me use a coupon. Every time I come to this store I have a great experience.

I saw a curtain last night. I loved it for my Granddaughters room but being sensible I took her tonight to approve. It was gone. One of cute helpers ordered what I needed and it will be delivered to my house FREE in about a week!!!!!! They are so awesome!

So far so good. At this time of year it is easy to key the hustle get the best of you, but the calmness of the staff here made things very easy to hey fine what I needed to do.

Its actually been months since Ive shopped here.Lots of different useful products. Its kind of overwhelming because there are so many different products everywhere. Its an organizer, interior decorator, and gadget-lovers dream. Its easy to spend hours there just looking at all the cool stuff. Staff arent always the most helpful. Some staff that Ive dealt with have been just as confused as I was about where to find certain things. Varying price ranges of products which is good as far as having options. Theres a mish-mash of stuff scattered throughout the store so you (I) feel I have to look through the entire store to make sure I didnt miss something that was closer to what I was looking for. Really cool/different stuff though. Wish it wasnt as pricey as it is because I would shop there more often.

Not long ago I was given a gift from a family member that was purchased from one of your Locations along with the receipt that would allow me return the item if Needed. I decided to return the gift and took it back to the store with the receipt it was purchased on in the condition it had been in when it was purchased (Brand New). The cashier proceeded with the Transaction and refunded the card that it was purchased on when I wanted the return to be given back in cash. She did this without asking me (the customer) what I wanted and proceeded without getting any information regarding this. When the Manager came up to the front, she said there wasn’t anything that could be done. Working in a customer service position for all the Companies I have been with I can say without a shadow of a doubt that it isn’t a matter of Nothing being able to be done as much as it is that you choose to do Nothing about it. Your hands are Not tied in these situations.Before I decided to write this survey I called your Corporate Office in hopes the issue could be addressed and rectified there so this wouldn’t have to go any further. The response given to me was that nothing more could be done than for them to submit a complaint regarding this.If you try to do the right thing at this point, it wouldn’t be based off of the moral of you Company, but rather your own personal interest / agenda in trying to save the customers you have now lost. You have forgotten, or have become extremely careless in taking care of the people (customers and employees) who support your Company whom WITHOUT their business you would cease to Exist. Your actions will condemn any chance for your Company to progress and recover from the business slide you have already faced with the stores that you have lost and the ones you will continue to lose. Up until now your Company has been able to EXIST, but that is all it has done.When I went to Management and called your Corporate Office I wasn’t asking for anything more than for you to fix the mistake that your Employee made. As a customer I shouldn’t have to be placed in a position where I am paying the price for a mistake that was made because of your process or lack of training. However, that is the exact opposite of what I was told by the actions that proceeded in the conversation and outcome that was had. I have had to face the consequences for this and am sharing this experience so that No one else may have to suffer for the mistakes and failures that you have made in the business structure you have created. Our time and money is worth too much for it to be lit on fire in front of us because you lack moral and place your priorities elsewhere. The place in which you have placed your priorities will be the very thing that leads to your Destruction and Demolition of the place you once led. I know I am Not the only customer who has been treated this way. Maybe my lack of silence will ignite others who have been silent or passive aggressive in their response to speak out.Your Competitors offer convenience, more competitive pricing, better products,and customer service that exceed empty words that have No action to back them. To others who read this I would recommend buying products from Home Goods, Burlington, TJ Maxx, and Amazon.

On Christmas Eve I was looking at cookware and I was not sure which was the safest (without chemicals). A sales associate named David was very knowledgeable on the cookware products, types of chemical coatings where used and how to clean and use the brands of cookware. I ended up getting the stainless steal cookware set.

I was certainly disappointed in what I thought would have been a better selection of products. I have absolutely no complaints about anybody who workt in the store, they seem to be very helpful staff.

I like Bed Bath & Beyond. They always have good stuff and send coupons often. They will also let you combine coupons which is good because I cant afford their stuff unless its on clearance and I have coupons.

Cute products. Some are over priced some are good. I find I only shop here if they a having a sale on things I need.

Needed a new car key made ASAP and was told they had a kiosk here that costs less than half of a dealership bought car key! They were right! Scan the key, make selection, and it ships to the address you provide. Takes a few days, but very convenient and user friendly!

For how busy they were the place was clean and well put together.

12192019 The selection of American made product is far too sparse. There are racks of foreign made cookware but only a small selection for made in USA. This makes it hard to find a quality product made from materials you can trust.

This place is jammed packed with all sorts of interesting stuff. A bunch of as seen on TV stuff, then just about any home comfort item you might need. Its not bad just browsing the weird selection.

Prices arent that great but you can use a 20% off coupon every time you go. Even if the coupon is expired. The staff was friendly but not educated on questions I asked. I was looking at a blender but I couldnt open the lid or lift it up it was all glued on.... not very helpful.

The associates clearly didnt want to do their job. I asked if they could help me locate an item (their site said they carried) and the ladies at the front just quickly said they didnt have it. They didnt even pretend to look it up... it was clear they wanted to get back to their conversation and hanging out. It was also very frustrating that when my husband tried to buy a blender, the one they sold him was not the one that he had said he wanted (and was on display). When he went back to return the item, the manager told him that he wouldnt sell him the blender that was on display, for the price that was posted, instead it was 150.00 more. When he asked why, he explained that they didnt have any other models to display, so they just left that one out, with another models price tag on it.... Really dishonest and terrible customer service. I wont be going back to this location. My husband called their corporate office and they said the store should have sold us the blender for the posted price. We were told a district manager would be contacted and we should hear from them.... never heard back, just blew us off.

Exactly like every other Bed Bath & Beyond. No complaints about the products or employees. Only time we go there is buy something off a wedding registry and its painful to have go sit with the registry specialist for 10 minutes just to buy a random pan. You can pull up Thier registy on your phone now and skip that painful step to buy a gift.

Beware you just want everything!! Thats why the 4 stars and sometimes it can take a while in the checkout line.
