I was using a few different pharmacies because in the past I had an unpleasant experience with Walmart but I have to say I needed to fill a prescription here and they were very helpful and very accommodating. Thank you to everyone that works here. I really appreciate the help. I had a coupon because my medication is several hundred dollars and they took the time to help me get it to work which saved me $270 dollars. Thanks again !

If you want timely service, go to a different pharmacy. The sloths in Zootopia are faster than the staff here.

Very dysfunctionally operated. Only 1 pharmacist on duty today, she wasnt filling prescriptions. Instead, she was in covid vax room entire time. When I asked, they confirmed no other pharmacists were on duty. Trainee pharma tech checked us in 20 mins at register there.

DO NOT COME HERE for vaccines. I scheduled online, they didnt even find my information and made me wait longer than an hour to even get vaccinated when I arrived earlier than my appointment. The people before me also waited probably longer than me. There was only one person vaccinating, which was the same doing the consultations. Only come here if you can waste at least an hour of your time.

The staff are always willing to help, and have always been very kind and great at explaining things clearly. Obviously sometimes there are some things out of their control (medication availability, pricing, etc), but Ive been surprised by how genuine and sincere the team is. I wasnt expecting that at a big-chain pharmacy like Walmart.

I strongly dislike that 98% of the checkouts are self checkouts now. It is also SO HOT in the store. I genuinely worry about the employees safety with how warm it is. I was sweating and feeling sick from the heat in a tank top. I hope they can work on that.

The staff always help me get the best price.

Their hours are really 905 to 655. When I do actually get here during these hours they truly dont seem to care.

This was my first visit to the American Fork pharmacy and I was super happy with Danielle! This was my first refill on my prescription and she was the first tech to tell me that theres a manufacturer coupon which brought the price to $0! She seriously just saved me over $400 on this visit alone! Not to mention the future refills I can apply this coupon to. Then to top it all off they had my prescription in my hands and checked out within just a few minutes. Super happy with my visit and especially Danielle and I will for sure come back. She made my day when she didnt have to.

This is the most helpful and friendly pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The staff provides great customer service! They make an effort to ensure I get my prescriptions in a timely manner, and on several occasions they have gone out of their way to make sure I am paying the lowest costs possible for my prescriptions.

They treated someone who had a major surgery like a drug addict. Every encounter I have had with them ends up with me be angry at how they treat people. Staff is not personable and they do not fill in a timely manner. I have only had one problem at Walgreens with a new technician and it was still handled better than here. They need to learn some compassion and treat patients that are sick better, that is part of your job, I am in the field I know it gets hard, go get your compassion fatigue checked before treating people badly, this did not have to be this way. Also not everyone is drug seeking so treat people with respect. Thanks

They really saved me a lot of money by helping me figure out which diabetic test strips were going to be the cheapest on my new insurance plan. I feel like they care about me as a person, not just a customer.

They do a great job. I have never had a problem, and theyre very knowledgeable and helpful. I have also noticed that the prices are often better than other pharmacies, including Costco.

I hate going to this pharmacy. There is nothing but wait times and red tape to go through trying to get prescriptions. Go to walgreens.

We have used this pharmacy over the past year and a half for our family’s prescriptions. There have been too many instances where we get the confirmation text that our prescriptions are ready, but they have nothing for us when we show up to pick up the medications. Twice they haven’t even had the specific medication in stock. As a new mother I don’t have time this. Never sending my prescriptions here again.

This pharmacy is fantastic, quick, and knowledgeable associates.Will definitely use again.

When I went to check on my perscription that I took there at 9 am they closed at 1:30 until 2 when it says that you are opened for 24 hours you should stay open the whole time. It really was not a good experience they wouldnt even help me but they helped other people that came after me.

They completely close down for lunch in the middle of the day. very inconvenient.
