DO NOT GO HERE! Please! Save yourself the money and embarrassment! These guys are terrible! My son got THE WORST haircut I have ever seen given by a professional! I have no idea why, but I honestly think he did it on purpose. It couldnt have been that bad on accident. Then they acted very unprofessional when we tried to get it fixed. The owner never responded to my calls. I have pictures but I dont want to post my kids face on here. Just trust me, it was bad. So bad.if youre not into a thug-life wanna be atmosphere then this place has nothing to offer. DONT GO HERE!

John has been a great barber. I started going there when I was looking for someone that would be willing to do a straight edge facial shave without having to set an appt. He spends a lot of time making sure to do a great job. I now think of him as a friend!

Was a little worried as newbies in the state of Texas... but the guys were all welcoming and friendly. John cut my husband and sons hair... and I’ve been getting it done the wrong way the whole time! This barber had my baby feeling fresh and good looking! The atmosphere is fun and as a mom in there you don’t feel out of norm!!! We found our spot!!!

Mac cuts my boys and my husband he talks to us and we laugh and he asks us about the boys practice and their school hes real involved with the kids and he remembers us evertime we go in and we just pick up where we left off last time. The barber was annoyed that I asked him to correct the hair cut that he gave me. I was going to ask for a beard trim but by the end he was to distracted/worried about playing next on a video game the other barbers were playing.

Usually this place does great! The only problem is, the barbers that have done a great job for me never give me a business card so I don’t know who to ask for.When I come back. Today, November 20th, I walked in and got a random person who gave me a terrible haircut that did not match at all the picture I showed, and she put gel in my hair without asking first! It looked terrible and I paid 30 dollars for something I hated! Other than that the service is usually fantastic, it’s just inconsistent and business cards should be a thing!

Unfocused, too much talking amongst their piers as opposed to being focused on cutting hair, the service was bad enough on top of that I did not get the hair cut I wanted, I wanted a medium low fade, I got a high fade, length on top was not where I wanted it to be, first and last time in the shop, I do not recommend

Best Barber Shop in town! I’ve used Jaime for myself and 3 boys several times and he does a fantastic job. My youngest son is 2 and was terrified of haircuts. Jaime has cut his hair twice so far and my son has loved it both times. I’ve definitely found my new Barber!!
I really wanted to like this place. Ive been there twice. First time my right side wasnt faded at all so I went back the next day. They apologized and a different person tried to fix it. So, I decided to give them another shot. So I went 3 weeks later and the same thing happens!! One side has a high fade and the other doesnt. What the heck! Plus they charge $20.
INSANELY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!Made an appointment last week for my husband on June 1st (reopening day!) when we arrived our barber Richard was late, we gave him the benefit of a doubt and waited (ya know traffic) a little while into our wait we were informed again our barber is not showing up! If I make an appointment for a $60 haircut and you have no plans of showing up then man up and contact me prior to my drive across town!

After moving from the Austin area to Amarillo I was worried about finding a new place for a haircut. I heard about the barber shop from friends and had to try it. Richard Frausto cut my hair and I was hooked. I even took my 5 yr old son for his haircut and Richard took great care of him. The atmosphere and the friendly banter between barbers made this a overall great experience. The fact that he remembered where I was from and my son made it even better. Richard and his team have 2 customers for life. They definitely hit it out of the park.

Ever since I moved to Amarillo have been looking for a good place for a haircut and finally found it! Went to Coulter location and Jamie was cool and gave a good haircut. Very clean and professional place!

Aside from my appointment being declined 3 times for “scheduling issues” and then the last one being accepted at the very last minute before I had to be there, HE was also late getting there which does not look good for being the owner. All I asked for was an under cut with a pretty simple design in it and it seemed as if he didn’t know how to part hair (my hair is shoulder length, not a lot to work with). Also, he neglected to let me know he couldn’t do curved lines in a design so I have blocked shapes instead, I had plenty other pictures I could’ve shown that I liked if curved was not possible. One side of my neck is also botched due to him running into his own line and he didn’t let me know nor try to even put the sides. I love the atmosphere and how clean the place was but I’m unhappy with what I was left with. I would’ve looked closer if I had the chance while there and asked him to fix it but I only got a glance in the mirror. My boyfriend also got his hair cleaned up but none of the edges were evened out which seems pretty simple. Seems as if his phone took precedence over cut quality. I really wanted to love this place but I’m left disappointed.

I don’t ever leave a review but this place was not good to me at all. I asked for a medium skin fade, and I left with a high and tight. I didn’t ask to get a trim on top and the lady went ahead and did her own thing. I never had this happened to me at a barbershop.

Dont bother booking an appointment or taking off work early to make it. I sat there while walk-ins that arrived after I did got their hair cut in front of me. 15 minutes after my appointment I walked out. Very sad. I will not be back.
