Wow! Ashley and Dee were AMAZING!! Everytime Ive ever been to a Sallys the employees are usually rude to me. But Ashley and Dee made my experience incredible and left me feeling encouraged. They were so helpful! Im only coming to this Sallys from here on out.

Great store. I took my Fiancé here and had a hard time finding a good shampoo, and the manager Dee took the time to help me find some good stuff and my girl thought she was cool as heck and so now it’s her main beauty supply store.

HORRIBLE store. The make up section looked like a going out of business sale, they were out of almost everything. To make matters worse i had a vaild email address in the system with a $20 dollar off coupon that the register wouldnt take so i was given a number n told just to take it up with corporate! Very sad because i love and have always used Sallys for years but i will not go back to this store.

Great store. Its always clean, and well organized with a vast selection of products. Everyone there is knowledgeable about the products, as well as friendly, and happy to help with your personal needs.

Jessica is the best! She took her time to help me out and made some good conversation as well. Love her!!

I met Amanda today. She was very helpful & kind. This is much appreciated especially after coronavirus and how hateful people were in there were at one time. It was nice to see smiling eyes!Ohh and I was able to get help finding some very good hair product for my baby girl with he kind help from the staff, FINALLY!Thanks Amanda and your team!

Went in to buy a comb. Got it, waited at the register while the clerks talked amongst themselves. Finally one of the girls came to the register. She did not ring me out. Instead, she scanned an item for the other clerk, and they continued to talk. I said, I will not interrupt yall, and I left.

Got all the stuff I needed and EXTRA help with profile problem.. Im a happy girl

First and foremost this is by far the best sallys I’ve ever been to. Every time I go in Shayna is so full of life and welcoming with the biggest smile on her face! Even when she is busy she makes sure everyone feels welcomed!She is so knowledgeable when it comes to the products. She knows all kinds of neat little tips and tricks when it comes to hair styles or coloring hair, pretty much all things hair in general. I stopped in with my mind made up of how I was going to do my hair and when talking to her she changed my whole perception and my hair came out better than I ever could have imagined. Every time I go into the store I leave feeling like I have known these girls forever. I don’t know if corporate reads these but you need to know you have a great team there at the wolflin store!!!! Keep it up ladies!

I shop here always for ALL my hair care needs. They have great customer service at this location. These ladies go out to help you.

Two employees at the front counter and one person checking out. No assistance fi ding what is needed and if you ho yo the front counter to ask for assistance they direct you to a row and tell you to look there. All the while they continue to visit with each other. The service isnt good and employees are rude. I want to get what I need, get assistance with what I cant find, pay and leave not search and search and hear the employees discussing their personal stuff or talking about customers when they walk out. I used one star because I couldnt post without a selection otherwise I wouldnt have picked one at all.

I drove home with one thought in mind.. as soon as I got here I was going to post a review. I botched my attempt to go from dark brown to blonde after having done box dye on my hair for about a year 😫 I told Ramone what my desired end result was and he took all the time in the world to help walk me through the steps to get there rather than feeling defeated and just going back dark. I feel like he went WAY above and beyond his duties to make sure I was completely confident to move forward on my hair journey and I promise I will never use another store he will be my go-to guy when I have a question from here on out. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Thank you Ramone for caring about your job and your customers it’s greatly appreciated!

They have good advice. But the several of the employees talked over me, cut me off in mid sentences and gave me a bit of attitude.I don’t know if they thought I was just some teenager and they thought they could get away with giving me that kind of attitude. But I’m 25 and they treated and talked to me like I was some idiot 15 year old. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this Sally’s.
