Madi, Alexia, Brandon and Ryan...all associates at our local Altus store who are professional, kind, helpful and a joy to spend time with! We met them all because weve spent 2 evenings trying to resolve a phone issue (which you know is NEVER pleasant). We have to go back again tomorrow, but the young people working at this location are so amazing, I dont even mind. Theyre in a tough spot because of this merger, but theyre doing a great job!

Excellent in person customer service. Brandon was able to answer every question as well as offering explanations for the said answers. Even though the transfer of information from my S8 to my new S21 Ultra took about four hours, I didnt feel inconvenienced in any way.

Madi is the best! Hands down amazing at what she does. No issues ever, so knowledgeable!

I went in with a very expensive phone with earbud issues. Madi helped me right away trying everything from the start. Thankfully, it turned out to be an earbud issue and not a phone issue! The staff there is very nice and knowledgeable. A huge improvement over the store that used to be here. If youre a TMO customer then I recommend going in the store instead of calling customer service. If youre not a TMO customer then I recommend you consider switching. (Ive been a TMO customer since 2001 before TMO was in the states. And since Ive returned I havent looked back once).Thank you!

Worst service ever! Got a hotspot that would not connect. Went back 3 times to be told it must be a vpn problem. Tried all 3 different tvs and nothing. Tv does not have a vpn. Came to return it and only 1 person working on a Friday morning with another person just standing there for no reason apparently since they never helped any of the four people waiting. Good thing T Mobile is cheap its the only thing they have going for them. Customer service is a joke!! Will go elsewhere.
