The store is clean easy to access the items on the shelves. The workers are rude they do not greet you, walk out in front of you stop and stock the shelves leaving their carts in the center aisle. So if I could give the customer service 0 stars they need better training and some manager aren’t any better. I bet you didn’t think I did reviews huh?

Well its a good place to shop but some area is self service and only cards and a butch of cash areas close for use to get help on .but other then that friendly service .I do my own shopping unless Im one a wheel chair or something and cant move .

The room was clean and comfortable like Motel 6. No coffee pot in the room and only soap in bathroom. They had limited breakfast and could make waffles if you wanted. The price was right for the night.

Many things out of stock, some for long periods. Other area Walmarts have it though. Constantly rearranging item locations. Many things you like suddenly are no longer stocked, but other Walmarts in the area still have it. Produce is rotten on the shelf at times and doesnt last long. Bathrooms are usually not very clean.

Had all a driver could hope for. Spacious parking, chocolate chip cookies and sweet tea. Not to mention that fresh popcorn chicken.

Well run store. Well kept and I appreciate that and can say that I have never visited it without coming out for what I went in for. Very well stocked. This from the author of The Reckoning of Rance. This particular location seems to be unaware that it is in a state that regularly sees 100+ degree Temps for long periods. Always hot and never enough staff, particularly cashiers. Most of the staff they do have are friendly although not eager to help.

Found great deals on baby boy clothes. Some $2 00 and some $4 00. Saved a lot

One stop shop, cashed my check, loaded money card, bought groceries, had car oil changed, and got my kid a video game and new shirts. 6 stars for altus wal mart. All done in just over an hour😎💯👍

Lately I have been having issues with this Walmart, this is the third issue I have had with this Walmart, the cashiers are RUDE they cannot count back to me my correct change & the managers seem to not care when I present my issues to them. I live in Mangum but I will drive further if I have to just to get better customer service. I even called corporate about this Walmart & not even a call back. People DONT SHOP HERE THEY SUCK!

Employees are usually friendly. Weve had a good experience with grocery pick up. Sometimes we get rotten produce so I wish the employees were a little more attentive in that area. Usually well stocked when we do go in to grocery shop.

The Wal-Mart here is getting more items in store. I love the self check out. And their Clearance aisle is amazing!!

What to say, if they have something you like wait a week they wont carry it anymore, went from how can we help you to a dumb look if you ask were something is.

I purchased my daughter a whole set of tires and they were installed by Walmart. For over a month both tires on the passenger side kept going flat after a week, and would go back to Walmart auto and they would check and fill them with air. They also told her that her rim was cracked and thats why her tires wasnt holding air. So we ordered a brand new rim for 173 dollars. We take it to a tire shop and her rim wasnt cracked! The tires hadnt been properly sealed when installed!! This is very pitiful to say they least. We will not be using this Walmart for anymore services. I would give them a zero stars if that choice was available.

Went for an oil change here instead of Lawton like normal because we were in town and they looked inside my van, which we regularly transport our three children ages 5, 3, and 1, and said its too dirty and might have Corona virus and that if we got it deep cleaned that they may do it for us. The worst service and quite embarrassing, do not recommend and I will not shop at the Altus Walmart from here on out.

I Was forced to use self checkout yesterday because there was not 1 real cashier on duty when I was ready to checkout. I was told one should be coming in shortly. I prefer a REAL person and not to check myself out.

This is the 3rd time for curbside pickup and I loved it. No hassle from anybody or anger issues. I quit going to walmart a few years ago for those issues. My carry out person was nice and courteous, actually he was the same as last time

Lack of choices in store, moving it to online. Aisles so close together you cant get 2 carts down them.

Was there early got what I need. And didnt have to wait but a minute in line today. Good shopping trip.

Store cleanliness going downhill.. Needed more checkers at 630 pm. Employees used to always speak, now they dont acknowledge customers. Mr Sam sure didnt train his employees this way, I used to be one of his..

Constantly hassled for receipts when leaving. When asking for help today with SELF CHECKOUT I was chastised for asking for help from a big woman with a attitude that was in charge of self check out .. this walmart is horrible. Wish there were other options in town.. looks like its worth the drive to Lawton to go to Target

It’s a great Walmart with lots of aisles to peruse. True super center with friendly associates.

Its frustrating to see hordes of people having no respect. Think all stay to the online versus the fighting over what little food you have.

Place is always clean. Staff is helpful and you always get more than what you expected to get. Wal-Mart is always good on placing their items in their building. 🤣

We are in this store every week. We always use the self checkout. Today, we were treated with absolute rudeness. In the middle of checking out, we were told we had to move to a register. The girl deleted our whole screen, grabbed our cart and dragged us to a register. We were checked out by two rude cashiers who barely spoke to us, threw our items in the bags, and gave us dirty looks the whole time. We were made to feel like thieves when we did absolutely nothing wrong. We spend hundreds at this store every week as I drive a truck.

They dont stock shelves, you have to check yourself out, and rude, will go somewhere else

Avoid this place at all costs! This is the most disgusting Walmart that Ive ever been to. Nasty, sticky floors, trash laying around, workers standing around talking to other workers.

Its good store, some employees need to be more professional.

They got mad at me and made me feel like a thief cause I missed scanning a thing of gatorade. Sorry walmart. I had no training before being promoted to cashier. I hope that door guys pay didnt get docked for me almost missing that gatorade. Way to save six dollars for the company and make a guest feel ashamed.

This one is much better than the 1 in vernon or childress. I will be driving to this one from now on.

First time there.It was clean and most staff were helpful.Crowed, but what do you expect when its the only Walmart in town on a Saturday.It was easy to maneuver the electric cart around the store because the other customers were respectful of the electric cart users.

Its good typical walmart Ive seen cleaner and better customer service at others. Just kinda seems like the employees are unhappy all the time and dont want to be there. Problem with that is that kind of energy will bring others down. So lack of enthusiasm in the work place and around customers is a huge problem. But walmarts so big they probably dont care since the turn over rate is already high at every walmart. There not concerned with quality as much as they are quantity. More more more for less. Anyways we have to get back to supporting the little local mom and pop shops more investing in the people of the community but now in days people have become lazy and its easy but its ruining our cities these big corporations.

Everything went great. Was able to find a parking place and as well as a motorized cart.

Found what I needed. I was even able to get a pedicure, which was well needed.

Everytime I go in for something thats on the website they say they dont have it even though the website says they do not once. Besides the time that I got a manager involved and he went to the back and suddenly found my item my online orders get canceled every time and they NEVER answer their phones. Ive lived in several States and Ive never had such an issue with a Walmart.

I had a pleasant visit, there was plenty of associates willing to answer all my questions, and the store was well stocked. The store was not as clean as it usually is but there was a lot of customers so a little clutter is to be expected. I think that some of the registers should be converted to self service aisles because there was 20 empty registers and 20 people in line at the store checkout

Like most Walmart stores this one in Altus, OK was very clean and well stocked with the food and kitchen appliances I needed for the Thanksgiving holiday. Short lines and courteous checkers capped off a successful and efficient shopping experience.

Mine was awsome, my sister & I had à couple of things to pick up, we stayed an hour & 1/2 the only problem i had was i needed some paint an the only person who could mix it was on lunch . There should be two people at all times who can mix paint, sincerely, KJ

I went online and called to see what time pharmacy opened. Nope, they werent open at 6am today. Oh, and dont call to talk to anyone. That didnt work either. May be bout time to change pharmacies

The produce section, meat, deli and bakery are inferior to any local grocery store in the area. The quality is terrible but as long as people continue to shop here no changes will be made.

DO NOT WORK HERE especially in the deli! Deborah abuses her employees and doesn’t follow health code.

Waited 15 minutes trying to get someone to just shake some paint. No mixing just put it in the machine and shake it. Finally gave up. Its a real shame with all the money they make they still wont hire any help!!! P. S. The only reason I went there was to match some my wife had bought a few months ago. Just frustrated with the lack of customer service!!

Just like all the other Walmarts. The employees are nice and very helpful.Dont go when its icy though, corporate made a new rule that they arent allowed to put down salt when the parking lot ices.

I love Walmart, but with the pandemic I try not to go in to the store because too many people are walking around without face masks and coughing. Which makes me very nervous . But I am an avid shopper of walmart.com and I order all of our groceries and pick them up curbside period most of the employees are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about what is inside the store

Walmart is a good place to shop. Some things are a little pricey and others not so much. There are some staff that are very knowledgeable about finding things and their others that can give to blank of trying to help. They just point you in the direction and hope to God you leave him alone. It would also help if the shelves were stocked so you could find what you need. I went through the bicycle area looking for a new tire and tubes and to check on prices bicycle seats and there were nothing. Their tires were in stock and their tubes were in stock for the first time, but every aisle I walked down I saw a lot of the empty spaces. That could have had product on it. I think this Walmart needs a lot of help and people who care to get it done. I know I used to work at Walmart not this one here in altus but another one in Texas. I always kept myself stocked that way if a customer asked for a product I knew exactly where it was and was able to show where it was. Dont get me wrong there is a lot of the staff there that do care and are willing to do everything out of their arms way to help you find what you need. I had some CSMs I asked a question to and they pointed me in the right direction of what I needed. There was even one in clothing that knew where the exact product I was looking for. Other than that I have no problem with Walmart. Whether online or in store. You can find what you need. I hope this helps.

They are struggling to keep product on the shelves. It is sad to see gapping holes thru out the store. The frozen food sections are terrible 😫I know it is industry wide. You check on line for the product and then get to the store, oh I am sorry, we dont that product right now. I quess the computer needs to updated. Ha, I didnt manage a major store for 40 years for nothing. This is someone not doing their job. Msnagement down. And the yellow vested employees, standing around with their hands ✋ in their pockets. Never acknowledging you, poor customer service.

They are all out of amo lots of good deals on Christmas items. The lines were few and far between and backed up to the max. Otherwise good.
