Needed tire key to lower my tire on my truck. Talked to OT if I were to rate this business by his actions I would give a negative rating! Another employee that was constantly busy while I was there physically got up and help fix my problem.

They held my truck hostage for 3days....failed to notify me of service changes....wouldnt take my coupon for discount....finally got a loaner....blamed 3new owners over new policies. Worst service center ever. I will not, I repeat, WILL NOT EVER, I AND I MEAN EVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE I OWN TO THEM AGAIN!!!

I had a great salesman. Richard did a wonderful job and he definitely got me in the car I wanted. He’s very personable and got me the terms I needed.

Great buying experience!!When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Logan in sales. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. We test drove one vehicle while they collected the other from the back lot (the one we came to see). Once that one was up front we took it for a test drive. We then went inside to complete the deal. Logan and Ron (sales manager) worked to get us the deal we wanted. Once we reached an agreement we went to finance and worked with Ramon and this was a great experience as well. I have bought more vehicles than most and can honestly say the experience at Ron Carter Jeep was one of the best. All three of these folks did an exceptional job. Everyone that we spoke with at the dealership made the experience great. This is the way dealerships should be!
