Purchased a garbage compactor with extended warranty. Could have sourced cheaper but wanted to support local business and had hoped that would translate to service. They did not have in stock, and delivered it two weeks later...Very nice transaction. BUT......Compactor quit after less than 18 months. Called store...did not even have record of my purchase...honestly I dont know why we dont have it, we dont sell that many compactors..What does that have to do with anything? So he gave me 800 number and Im on hold for 20 minutes...so much for the local folks give better service concept. Not sure what to rate the transaction....they were nice when I ordered the item to be sure....but I think service after the sale is equally important and they failed miserably!

Being locally owned means they do the best they can! I know there are other options but pick the one that supports the community.

Very polite and helpful group of young men and women down there they go the extra mile to get what you need, they dont say no till the have searched every where for what you may need i they found what i wanted, the salesmen all pitch and did the research together, wow all i can say..

Store was nice and friendly, But delivery was the worst I have ever had, They would not hook up ice maker because it was copper line so we cut it loose they left before we cut it loose. They were going to . IInew one on porch and leave but I said put inside. Called store and they came back to put on handles I got them to take old one out and set new one in place. small dent in side of refrigator, They loaded old one on truck to move to our business next door. It fell off broke door off and other damage,But I just wanted to keep shelves inside. Lastly had to call plumber to hook up ice maker. Dont ask for delivery!!
