This location has always been great, but I had an especially wonderful experience today. I ordered a decorative pillow to be shipped to the store and it had been delayed twice. Cameron saw that it had arrived today and spent 10-15 minutes finding it for me so I wouldn’t have to wait another day! The staff is always friendly and helpful, but Cameron really went above and beyond and it made my day.

Great customer service where exchanges/refunds always go smoothly. We purchased a new TV and found that it was damaged (cracked). The next day we were able to return it for a full refund- stress free.

She was SO NICE! We had gotten an item on sale, but it wasnt ringing on sale, but she looked it up for us and fixed it right away. She had such a sweet attitude even though we did require a little extra help she didnt seem to mind at all!

Great Target, it always has everything Im looking for. It has a large book and games section, as well as a good-sized grocery section. Everyone here is always super helpful and polite. One time I was trying to get $20 cash back from self checkout and the machine broke, so someone came over right away to fix it and even threw in an extra $5 for the inconvenience. :)

I like target for their clothes and like to go there for other things as well - but if you go to this target, only plan on getting the bare essentials with little else to choose from.These photos show how the baby department has empty shelves throughout and many things are not stocked.Another thing that is also annoying is the parking lot. There is virtually only one entrance to the lot and you can almost never get into the parking lot without being stopped by a line of cars in front of you.

Every time I come here, it seems like half the shelves are empty. I only find what I need some of the time. The clothing aisles are often a huge mess and are majorly picked over. I dont think Ive ever seen a target messier than this one. The parking lot is also a nightmare.Its not the worst place, but I dont think its worth the shopping trip anymore so Im going to do online from now on.

Super friendly staff however they did not have any checkers at the regular check out lines so we had to use the self service check out. The clerk that was helping at the self checkout was very nice and very helpful. The store was neat and clean. It was a Sunday which I normally dont shop on Sundays but I had just driven here from out of town so I needed to pick up things that I did not have where I was staying. Apparently theyre short staffed on Sundays.

I never really understood the whole “Target” hype, but I do like coming there for clothing sales especially for kids uniforms. This is not a huge location but it’s a cute and quaint one. The isles look pretty well kept and maintained. Came here specifically for a clearance for baking items, which I saw from a friend’s posting with a different location. I should’ve known beforehand that each location’s clearance items vary. When I asked an associate where their clearance section is in the grocery section, she didn’t even know, and had to ask another associate who seemed to be more of a seasoned employee. She had to get shown where the clearance section was, where she worked - didn’t make sense and gave me an impression that not all of their employees know where things are, and this employee didn’t seem very content in working there. Other than that, it’s pretty well kept and would go back strictly for cleanliness and presentation.

They have good sales on occasion. I typically dont shop here often since they renovated the store.

There’s always self check out and 2 other registers open with a huge line. They don’t realize it’s a problem or what??? And I guess they were changing the front of the store?

Most everything was really good, particularly the produce section, everything was fresh and well organized which is why I was surprised that the meat and dairy department was in such disarray. This is the third time within the last several months the sour cream wasn’t restocked and there were several items in both departments that were expired (milk, hotdogs).

Since the remodel the store has gone down hill. The biggest issue is returns. They now require the employees to go into a back room after each return to put the items away in their respective place. This takes a long time. There will be 5-10 people in line and no employees helping the customer. Poorly designed and a big reason I don’t shop here unless I know for certain there will be no returns. No Christmas or any type of gift shopping here.Sadly the women’s clothing is not what it used to be either. I find my self shopping anywhere not Target now.

I tried giving this target a chance, but their gift wrapping section and office supply sections are always missing the basics Im looking for.

Abysmal parking lot to get in or out of at any semi busy part in the day. All the front parking spots are taken up by cart return, and handicap spots. That won’t be a problem though because you’ll probably get run over trying to get in the store. However, once you get past the hellish outside world, you are greeted by a clean and good smelling store that you’d expect from Target. The service desk if often backed up and understaffed, and they are really bad at fulfilling online pickup orders. Only come to this store if you enjoy over-paying for stuff to avoid Walmart and playing Frogger in the parking lot

Its a super target so they had everything we needed for a camping trip. Bathroom was nice and clean!

The new, remodeled Target is great! If you’re near the cosmetic section and have Verizon, you might have terrible service though. I’ve had calls drop or not been able to use the internet every time I walk into this area. Just a heads up in case you’re making important calls in this part of the store.I’m thrilled that Target carries so many clean products now. It’s my go-to place for clean cosmetics and personal care products. I hope they keep adding to their current options.

Good customer service, clean, inexpensive

Fast and friendly drive through pickup. Easy to use with a pile of kids that have to come too. Otherwise I would love to walk through and enjoy the store. LOL

Everything was good, but they could have a better selection of bottled/gallon water, and diapers.

At 5 minutes past 10pm one of the workers/managers was waking through the aisles and rudely saying to customers we are closed and is waving us down to hurry. I’ve never been treated like that in a national chain. I can’t believe their lack of concern for their customers. Disappointing.

I agree with the reviews concerning the appearance of the store however, target markets itself as a family friendly store—it failed miserably by placing four mannequin butts wearing thongs right next to the aisle and directly across from the children’s clothing section. I called and spoke with the manager while I was in the store this afternoon. With the boldness of a man destined for mediocrity, he said he would forward my complaint up the corporate ladder.

Nichole at checkout was enthusiastic and genuine. She is an asset to this store. I gained a pep in my step from our interaction.

Brady at the store helped me save on my purchase. He let me know about coupons on the app and even helped me do it on the machine. I really appreciated it😌

Every time I come into Target and need help from an employee, they are incredibly helpful. I am also absolutely impressed by the Target app. I especially like the in-store inventory feature. I imagine its not perfect, but nearly every time I use it, I have found what I need.

I don’t love writing reviews for big stores because they don’t make a difference. And I also love target. But who in their right mind organized this store. The layout is awful. It’s so crowded and the aisles have random book displays that form weird round-a-bout type scenarios. Love target, hate this one.

Picked up an online order for my wife. It was pretty slick.

We ordered some baby formula and picked them up at the store, the formula they handed out were expired! So please make sure you check the expiration date for the food you buy here!!! Especially for any children related food like formula, baby food, etc.

Target is the best. Pricier then walmart but worth it when it comes to quality of products and much friendlier environment.

Shopping on line and picking up at the store using the drive up pick up was a great experience. Shopping on line was easy and pickup didn’t even take 2 min.

Location is ok. Small store and the selection is so small and really bad. I prefer driving up north where theirs better selection.Seems like they just shoved this store when American fork started getting big. If they took over office max, old navy and any other store on the strip than target would be worth it.

Tried the in store pick up. It was super easy. Quick deliver, no shipping costs and then a nicely wrapped package, delivered quickly to me upon showing my receipt on my phone. No line either. Would recommend.

Went to pick up an online order and had to wait 20 minutes. The system was a mess and the employee that helped admitted it was screwed up. Only part of the order was there even though it was all in stock when the order was placed. I could have walked into Walmart, purchased the items, walked out, and driven home before receiving my order at 🎯.

I feel like they dont have anything. I’m use to Super Target, so maybe that is part of it but I feel like there isn’t anything in the store. I would rather drive the extra 20 plus minutes to go to a Super Target.

Its the same style store that youve seen before. A face lift its had which may make some sad. This Target has not been looted or mobbed. But watch yourself when leaving or you might get robbed. Public restrooms youll find and a wheelchair accessible door. Paraplegic parking is available right next to the store...I think Ill keep my day job.

I LOVE Target! The employees here are always so kind, helpful, sociable, and attentive. I also love that the store is always in pristine condition and I can always find what Im looking for. This store has an amazing selection of merchandise, and I love that I can also grab groceries here at a pretty reasonable price. This is the best place to shop!

This is not a super store so dont expect a large selection of groceries. While its a good, clean store for some reason kids are screaming in their carts every time I come. I dont know if its the layout or the lights, but small children do not like this store.

Trying to return some shoes I got for Christmas that were too small and there was a line of 40 people and only one person helping everyone with returns and order pickup. A few other workers doing nothing and terrible customers making unnecessary question.

I feel like its ALWAYS busy here. Not to mention the Pizza Hut is gross. It was noon and they didnt have any breadsticks ready?! What the? I mean, what should I expect from a Pizza Hut inside a department store?

Let people try on clothes for heavens sake. Stop making excuses and have some decent customer service.

Store is always clean and employees are great. Only complaint is that this store is always out of stock of many items. The allocation team over this region needs to revisit this store. Seasonal items sell out almost immediately with little to no restock, the discount area always has barren shelves, and the only sizes available in clothing will always be xs or xl. The home section also receives very little quantities. Most other departments will usually have some items left, although never much.

Good store and has wide variety of items and has a good amount of each item. The setup of isles how ever can be odd. Although, the areas that the items are at make more sense then the isles. I would give out this store for anybody who need money saving with a variety of items.

We need to stay more isolated because of a family member that is high risk. I thought I had ordered some things to have it with a drive up pickup but instead it was to pick up in the store. The employee on the phone at customer service (I think Kaira) was so great about it and she ran it out to my car instead of making me come in. Talk about great service!! I appreciate our American Fork Target and their employees!

Employees do not enforce mask wearing. Several customers were not wearing masks correctly or not wearing masks at all. I was cut in line repeatedly at the self checkout, when I looked at the girl regulating the self checkout line she just shrugged her shoulders and didnt do anything. These people get paid to do NADA.

Although it is posted that masks are required, the rule is not being enforced. I spoke with a team member about it and he told me they don’t care and won’t do anything about it.

Really easy drive-up process! The employees I interacted with were quick, professional, and kind, and the service was very prompt. I didnt even know this was an option before my recent purchase and might not be able to live without it now that I do!

Great prices, and good products. We were able to order online and pick up at the store that night. We bought some bookshelves that were on sale and the quality is great. The employee was very helpful and got us our items immediately so we were out of the store within a few minutes.

I’ve always been helped to the max with returns, even if I couldn’t provide a receipt or proper card (if my husband used his or a gift card was used instead) and my problem would get solved. Today, the guy at the returns did not want to help me whatsoever unless I had the right card or receipt. He claimed the item was showing as costing $0 when I had all tags still attached. No store credit or anything. Didn’t even think to ask someone else to help me out. I’m annoyed that he couldn’t go a little above and beyond to help solve my issue instead of trying to send me away two times. Disappointed.

I love this Target! I don’t live in the area but I would be willing to drive just a little further because of the look and feel of it. It felt like walking into a nice department store. The selection and quality was great and I enjoyed being there! That is saying something because I normally hate shopping!

Stopped here while traveling & purchased an 8” non-stick pan. Had exactly what I was looking for.This Target is one of the nicest I’ve been in. Restrooms were clean & modern. Great store.

The worst target i have ever been to. The produce section is practically empty. The employees are inattentive and inconsiderate. It is messy, the whole experience reminded me of a dirty 7-11.

I used to love this particular target, but they recently drastically slimmed down the music, movies, and books sections. Honestly that was one to the biggest things that made target so much better than walmart to me, and one of the most convenient ways to access physical media. Now I have to use Amazon. The remodeling overall has not seemed to be an improvement.

I love target! And after the remodel, we are one step closer to being a super target. The remodeling took a little getting used to, but after quite a few trips there, you get the hang of it. They did change up the clothes, which is both good and bad. Just different styles, but change can be good.Friendly staff, very happy and willing to help out!

Came here at 9pm for a few things, I was greeted with rudeness and unkindness. There was only 1 register opened with a lot of lines. Seems like there was plenty of supervisors and management standing around. Seems like management is a little too heavy and needs a little thinning. Beyond disappointed and dissatisfied by target. They would not honor the price match at all because they claimed it didn’t meet the criteria even though we were able to price match the same items the night before. Seems like target has conflicting policies, or just way too many managers.. either way they seem to not care less about our business. That’s okay though we will gladly take it elsewhere.

Variety of reasonably priced quality products. I miss the old target but the new one is finally starting to feel familiar to me. I’ll always love Target.

At least half of the customers were not wearing masks, which I understand is diffucult to enforce but there was even an employee walking through without a mask. Close quarters and disorganization made matters worse. If youre trying to social distance, this is the worst possible place.

This visit was downright infuriating!!! We didnt find much worth buying, but I grabbed 2 drinks and went to check out. There were only 2 regular checkstands open and 3 self checkout lanes, but there were tons of people waiting! The 2 employees at self checkout were goofing off together and not paying attention to when customers needed help, and there were 2 people needing assistance. They FINALLY noticed and only one went to help. After several minutes of waiting, a self checkout opened up.... and the other employee cut right in front of me and went over to close it down!!! I got back in line and waited several more minutes. By the time I got to check out, there were ELEVEN people in line... JUST for self checkout!!!! One employee had left and the other one was over at customer service, talking. This again left customers with no assistance. The lady next to me stood there waiting for help, and was still there when I left. I couldnt believe the total lack of urgency on the part of the staff. They didnt even seem to notice all of the irritated customers waiting in line, or if they noticed, they certainly didnt care.

After multiple bad experiences at the Orem Target AF had become my go to store. They do have some amazing cashiers who were restoring my faith in Target. And then I had one of the WORST experiences ever while. Target is infamous for luring customers in with gift card deals when you buy products where customers could actually make money from buying the product. This particular deal was nation wide. The small cans of cat food were $.67 each and it was advertised that if you buy 2 you would get a $5 gift card. The register did not prompt the gift cards so I went to customer service where I was told that she would need approval. I had taken pictures of the signs on the shelves clearly stating the deal. The manager, male with long red hair, went back to the shelves and took down all the signs (15 minutes of me waiting at customer service) before coming up and offering me $10. I refused and asked for the $50 that the signs said I should have. I was firm but not rude. I did get the $50 but left feeling like they thought I was a criminal. Target called it a price mistake but corporate was aware HOURS before and if this was truly a price mistake they were concerned about, there was plenty of time to get the word out and remove the signs before customers came in. Being frugal and smart is not a crime and shouldnt be treated like one. Target is deceptive in their advertising and then leave it to managers to be the bad guys, its truly unfortunate.

I would have put a 10, but our daughter had a really bad experience at Target a few years ago. She and her husband got a ton of Target gift cards when they got married, since they were going to be moving several states away after the wedding. Most of their friends gave them $20-$25 gift cards. When they ordered some Target stuff online, they used $50 of their Target cards. However, Target didnt honor the gift cards, and then wouldnt reimburse them. They lost $50 in gifts. They even went to headquarters and werent reimbursed. Target only honored the cards they used in person. Our whole family is still mad that Target STOLE $50 dollars of their wedding gifts!!!

Clean, well organized store with pretty much everything I need at a good price.

This is an older Target location it was here when I was a kid, so it seems like as target has started selling more things theyve tried to fit it into the building that they already had. As a result the layout is a bit wonky. It was better stocked than the targets that I normally shop at and I was able to find what I needed. Im not sure if it was more staffed because of the holiday but it seems like there were a lot of people working and available to help.

My online order pick up was quick and easy. Id definitely recommend it!
