I love this pharmacy! I was having an insurance issue (imagine that). And when the drop off line got too long a man came out from behind the counter and started helping people. Well he seen that I was upset and personally went back behind the counter and got to the bottom of it. Turns out it was the owner. And let me also mention that when I was checking out I learned that it was his son who originally waited on me and I remember thinking what a nice young man. He seemed to really mean it when he told me to have a nice day. As someone who works with the public I appreciate good customer service. Ive been coming to this pharmacy for a long long time and the staff have always went above and beyond when theres an issue. I will not use any other pharmacy.

This place has went down hill over time.. never have things in stock, tells you itll be in tmrw but its 2 or 3 days later. They cant find scripts that are sent- for the 2nd or 3rd time because they say they dont have it. (Twice now, they have had it and said sorry the worker didnt see it) You sit in the drive thru behind the person at the window for 10-15 mins. They are very unorganized anymore. And a few rude employees as well. Pharmacist, is very kind and helpful but i dont know if they just got to busy for their staff or what.

I added a review a few weeks ago that the owner replied and apologized. I just saw that today.Also, earlier today I went into Thompsons pharmacy to have a prescription refilled (out of convenience.) After about an hour of waiting a man came out and asked to speak with me. No problem I thought. He then asked me into the side hallway with another worker present, Im guessing for accountability purposes, and said he had recognized my name from this not so good review. I explained to him everything I had written, explained I had tried to contact them personally to no avail. He took no responsibility, blamed it solely on my physcian, and then asked me to get my prescriptions filled elsewhere. No big deal, I should have done that to begin with. Yet when walking out of the side door he decided to say post that. So in my opinion, dont write a negative review. You may be singled out, humiliated, and sent on your way. Thank you Mr. Thompson, for taking the time to speak with me.!

Pharmacists are super friendly and care for your welfare.

We live 2 hours away and were in town for the night. My son is a type 1 diabetic. I realized at 7:40 pm that his insulin pump site came out and I brought everything but a new inset. Every pharmacy in the area was closed except Thompsons (they were to close at 8pm). Unfortunately they did not carry what I needed but the pharmacist suggested using syringes with the Insulin I had brought, PERFECT! The pharmacist was amazing, he offered to wait for us to get to the pharmacy. We pulled in at 8:02pm, he met us at the door and had what we needed. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful as I have no idea what I would do next (other than drive the 2 hours home and back). You really have a great guy working there!!!

The staff is not on the same page with one another and the staff tells you that the delivery will be in at 5 and then I get home and have my mom call and they tell her it wont be in till tomorrow this is the worst Pharmacy that I ever went through my mom gets a lot of meds filled at this Pharmacy and we will switch to a different Pharmacy cuz this Pharmacy dont have their stuff together its always fun organized they are always slow play always on the same page as the other staff members its all the time we come there and get prescriptions filled my mom makes them a lot of money with all her prescriptions and they just cant get their stuff together

The pharmacy is great. Your delivery driver Bill C, not so much. Next time he wants to talk politics, maybe he should think twice about using the word libtard? I hope to never have to deal with his negative butt again.

People can do well their whole lives but be remembered for what they do wrong. Waited all day for a prescription where they could have made easier by properly handling matters but they did not and most should would wonder why as people get tired waiting especially as it was totally unnecessary though rationalized and excused

Bill Thompson runs anextremely hood ship. Hes the Capt. Ehoncares about his people.

One of the worst pharmacies. Always have issues with receiving prescriptions from doctors offices saying they didnt get it (the doctors even hate them and say they are the worst).
